Jeremia 23

1 Ve över de herdar som fördärva och förskingra fåren i min hjord! säger HERREN.

Woe to! [the] shepherds [who] are causing to stray and [who are] scattering [the] flock of pasture my [the] utterance of Yahweh.

2 Därför säger HERREN, Israels Gud, så om de herdar som föra mitt folk i bet: Det är I som haven förskingrat mina får och drivit bort dem och underlåtit att söka deras bästa. Men se, nu skall jag hemsöka eder för edert onda väsendes skull, säger HERREN.

Therefore thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel on the shepherds who are shepherding people my you you have scattered flock my and you have driven away them and not you have paid attention to them here I [am] about to visit on you [the] wickedness of deeds your [the] utterance of Yahweh.

3 Och jag skall själv församla kvarlevan av mina får ur alla de länder till vilka jag har drivit dem bort, och skall föra dem tillbaka till deras betesmarker, och de skola bliva fruktsamma och föröka sig.

And I I will gather together [the] remnant of flock my from all the lands where I have banished them there and I will bring back them to pasture their and they will be fruitful and they will increase.

4 Och jag skall låta herdar uppstå åt dem, vilka skola föra dem i bet; och de skola icke mer behöva frukta eller förskräckas och skola icke mer drabbas av hemsökelse, säger HERREN.

And I will raise up over them shepherds and they will shepherd them and not they will be afraid again and not they will be terrified and not they will be missing [the] utterance of Yahweh.

5 Se, dagar skola komma, säger HERREN, då jag skall låta en rättfärdig telning uppstå åt David. Han skall regera såsom konung och hava framgång, och han skall skaffa rätt och rättfärdighet på jorden.

Here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will raise up for David a branch righteous and he will reign a king and he will act prudently and he will do justice and righteousness in the land.

6 I hans dagar skall Juda varda frälst och Israel bo i trygghet; och detta skall vara det namn han skall få: HERREN vår rättfärdighet.

In days his it will be saved Judah and Israel it will dwell to security and this [will be] name his which anyone will call him Yahweh - [is] righteousness our.

7 Se, därför skola dagar komma, säger HERREN, då man icke mer skall säga: "Så sant HERREN lever, han som har fört Israels barn upp ur Egyptens land",

Therefore here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and not people will say again [by] [the] life of Yahweh who he brought up [the] people of Israel from [the] land of Egypt.

8 utan: "Så sant HERREN lever, han som har fört upp Israels hus släkt och hämtat dem ut ur nordlandet och ur alla andra länder till vilka jag hade drivit dem bort." Och så skola de få bo i sitt land.

That except [by] [the] life of Yahweh who he brought up and who he brought [the] offspring of [the] house of Israel from a land north-ward and from all the lands where I banished them there and they will dwell on own land their.

9 Om profeterna. Mitt hjärta vill brista i mitt bröst, alla ben i min kropp äro vanmäktiga. Jag är såsom en drucken man, en man överväldigad av vin, inför HERREN och inför hans heliga ord.

Of the prophets it is broken heart my in inner being my they have become weak all bones my I have become like a person drunken and like a man [whom] it has passed over him wine because of Yahweh and because of [the] words of holiness his.

10 Ty landet är fullt av äktenskapsbrytare, under förbannelse ligger landet sörjande, och betesmarkerna i öknen äro förtorkade; man hastar till vad ont är och har sin styrka i orättrådighet.

For adulterers it is full the land for because of a curse it has dried up the land they have become dry [the] pastures of [the] wilderness and it has become course [of life] their evil and strength their [is] not right.

11 Ty både profeter och präster äro gudlösa; ända inne i mitt hus har jag mött deras ondska, säger HERREN.

For both prophet as well as priest they are polluted also in house my I have found wickedness their [the] utterance of Yahweh.

12 Därför skall deras väg bliva för dem såsom en slipprig stig i mörkret, de skola på den stöta emot och falla. Ty jag vill låta olycka drabba dem, när deras hemsökelses är kommer, säger HERREN.

Therefore it will become path their for them like slippery places in the darkness they will be pushed down and they will fall on it for I will bring on them calamity [the] year of punishment their [the] utterance of Yahweh.

13 Väl såg jag ock hos Samarias profeter vad förvänt var; de profeterade i Baals namn och förde mitt folk Israel vilse.

And among [the] prophets of Samaria I saw offensiveness they prophesied by Baal and they caused to err people my Israel.

14 Men hos Jerusalems profeter har jag sett de gruvligaste ting: de leva i äktenskapsbrott och fara med lögn; de styrka modet hos dem som göra ont, så att ingen vill omvända sig från sin ondska. De äro alla för mig såsom Sodom, och stadens invånare såsom Gomorras.

And among [the] prophets of Jerusalem I have seen a horrible [thing] they have committed adultery and they have walked in falsehood and they have strengthened [the] hands of evil-doers to not they have turned away anyone from evil his they have become to me all of them like Sodom and inhabitants its like Gomorrah.

15 Därför säger HERREN Sebaot så om profeterna: Se, jag skall giva dem malört att äta och gift att dricka, ty från profeterna i Jerusalem har gudlöshet gått ut över hela landet.

Therefore thus he says Yahweh of hosts on the prophets here I [am] about to make eat them wormwood and I will make drink them water of poison for from with [the] prophets of Jerusalem it has gone out wicked behavior to all the land.

16 Så säger HERREN Sebaot: Hören icke på de profeters ord, som profetera för eder, ty de bedraga eder; sina egna hjärtans syner tala de, icke vad som kommer från HERRENS mun.

Thus he says Yahweh of hosts may not you listen to [the] words of the prophets who are prophesying to you [are] deluding they you [the] vision of own heart their they speak not from [the] mouth of Yahweh.

17 De säga alltjämt till dem som förakta mig: "HERREN har så talat: Det skall gå eder väl." Och till var och en som vandrar i sitt hjärtas hårdhet säga de: "Ingen olycka skall komna över eder."

[they are] saying Continually to [those who] despise me he says Yahweh peace it will belong to you and every [one who] walks in [the] stubbornness of own heart his they have said not it will come on you calamity.

18 Vilken av dem har då fått tillträde till HERRENS råd, så att han kan förnimma och höra hans ord? Och vilken har aktat på hans ord och lyssnat därtill?

For who? has he stood in [the] council of Yahweh so he may see and he may hear word his who? has he paid attention to (word his *Q(K)*) and has he listened?

19 Se, en stormvind från HERREN är här, hans förtörnelse bryter fram, en virvlande storm! Över de ogudaktigas huvuden virvlar den ned.

There! - [the] storm of Yahweh rage it has gone out and a storm whirling on [the] head of wicked [people] it will whirl about.

20 Och HERRENS vrede skall icke upphöra, förrän han har utfört och fullbordat sitt hjärtas tankar; i kommande dagar skolen I förvisso förnimma det.

Not it will turn back [the] anger of Yahweh until has brought about he and until has carried out he [the] purposes of heart his at [the] end of the days you will understand it understanding.

21 Jag sände icke dessa profeter, utan själva lupo de åstad; jag talade icke till dem, utan själva profeterade de.

Not I sent the prophets and they they ran not I spoke to them and they they prophesied.

22 Om de verkligen hade tillträde till mitt råd, så borde de förkunna mina ord för mitt folk och förmå dem att vända om från sin onda väg och sitt onda väsende.

And if they had stood in council my so they may cause to hear words my people my and they will turn back them from way their wicked and from [the] wickedness of deeds their.

23 Ar jag väl en Gud allenast på nära håll, säger HERREN, och icke en Gud också i fjärran?

¿ A God from near [am] I [the] utterance of Yahweh and not a God from a distance.

24 Eller skulle någon kunna gömma sig på ett så lönnligt ställe att jag icke skulle se honom? säger HERREN. Är jag icke den som uppfyller himmel och jord? säger HERREN.

Or? will he hide himself anyone in hiding places and I not I will see him [the] utterance of Yahweh ¿ not the heavens and the earth [am] I filling [the] utterance of Yahweh.

25 Jag har hört vad profeterna säga, de som profetera lögn i mitt namn; de säga: "Jag har haft en dröm, jag har haft en dröm."

I have heard [that] which they have said the prophets who prophesy in name my falsehood saying I have dreamed I have dreamed.

26 Huru länge skall detta vara? Hava de något i sinnet, dessa profeter som profetera lögn, och som äro profeter genom sina egna hjärtans svek,

Until when? ¿ [is] there in [the] heart of the prophets [who] prophesy falsehood and [the] prophets of [the] deceitfulness of own heart their.

27 dessa som tänka att de genom sina drömmar; dem som de förtälja för varandra, skola komma mitt folk att förgäta mitt namn, likasom deras fäder glömde mitt namn för Baal?

Who plan to make forget people my name my by dreams their which they recount each to neighbor his just as they forgot ancestors their name my for Baal.

28 Den profet som har haft en dröm, han må förtälja sin dröm; men den som bar undfått mitt ord, han må tala mitt ord i sanning. Vad har halmen att skaffa med säden? säger HERREN.

The prophet whom [is] with him a dream let him recount [the] dream and whom word my [is] with him let him speak word my faithfulness what? [belongs] to the straw with the grain [the] utterance of Yahweh.

29 Är icke mitt ord såsom en eld, säger HERREN, och likt en hammare som krossar sönder klippor?

¿ Not thus [is] word my like fire [the] utterance of Yahweh and like a hammer [which] it shatters rock.

30 Se, därför skall jag komma över profeterna, säger HERREN, dessa som stjäla mina ord, den ene från den andre;

Therefore here I [am] on the prophets [the] utterance of Yahweh [who] steal words my each from with neighbor his.

31 ja, jag skall komma över profeterna, säger HERREN, dessa som frambära sin egen tungas ord, men säga: "Så säger HERREN."

Here I [am] on the prophets [the] utterance of Yahweh who take tongue their and they have uttered an utterance.

32 Ja, jag skall komma över dem som profetera lögndrömmar, säger HERREN, och som, när de förtälja dem, föra mitt folk vilse med sina lögner och sin stortalighet, fastän jag icke har sänt dem eller givit dem något uppdrag, och fastän de alls icke kunna hjälpa detta folk, säger HERREN.

Here I [am] on [those who] prophesy dreams of falsehood [the] utterance of Yahweh and they have recounted them and they caused to err people my by falsehoods their and by recklessness their and I not I sent them and not I appointed them and certainly not they benefit the people this [the] utterance of Yahweh.

33 Om nu detta folk eller en profet eller en präst gör dig denna fråga: "Vad förkunnar HERRENS tunga?", så skall du säga till dem vad som är den verkliga "tungan", och att jag därför skall kasta eder bort, säger HERREN.

And if it will ask you the people this or the prophet or a priest saying what? [is] [the] burden of Yahweh and you will say to them what? burden and I will abandon you [the] utterance of Yahweh.

34 Och den profet eller den präst eller den av folket, som säger "HERRENS tunga", den mannen och hans hus skall jag hemsöka.

And the prophet and the priest and the people who he will say [the] burden of Yahweh and I will visit [judgment] on the person that and on house his.

35 Nej, så skolen I fråga varandra och säga eder emellan: "Vad har HERREN svarat?", eller: "Vad har HERREN talat?"

Thus you will say each to neighbor his and each to brother his what? did he answer Yahweh and what? did he say Yahweh.

36 Men Om HERRENS "tunga" mån I icke mer orda; ty en tunga skall då vars och ens eget ord bliva för honom, eftersom I förvänden den levande Gudens, HERRENS Sebaots, vår Guds, ord.

37 Så skall du säga till profeten: "Vad har HERREN svarat dig?", eller: vad har HERREN talat?"

38 Men om I sägen "HERRENS tunga", då säger HERREN så: "Eftersom I sägen detta ord 'HERRENS tunga', fastän jag har sänt bud till eder och låtit säga: I skolen icke säga 'HERRENS tunga',

And if [the] burden of Yahweh you will say therefore thus he says Yahweh because have spoken you the word this [the] burden of Yahweh and I sent to you saying not you must say [the] burden of Yahweh.

39 därför skall jag nu alldeles förgäta eder och kasta eder bort ifrån mitt ansikte, med den stad som jag har givit åt eder och edra fäder.

Therefore here [am] I and I will surely you lift up and I will abandon you and the city which I gave to you and to ancestors your from on face my.

40 Och jag skall låta en evig smälek komma över eder, och en evig blygd, som icke skall varda förgäten."

And I will put on you a reproach of perpetuity and shame of perpetuity which not it will be forgotten.
