1 BenJamin födde Bela sin första son, Asbel den andra, Ahrah den tredje,
And Benjamin begot Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,
2 Nohah den fjerde, Rapha den femte.
Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
3 Och Bela hade barn: Addar, Gera, Abihud;
And there are sons to Bela: Addar, and Gera,
4 Abisua, Naaman, Ahoah,
and Abihud, and Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,
5 Gera, Sephuphan och Huram.
and Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.
6 Desse äro Ehuds barn, som hufvud voro för de fäder, som bodde i Geba, och drogo bort till Manahath;
And these [are] sons of Ehud—they are heads of fathers to the inhabitants of Geba, and they remove them to Manahath:
7 Nämliga Naaman, Ahia och Gera, den samme förde dem bort; och han födde Ussa och Ahihud.
even Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, who removed them and begot Uzza and Ahihud.
8 Och Saharaim födde i Moabs land, (då han hade låtit dem ifrå sig) af Husim och Baara sinom hustrum.
And Shaharaim begot in the field of Moab after his sending them away; Hushim and Baara [are] his wives.
9 Och han födde af Hodes sine hustru Jobab, Zibia, Mesa, Malcham,
And he begets of his wife Hodesh: Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,
10 Jeuz, Sachia och Mirma. Desse äro hans barn, hufvud för fäderna.
and Jeuz, and Shachiah, and Mirmah. These [are] his sons, heads of fathers.
11 Af Husim födde han Abitob och Elpaal.
And of Hushim he begot Ahitub and Elpaal.
12 Elpaals barn voro: Eber, Misam och Samed; den samme byggde Ono och Lod, och dess döttrar.
And sons of Elpaal: Eber, and Misheam, and Shamer (he built Ono and Lod and its small towns),
13 Och Beria och Serna voro hufvud för fäderna ibland dem som bodde i Ajalon; de förjagade dem som bodde i Gath.
and Beriah and Shema (they [are] the heads of fathers to the inhabitants of Aijalon—they caused the inhabitants of Gath to flee),
14 Men hans broder, Sasak, Jeremoth,
and Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,
15 Sebadia, Arad, Ader,
and Zebadiah, and Arad, and Ader,
16 Michael, Jispa och Joha. Desse äro Beria barn.

17 Sebadia, Mesullam, Hiski, Heber,

18 Jismerai, Jislia, Jobab. Desse äro Elpaals barn.

19 Jakim, Sichri, Sabdi,
and Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,
20 Elienai, Zillethai, Eliel,
and Elienai, and Zillethai, and Eliel,
21 Adaja, Beraja och Simrath. Desse äro Simri barn.
and Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, sons of Shimei;
22 Jispan, Eber, Eliel,
and Ishpan, and Heber, and Eliel,
23 Abdon, Sichri, Hanan,
and Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,
24 Hanania, Elam, Anthothia,
and Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,
25 Jiphdeja och Pnuel. Desse äro Sasaks barn.
and Iphedeiah, and Penuel, sons of Shashak;
26 Samserai, Seharia, Athalia,
and Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,
27 Jaresia, Elia och Sichri. Desse äro Jerohams barn.
and Jaareshiah, and Eliah, and Zichri, sons of Jeroham.
28 Desse äro hufvud för fäderna i deras ätter; de bodde i Jerusalem.
These [are] heads of fathers, by their generations, [the] heads. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
29 Men i Gibeon bodde fadren Gibeon; och hans hustru het Maacha.
And the father of Gibeon has dwelt in Gibeon, and the name of his wife [is] Maachah;
30 Och hans förste son var Abdon, Zur, Kis, Baal, Nadab,
and his son, the firstborn, [is] Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Ba‘al, and Nadab,
31 Gedor, Ahio och Secher.
and Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher;
32 Men Mikloth födde Simea; och de bodde tvärsemot deras bröder i Jerusalem med sinom brödrom.
and Mikloth begot Shimeah. And they also dwelt opposite their brothers—with their brothers in Jerusalem.
33 Ner födde Kis, Kis födde Saul, Saul födde Jonathan, MalchiSua, AbiNadab och Esbaal.
And Ner begot Kish, and Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan, and Malchi-Shua, and Abinadab, and Esh-Ba‘al.
34 Jonathans son var MeriBaal. MeriBaal födde Micha.
And a son of Jonathan [is] Merib-Ba‘al, and Merib-Ba‘al begot Micah;
35 Micha barn voro: Pithon, Melech, Thaerea och Ahas.
and sons of Micah: Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz:
36 Ahas födde Joadda. Joadda födde Alemeth, Asmaveth och Simri. Simri födde Moza.
and Ahaz begot Jehoadah, and Jehoadah begot Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begot Moza,
37 Moza födde Binea; hans son var Rapha; hans son var Eleasa; hans son var Azel.
and Moza begot Binea, Raphah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.
38 Men Azel hade sex söner. De heto: Asrikam, Bochru, Ismael, Searia, Obadja, Hanan. De äro alle Azels söner.
And to Azel [are] six sons, and these [are] their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these [are] sons of Azel.
39 Eseks barn, hans broders, voro: Ullam hans förste son, Jeus den andre, Eliphelet den tredje.
And sons of his brother Eshek: Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
40 Men Ullams barn voro väldige män, och välbehändige med bågar och hade många söner och sonasöner, hundrade och femtio. De äro alle af BenJamins barnom.
And the sons of Ulam are men mighty in valor, treading bow, and multiplying sons and son’s sons—one hundred and fifty. All these [are] of the sons of Benjamin.
