Hesekiel 14
1 Och till mig komma någre af de äldsta i Israel, och satte sig när mig.
And he came to me men from [the] elders of Israel and they sat down before me.
2 Då skedde Herrans ord till mig, och sade:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
3 Du menniskobarn, desse männerna hänga med sitt hjerta intill sina afgudar, och hålla fast uppå sins horeris förargelse; skulle jag då svara dem, när de fråga mig?
O son of humankind the men these they have brought up idols their on heart their and [the] stumbling block of iniquity their they have put before faces their ¿ really will I let myself be consulted by them.
4 Derföre tala med dem, och säg till dem: Detta säger Herren Herren: Hvilken menniska af Israels hus hänger med sitt hjerta intill sina afgudar, och håller fast uppå sins afguderis förargelse, och kommer till Propheten, så vill jag, Herren, svara honom, såsom han förtjent hafver med sitt stora afguderi;
Therefore speak with them and you will say to them thus he says - [the] Lord Yahweh a person a person from [the] house of Israel who he will bring up idols his to heart his and [the] stumbling block of iniquity his he will put before face his and he will go to the prophet I Yahweh I will let myself give an answer to him (he came *Q(K)*) by [the] multitude of idols his.
5 På det Israels hus skall bedraget varda i sitt hjerta, derföre att de ifrå mig trädt hafva, genom mångahanda, afguderi.
So as to capture [the] house of Israel by heart their who they have become estranged from with me by idols their all of them.
6 Derföre skall du säga till Israels hus: Detta säger Herren Herren: Vänder eder om, och träder ifrån edart afguderi, och vänder edor ansigte ifrån all edor styggelse.
Therefore say - to [the] house of Israel thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh turn back and turn away from with idols your and from with all abominations your turn away faces your.
7 Ty hvilken menniska af Israels hus, eller någor främling, som i Israel bor, viker ifrå mig, och med sitt hjerta hänger till sina afgudar, och fast håller uppå sins afguderis förargelse, och kommer till Propheten, på det han skall fråga mig genom honom; honom vill jag, Herren, sjelfver svara;
For a person a person from [the] house of Israel and from the sojourner who he sojourns in Israel so he may separate himself from after me and he will bring up idols his to heart his and [the] stumbling block of iniquity his he will put before face his and he will go to the prophet to consult to him me I Yahweh [will] let myself give an answer to him by myself.
8 Och skall sätta mitt ansigte emot honom, och göra honom till ett tecken och ordspråk, och skall rycka honom utu mitt folk, att I förnimma skolen, att jag är Herren.
And I will set face my on the person that and I will make him into a sign and into bywords and I will cut off him from among people my and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.
9 Men om en förförder Prophet något predikar, honom vill ock jag, Herren, låta förförd varda, och skall uträcka mina hand öfver honom, och utrota honom utu mitt folk Israel.
And the prophet if he will be deceived and he will speak a word I Yahweh I have deceived the prophet that and I will stretch out hand my on him and I will destroy him from among people my Israel.
10 Alltså skola de både umgälla sina missgerning; lika som frågarens missgerning, så skall ock Prophetens missgerning vara;
And they will bear iniquity their as [the] iniquity of the enquirer as [the] iniquity of the prophet it will be.
11 På det de icke mer skola förföra Israels hus ifrå mig, och icke mer orena sig uti allehanda, sin öfverträdelse; utan skola vara mitt folk, och jag skall vara deras Gud, säger Herren Herren.
So that not they will wander again [the] house of Israel from after me and not they will make themselves unclean again by all transgressions their and they will become for me a people and I I will become for them God [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
12 Och Herrans ord skedde till mig, och sade:
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.
13 Du menniskobarn, när landet syndar emot mig, och dertill försmädar mig, så skall jag räcka mina hand öfver det, och borttaga bröds uppehälle, och sända der hunger in, att jag skall förgöra der både folk och fä.
O son of humankind a land if it will sin to me by acting unfaithfully unfaithfulness and I will stretch out hand my on it and I will break of it staff of bread and I will send on it famine and I will cut off from it humankind and animal[s].
14 Och om än de tre männerna Noah, Daniel, och Job, derinne voro, så skulle de allenast kunna fria sina egna själar, genom sina rättfärdighet, säger Herren Herren.
And they will be [the] three the men these in [the] midst of it Noah (Daniel *Q(K)*) and Job they by righteousness their they will deliver own life their [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
15 Och om jag läte komma ond djur in uti landet, hvilke folket bortjagade, och förödde det, så att der ingen kunde inne vandra för djurens skull;
If animal[s] wild I will cause to pass in the land and it will make childless it and it will be a desolation because not [one who] passes by because of the animal[s].
16 Och om desse tre männerna voro derinne; så, sant som jag lefver, säger Herren Herren, de skulle hvarken kunna fria söner eller döttrar, utan allena sig sjelfva, och landet måste öde varda.
[the] three The men these [will be] in [the] midst of it [by] [the] life of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh if sons and if daughters they will deliver they to alone them they will be delivered and the land it will be a desolation.
17 Eller om jag läte komma svärd uppå landet, och sade: Svärd, far igenom landet; och vorde alltså både folk och fä förgjordt;
Or a sword I will bring on the land that and I will say a sword let it pass in the land and I will cut off from it humankind and animal[s].
18 Och om de tre män voro derinne; så sant som jag lefver, säger Herren Herren, de skulle hvarken kunna fria söner eller döttrar; utan de allena skulle friade varda.
And [the] three the men these [will be] in [the] midst of it [by] [the] life of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh not they will deliver sons and daughters for they to alone them they will be delivered.
19 Eller om jag sände pestilentie uti landet, och utgöte mina grymhet deröfver, och det blod kostade, så att jag förgjorde både folk och fä;
Or pestilence I will send against the land that and I will pour out rage my on it by blood to cut off from it humankind and animal[s].
20 Och om Noah, Daniel, och Job, voro derinne; så sant som jag lefver, säger Herren Herren, de skulle icke, igenom sina rättfärdighet, hvarken kunna undsätta söner eller döttrar, utan allena sina egna själar.
And Noah (Daniel *Q(K)*) and Job [will be] in [the] midst of it [by] [the] life of me [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh if a son if a daughter they will deliver they by righteousness their they will deliver own life their.
21 Ty så säger Herren Herren: Om jag sände mina fyra onda plågor, som är svärd, hunger, ond djur och pestilentie, öfver Jerusalem, så att jag derinne förgjorde både folk och fä;
For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh indeed? if [the] four judgments my - harmful sword and famine and animal[s] wild and pestilence I will send against Jerusalem to cut off from it humankind and animal[s].
22 Si, så skola någre derinne igenlefvas och undslippa, hvilke söner och döttrar der utföra skola, och komma hit till eder, att I se skolen, huru dem går, och trösta eder öfver den olycko, som jag öfver Jerusalem hafver komma låtit, samt med allt annat, det jag öfver dem hafver komma låtit.
And there! it will be left in it an escaped remnant about to be led out sons and daughters there they [are] about to come out to you and you will see conduct their and practices their and you will be comforted on the calamity which I have brought on Jerusalem all that I have brought on it.
23 De skola vara edor tröst, då I fån se huru dem går, och kunnen besinna, att jag icke utan sak gjort hafver, hvad jag derinne gjort hafver, säger Herren Herren.
And they will comfort you if you will see conduct their and practices their and you will know that not without cause I have done all that I have done in it [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.
