Jeremia 3

1 Man säger: När en man skiljer sina hustru ifrå sig, och hon far ifrå honom och tager en annan man, tör han ock taga henne till sig igen? Vorde icke då landet orenadt? Men du hafver bolat med många bolar, dock kom igen till mig, säger Herren.

Saying there! he will send away a husband wife his and she will go from with him and she will belong to a man another ¿ will he return to her again ¿ not certainly will it be polluted the land that and you you have acted as a prostitute companions many and will you return? to me [the] utterance of Yahweh.

2 Lyft din ögon upp i höjdena, och se till, huru du allestäds horeri bedrifver; på vägomen sitter du, och vaktar uppå dem, likasom en röfvare i öknene, och orenar landet med ditt horeri och din ondsko.

Lift up eyes your on bare heights and see where? not (have you been lain with *Q(K)*) at roads you sat for them like an Arab in the wilderness and you have polluted [the] land by prostitution your and by wickedness your.

3 Derföre måste ock arlaregn borto blifva, och intet serlaregn komma; du hafver ett skökoansigte; du vill icke mer skämmas;

And they have been withheld copious showers and spring rain not it has come and [the] forehead of a woman a prostitute it belonged to you you refused to be ashamed.

4 Och ropar likväl till mig: Käre fader, du mins ungdoms mästare;

¿ Not from now (have you called *Q(K)*) to me O father my [were] [the] close friend of youth my you.

5 Vill du dock vred vara evinnerliga, och icke aflåta af dine grymhet? Si, du lärer och gör det ondt är, och låter intet styra dig.

¿ Will he maintain for ever or? will he keep to perpetuity here! (you spoke *Q(K)*) and you did wicked things and you were able.

6 Och Herren sade till mig, i Konung Josia tid: Hafver du ock sett hvad Israel, den affälliga, gjorde? Hon gick bort uppå all hög berg, och under all grön trä, och bedref der horeri.

And he said Yahweh to me in [the] days of Josiah the king ¿ have you seen [that] which she has done [the] apostate one Israel [has been] going she on every hill high and to under every tree luxuriant and she has acted as a prostitute there.

7 Och jag sade, då hon detta alltsammans gjort hade: Vänd dig om till mig; men hon vände sig intet; och hennes syster Juda, den förhärda, såg det.

And I thought after has done she all these [things] to me she will return and not she has returned (and she saw *Q(k)*) treacherous sister her Judah.

8 Och jag såg, att ändock jag den affälliga Israels horeri straffade, och öfvergaf henne, och gaf henne ett skiljobref, likväl fruktar sig hennes syster, den förhärda Juda, intet; utan går bort, och bedrifver också horeri.

And I saw that on all causes that she committed adultery [the] apostate one Israel I sent away her and I gave [the] document of divorce her to her and not she was afraid treacherous Judah sister her and she went and she acted as a prostitute also she.

9 Och af hennes horeris rykte är landet orenadt; förty hon bedrifver horeri med stock och sten.

And it was from [the] lightness of prostitution her and it was polluted the land and she committed adultery stone and wood.

10 Och i allt detta omvänder sig den förhärda Juda, hennes syster, intet till mig af allt hjerta; utan skrymtar, säger Herren.

And also for all this not she returned to me treacherous sister her Judah with all heart her that except with deception [the] utterance of Yahweh.

11 Och Herren sade till mig: Den affälliga Israel är from räknandes emot den förhärda Juda.

And he said Yahweh to me she has made appear righteous self her [the] apostate one Israel more than [the] treacherous [one] Judah.

12 Gack bort, och predika norrut alltså, och säg: Vänd om du affälliga Israel, säger Herren, så vill jag intet vända mitt ansigte ifrån eder; ty jag är barmhertig, säger Herren, och vill icke vredgas evinnerliga.

Go and you will proclaim the words these north-ward and you will say return! O apostate one Israel [the] utterance of Yahweh not I will make fall face my on you for [am] faithful I [the] utterance of Yahweh not I will maintain for ever.

13 Allenast känn dina missgerningar, att du emot Herran din Gud syndat hafver, och hit och dit lupit till främmande gudar, under all grön trä, och hafver icke lydt mine röst, säger Herren.

Only recognize iniquity your that against Yahweh God your you have rebelled and you have scattered ways your to strangers under every tree luxuriant and to voice my not you have listened [the] utterance of Yahweh.

14 Omvänder eder, I affälliga barn, säger Herren; ty jag vill trolofva eder mig, och vill hemta eder, så att en skall föra en hel stad, och två ett helt land, och jag skall låta eder komma till Zion;

Return O sons backsliding [the] utterance of Yahweh for I I am husband over you and I will take you one from a city and two from a clan and I will bring you Zion.

15 Och skall gifva eder herdar, efter mitt hjerta, de eder föda skola med lärdom och vishet.

And I will give to you shepherds according to own heart my and they will shepherd you knowledge and insight.

16 Och det skall ske, när I växen till, och ären månge vordne i landena, så skall man, säger Herren, på den tiden intet mer tala om Herrans förbunds ark, och intet mer komma honom ihåg, eller deraf predika, eller besöka honom, eller något mer offra der;

And it will be that you will multiply and you will be fruitful in the land in the days those [the] utterance of Yahweh not people will say again [the] ark of [the] covenant of Yahweh and not it will come up on a heart and not people will remember it and not people will miss [it] and not it will be made again.

17 Utan på den tiden skall man kalla Jerusalem Herrans säte, och alle Hedningar skola församla sig dit, för Herrans Namns skull i Jerusalem; och skola icke mer vandra efter sins onda hjertas tankar.

At the time that people will call Jerusalem [the] throne of Yahweh and they will be collected to it all the nations to [the] name of Yahweh to Jerusalem and not they will walk again after [the] stubbornness of heart their evil.

18 På den tiden skall Juda hus gå till Israels hus, och skola tillsammans komma nordanefter, in uti det land som jag edra fäder till arfs gifvit hafver.

In the days those they will walk [the] house of Judah with [the] house of Israel so they may come together from a land of [the] north to the land which I gave as an inheritance ancestors your.

19 Och jag säger dig till: O! huru mång barn vill jag gifva dig, och det goda landet, det sköna arfvet, nämliga Hedningarnas kärna. Och jag säger dig till: Du skall på den tiden kalla mig käre Fader, och intet vika ifrå mig.

And I I thought how! I will set you among the sons so I may give to you a land of desire an inheritance of beauty of beauties of nations and I thought father my (you will call *Q(K)*) me and from after me not (you will turn away. *Q(K)*)

20 Men Israels hus aktar mig intet, likasom en qvinna nu icke mer aktar sin bola, säger Herren.

Nevertheless she deals treacherously a woman from companion her so you have dealt treacherously with me O house of Israel [the] utterance of Yahweh.

21 Derföre skall man få höra en klagelig gråt och jämmer af Israels barn på högarna; derföre, att de illa gjort, och Herran sin Gud förgätit hafva.

A sound on bare heights [is] heard [the] weeping of [the] supplications of [the] people of Israel for they have perverted way their they have forgotten Yahweh God their.

22 Så vänder nu om, I affällige barn, så vill jag hela eder af edro olydno. Si, vi komme till dig; ty du äst Herren vår Gud.

Return O sons backsliding I will heal apostasies your here [are] we we have come to you for you [are] Yahweh God our.

23 Sannerliga, det är icke utan bedrägeri med de högar, och med all berg; sannerliga, Israel hafver ingen hjelp, utan allena af Herranom vårom Gud.

Truly to deception from [the] hills a tumult mountains truly [is] in Yahweh God our [the] salvation of Israel.

24 Och våra fäders stiktningar, de vi af ungdom hållit hafva, måste afgå med skam; samt med deras får, fä, söner och döttrar.

And the shameful thing it has consumed [the] toil of ancestors our since youth our flock[s] their and herd[s] their sons their and daughters their.

25 Ty der vi förläte oss uppå, det är oss nu alltsammans till skam; och der vi tröste uppå, der måste vi nu skämmas vid; ty vi syndadom dermed emot Herran vår Gud, både vi och våre fäder, allt ifrå vår ungdom och intill denna dag, och lyddom icke Herrans vår Guds röst.

Let us lie down in shame our and let it cover us disgrace our for to Yahweh God our we have sinned we and ancestors our since youth our and until the day this and not we have listened to [the] voice of Yahweh God our.
