Lukas 10
1 Sedan skickade Herren andra sjutio; och sände två och två framför sig, i alla städer och rum, dit han komma ville;
.Now after these things, the Lord also appointed seventy others, and sent them two by two ahead of him into every city and place, where he was about to come.
2 Och sade till dem: Säden är stor, men arbetarena äro få; beder fördenskull sädenes Herra, att han utsänder arbetare i sina säd.
Then he said to them, “The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest.
3 Går; si, jag sänder eder såsom lamb ibland ulfvar.
Go your ways. Behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.
4 Bärer ingen säck, ej heller skräppo, ej heller skor; och helser ingen i vägen.
Carry no purse, nor wallet, nor sandals. Greet no one on the way.
5 Uti hvad hus I kommen, säger först: Frid vare desso huse.
Into whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Shalom ·Complete peace· be to this house.’
6 Och om der någor är fridsens barn, så skall eder frid blifva på honom; hvar ock icke, så kommer han till eder igen.
If a seeker of shalom ·complete peace· is there, your shalom ·complete peace· will find its rest with him; and if there isn't, it will teshuvah ·completely return· to you.
7 Uti det samma hus blifver, äter och dricker hvad eder föresätts; ty arbetaren är sin lön värd. Går icke utu hus i hus.
Remain in that same house, eating and drinking the things they give, for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Don’t go from house to house.
8 Och uti hvad stad I kommen, och de anamma eder, äter hvad eder föresätts;
Into whatever city you enter, and they receive you, eat the things that are set before you.
9 Och görer de sjuka helbregda, som der äro, och säger till dem: Guds rike är kommet hardt när eder.
Heal the sick who are therein, and tell them, ‘God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’
10 Uti hvad stad I kommen, och de icke anamma eder, så går ut på hans gator och säger:
But into whatever city you enter, and they don’t receive you, go out into its streets and say,
11 Det stoft, som lådde vid oss af edar stad, skake vi af på eder; dock skolen I veta, att Guds rike var kommet hardt när eder.
‘Even the dust from your city that clings to us, we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that God’s Kingdom has come near to you.’
12 Jag säger eder, att Sodome skall drägeligare varda på den dagen, än dem stadenom.
I tell you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom [Burning] than for that city.
13 Ve dig, Chorazin; ve dig, Bethsaida; ty hade sådana krafter varit gjorda uti Tyro och Sidon, som de gjorde äro uti eder, länge sedan hade de suttit uti säck och asko, och gjort syndabättring.
“Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon which were done in you, they would have made teshuvah ·complete repentance· long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.
14 Dock skall Tyro och Sidoni drägeligare varda på domenom än eder.
But it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment than for you.
15 Och du, Capernaum, som upphäfven äst allt intill himmelen, du skall nedstört varda till helvete. (Hadēs g86)
You, Capernaum [Village-Comfort, Village-Compassion], who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades / Sh'ol ·Place of the dead·. (Hadēs g86)
16 Hvilken eder hörer, han hörer mig; och den eder föraktar, han föraktar mig; men den mig föraktar, han föraktar honom som mig sändt hafver.
Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever refuses ·to set aside, neutralize, violate, cast off, nullify, make void· you also refuses ·to set aside, neutralize, violate, cast off, nullify, make void· me. Whoever refuses ·to set aside, neutralize, violate, cast off, nullify, make void· me also refuses ·to set aside, neutralize, violate, cast off, nullify, make void· him who sent me.”
17 Men de sjutio kommo igen med glädje, och sade: Herre, djeflarna äro oss ock underdånige i ditt Namn.
The seventy teshuvah ·completely returned· with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in your name!”
18 Då sade han till dem: Jag såg Satanam falla af himmelen, såsom en ljungeld.
He said to them, “I saw Satan [Adversary] having fallen like lightning from heaven.
19 Si, jag hafver gifvit eder magt att trampa på ormar och scorpioner, och öfver all fiendans kraft; och eder skall intet varda skadandes.
Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way do any unjust criminal action sin ·miss the mark and is without share in the goal· against you.
20 Dock fröjder eder icke deraf, att andarna äro eder underdånige; utan fröjder eder, att edor namn äro skrifven i himmelen.
Nevertheless, don’t rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”
21 I samma stundene fröjdade sig Jesus i Andanom, och sade: Jag prisar dig, Fader, himmelens och jordenes Herre, att du hafver detta fördolt för de visa och kloka, och hafver det uppenbarat för de fåkunniga; ja, Fader; ty så hafver varit behageligit för dig.
In that same hour Yeshua [Salvation] rejoiced in Ruach haKodesh [Spirit, Breath of the Holiness], and said, “I thank you, O Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad·, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Abba ·Father familiar, Dear Dad·, for so it was well-pleasing in your sight.”
22 All ting äro mig antvardad af minom Fader; och ingen vet ho Sonen är, utan Fadren; och ho Fadren är, utan Sonen och den som Sonen vill det uppenbara.
Turning to the disciples, he said, “All things have been delivered to me by 'Avi ·my Father·. No one knows who the Son is, except the Abba Father, and who the Abba Father is, except the Son, and he to whomever the Son desires to reveal him.”
23 Och han vände sig om till sina Lärjungar afsides, och sade: Salig äro de ögon, som se det I sen.
Turning to the disciples, he said privately, “Blessed are the eyes which see the things that you see,
24 Ty jag säger eder: Månge Propheter och Konungar åstundade se det I sen, och fingo dock icke set; och höra det I hören, och fingo dock icke hörat.
for I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see the things which you see, and didn’t see them, and to hear the things which you hear, and didn’t hear them.”
25 Och si, en lagklok stod upp, och frestade honom, sägandes: Mästar, hvad skall jag göra, att jag må få evinnerligit lif? (aiōnios g166)
Behold, a certain Torah-expert stood up and tested him, saying, “Rabbi ·Teacher·, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?” (aiōnios g166)
26 Då sade han till honom: Hvad är skrifvet i lagen? Huru läs du?
He said to him, “What is written in the Torah ·Teaching·? How do you read it?”
27 Svarade han, och sade: Du skall älska din Herra Gud, af allt ditt hjerta, och af allo dine själ, och af alla dina krafter, och af allom dinom håg; och din nästa, såsom dig sjelf.
He answered, “You shall have agapao ·total devotion love· to MarYah [Master Yahweh] your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
28 Då sade han till honom: Rätteliga svarade du; gör det, så får du lefva.
He said to him, “You have answered correctly. Do this, and you will live.”
29 Då ville han göra sig sjelfvan rättfärdigan, och sade till Jesum: Hvilken är då min näste?
But he, desiring to justify himself, asked Yeshua [Salvation], “Who is my neighbor?”
30 Då svarade Jesus, och sade: En man for ned af Jerusalem till Jericho, och kom i röfvarehänder; och de klädde af honom, och sargade honom, och gingo dädan, och läto honom ligga halfdödan.
Yeshua [Salvation] answered, “A certain man was going down from Jerusalem [City of peace] to Jericho [Fragrant, Moon], and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
31 Så hände sig, att en Prest for neder åt samma vägen; och då han fick se honom, gick han framom honom.
By chance a certain priest was going down that way. When he saw him, he passed by on the other side.
32 Sammalunda ock en Levit, då han kom till det samma rummet, gick han fram, och såg på honom; och gick sedan framom honom.
In the same way a Levite [Descendant of United with] also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side.
33 Men en Samaritan reste samma vägen, och kom till honom; och när han såg honom, varkunnade han sig öfver honom;
But a certain Samaritan [person from Watch-mountain], as he traveled, came where he was. When he saw him, he was moved with compassion,
34 Och gick till, och förband hans sår, och göt der oljo och vin in; och laden på sin ök, och förde honom till herberget, och skötte honom.
came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. He set him on his own animal, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
35 Den andra dagen for han dädan, och tog fram två penningar, och gaf värdenom, och sade till honom: Sköt honom; och hvad du mer kostar på honom, vill jag betala dig, när jag kommer igen.
On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii (2 days wages), and gave them to the host, and said to him, ‘Take care of him. Whatever you spend beyond that, I will repay you when I teshuvah ·completely return·.’
36 Hvilken af dessa tre synes dig nu hafva varit hans näste, som för röfvarena kommen var?
Now which of these three do you think seemed to be a neighbor to him who fell among the robbers?”
37 Sade han: Den som beviste honom barmhertighet. Då sade Jesus till honom: Gack, och gör du sammaledes.
He said, “He who showed eleos ·merciful compassion in action· on him.” Then Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Go and do likewise.”
38 Men det begaf sig, då de vandrade, gick han uti en liten stad; och en qvinna, benämnd Martha, undfick honom uti sitt hus.
As they went on their way, he entered into a certain village, and a certain woman named Martha [Lady mistress, Strong bitterness] received him into her house.
39 Och hon hade en syster, benämnd Maria; hon satte sig vid Jesu fötter, och hörde hans ord.
She had a sister called Mary [Rebellion], who also sat at Yeshua's [Salvation]'s feet, and heard his word.
40 Men Martha bekymrades med idkelig tjenst. Hon gick fram, och sade: Herre, sköter du intet derom, att min syster låter mig tjena allena? Så säg henne nu, att hon hjelper mig.
But Martha [Lady mistress, Strong bitterness] was distracted with much serving, and she came up to him, and said, “Lord, don’t you care that my sister left me to serve alone? Ask her therefore to help me.”
41 Svarade Jesus, och sade till henne: Martha, Martha, du hafver omsorg och bekymmer om mångahanda;
Yeshua [Salvation] answered her, “Martha [Lady mistress, Strong bitterness], Martha [Lady mistress, Strong bitterness], you are anxious and troubled about many things,
42 Men ett är nödtorftigt; Maria hafver utkorat den goda delen, hvilken henne icke skall ifråtagas.
but one thing is needed. Mary [Rebellion] has chosen the good part, which will not be taken away from her.”
