5 Mosebok 14
1 I ären Herrans edars Guds barn; skärer eder icke, och görer eder icke skallota öfver edart änne för någon dödan.
[are] children You of Yahweh God your not you will cut yourselves and not you will make baldness between eyes your to a dead [person].
2 Ty du äst ett heligt folk Herranom dinom Gud, och Herren hafver utvalt dig, att du skall vara hans eget, utaf all folk som på jordene äro.
For [are] a people holy you to Yahweh God your and you he has chosen Yahweh to become for him a people of possession from all the peoples which [are] on [the] surface of the ground.
3 Du skall ingen styggelse äta.
Not you will eat any disgusting thing.
4 Men desse äro de djur, som I äta skolen: Fä, får, get, hjort,
This [is] the animal which you will eat an ox an animal of sheep and an animal of goats.
5 Rå, buffel, stenbock, enhörning, urnöt, och elgen.
A deer and a gazelle and a roe-deer and a wild goat and an ibex and an antelope and a mountain sheep.
6 Och all djur, som tveklöfvad äro, och idisla, skolen I äta.
And every animal [which] divides a hoof and [which] cleaves a cleft of two hooves [which] brings up cud among the animal[s] it you will eat.
7 Men det skolen I icke äta, som idislar, och icke tveklöfvadt är: camelen, haran, cunilen. De som idisla, och icke tveklöfvad äro, de skola vara eder oren.
Nevertheless this not you will eat any of [those which] bring up the cud and [any] of those dividing the hoof cloven the camel and the hare and the rock badger that [is] bringing up cud they and a hoof not they divide [are] unclean they to you.
8 Svinet, ändock det tveklöfvadt är, så idislar det dock icke, det skall vara eder orent; af dess kött skolen I icke äta, och vid dess as skolen I icke komma.
And the pig that [is] dividing a hoof it and not cud [is] unclean it to you any of meat their not you will eat and carcass their not you will touch.
9 Detta är det I äta skolen, utaf allt det i vattnet är: allt det som spol och fjäll hafver, det skolen I äta;
This you will eat from all that [is] in the water all that [belongs] to it fin and scale you will eat.
10 Men det som intet spol eller fjäll hafver, det skolen I icke äta; ty det är eder orent.
And all that not [belongs] to it fin and scale not you will eat [is] unclean it to you.
11 Alla rena foglar äter.
Every bird clean you will eat.
12 Desse af dem äro de som I icke äta skolen: örnen, höken, falken,
And this [is that] which not you will eat any of them the eagle and the bearded vulture and the osprey.
13 Fiskagjusen, gladan, gamen med sine art,
And the red kite and the hawk and the black kite to kind its.
14 Och alla korpar med deras art,
And every raven to kind its.
15 Strutsfoglen, ugglan, göken, sparfhöken med sine art,
And [the] daughter of the ostrich and the screech owl and the gull and the falcon to kind its.
16 Stenugglan, ufven, flädermusen,
The little owl and the great owl and the barn owl.
17 Rördrommen, storken, svanen,
And the desert owl and the Egyptian vulture and the cormorant.
18 Hägren, skrikan med sine art, vidhöfden, och svalan.
And the stork and the heron to kind its and the hoopoe and the bat.
19 Och alle foglar, som krypa, skola vara eder orene, och I skolen icke äta dem.
And every swarming thing of the insect [is] unclean it to you not they will be eaten.
20 De rena foglar skolen I äta.
Every insect clean you will eat.
21 I skolen intet as äta. Främlingenom, som i dinom porte är, må du gifva det, att han det äter, eller sälj det enom främmande; ty du äst ett heligt folk Herranom dinom Gud. Du skall icke koka kidet, medan det ännu dir sina moder.
Not you will eat any carcass to the sojourner who [is] in gates your you will give it and he will eat it or you will sell it to a foreigner for [are] a people holy you to Yahweh God your not you will boil a kid in [the] milk of mother its.
22 Du skall all år afskilja tionden af allo dine säds frukt, som utaf dinom åker kommer;
Fully you will tithe all [the] produce of seed your which comes out the field a year a year.
23 Och skall äta den för Herranom dinom Gud, på det rum som han utväljer, att hans Namn der bo skall; nämliga af tionden utaf din säd, dino vine, dine oljo, och förstfödningen af ditt fä och din får; på det du skall lära frukta Herran din Gud i alla dina lifsdagar.
And you will eat before - Yahweh God your in the place where he will choose to cause to dwell name his there [the] tithe of grain your new wine your and fresh oil your and [the] firstborn of herd your and flock your so that you may learn to fear Yahweh God your all the days.
24 Om vägen är dig för lång, att du icke kan komma det dit, derföre att det rummet är dig för långt ifrå, som Herren din Gud utvalt hafver, att han vill låta sitt Namn bo der; ty Herren din Gud hafver välsignat dig;
And if it will be [too] great for you the journey for not you will be able to carry it that it will be [too] far for you the place where he will choose Yahweh God your to put name his there for he will bless you Yahweh God your.
25 Så sälj det allt för penningar, och tag penningarna i dina hand, och gack till det rum, som Herren din Gud utvalt hafver;
And you will exchange [it] for money and you will secure the money in hand your and you will go to the place which he will choose Yahweh God your it.
26 Och köp för penningarna allt det din själ lyster, vare sig fä, får, vin, stark dryck, eller allt det din själ begärar; och ät det der för Herranom dinom Gud, och var glad, du och ditt hus.
And you will exchange the money for all that it will desire appetite your for cattle and for sheep and for wine and for strong drink and for all that it will ask you appetite your and you will eat there before Yahweh God your and you will rejoice you and household your.
27 Och Leviten, som i dina portar är, honom skall du icke förlåta; förty han hafver ingen lott eller arf med dig.
And the Levite who [is] in gates your not you will neglect him for not [belongs] to him a portion and an inheritance with you.
28 Efter tre år skall du afsöndra all tiond af dine säd i det året, och skall lägga henne i dina portar.
From [the] end of - three years you will bring out all [the] tithe of produce your in the year that and you will deposit [it] in gates your.
29 Så skall Leviten komma, som ingen lott eller arf hafver med dig; och främlingen, och den faderlöse, och enkan, som i dina portar äro, och äta, och mätta sig; på det Herren din Gud dig välsigna skall i alla dina händers gerningar, som du gör.
And he will come the Levite for not [belongs] to him a portion and an inheritance with you and the sojourner and the fatherless one and the widow who [are] in gates your and they will eat and they will be satisfied so that he may bless you Yahweh God your in all [the] work of hand your which you will do.
