Sakaria 3

1 Och mig vardt vist den öfverste Presten Jehosua; ståndandes för Herrans Ängel; och Satan stod på hans högra hand, på det han skulle stå honom emot.

And he showed me Joshua the priest great standing before [the] angel of Yahweh and the accuser [was] standing at right [hand] his to accuse him.

2 Och Herren sade till Satan: Herren näpse dig, Satan; ja, Herren näpse dig, den Jerusalem utvalt hafver. Är icke detta en brand som utur eldenom uthulpen är?

And he said Yahweh to the accuser may he rebuke Yahweh you O accuser and may he rebuke Yahweh you who has chosen Jerusalem ¿ not [is] this a piece of firewood plucked out from a fire.

3 Och Jehosua hade oren kläder uppå, och stod för Änglenom:

And Joshua he was clothed garments filthy and standing before the angel.

4 Hvilken svarade, och sade till dem som för honom stodo: Tager de orena kläden utaf honom. Och han sade till honom: Si, jag hafver tagit dina synder ifrå dig, och hafver klädt dig uti högtidskläder.

And he answered and he said to those [who] were standing before him saying remove the garments filthy from on him and he said to him see I have taken away from on you iniquity your and I will clothe you robes.

5 Och jag sade: Sätter en ren hatt uppå hans hufvud. Och de satte en ren hatt uppå hans hufvud, och drogo kläder uppå honom; och Herrans Ängel stod der.

And I said let them put a turban clean on head his and they put the turban clean on head his and they clothed him garments and [the] angel of Yahweh [was] standing.

6 Och Herrans Ängel betygade Jehosua, och sade:

And he admonished [the] angel of Yahweh Joshua saying.

7 Detta säger Herren Zebaoth: Om du vandrar på minom vägom, och håller mina vakt, så skall du regera mitt hus, och bevara mina gårdar; och jag skall få dig några af dem som här stå, som dine ledsagare vara skola.

Thus he says Yahweh of hosts if in ways my you will walk and if charge my you will keep and also you you will govern house my and also you will guard courts my and I will give to you goings between those [who] are standing these.

8 Hör till, Jehosua, öfverste Prest, du och dine vänner, som för dig bo; ty de äro undersmän; ty si, jag vill låta komma min tjenare Zemah.

Hear please O Joshua - the priest great you and companions your who sit before you for [are] men of sign they for here I [am] about to bring servant my branch.

9 Ty si, uppå den ena stenen som jag för Jehosua lagt hafver, skola sju ögon vara; men si, jag skall uthugga honom, säger Herren Zebaoth; och skall borttaga dess lands synder på enom dag.

For - there! the stone which I have set before Joshua [are] on a stone one seven eyes here I [am] about to engrave engraving its [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts and I will remove [the] iniquity of the land that in a day one.

10 På den samma tiden, säger Herren Zebaoth skall hvar bjuda den andra under vinträ, och under fikonaträ.

In the day that [the] utterance of Yahweh of hosts you will invite each neighbor his to under a vine and to under a fig tree.
