1 Kisha nikamwona malaika mwingine mwenye nguvu akishuka kutoka mbinguni. Alikuwa amevikwa wingu, na upinde wa mvua kichwani mwake. Uso wake ulikuwa kama jua, na miguu yake ilikuwa kama moto.
And I sawe another myghtye angell come doune from heven clothed with a cloude and the rayne bowe apon his heed. And hys face as it were the sunne and his fete as yt were pyllars of fyre
2 Mikononi mwake alishika kitabu kidogo kimefunguliwa. Aliweka mguu wake wa kulia juu ya bahari, na wa kushoto juu ya nchi kavu,
and he had in his honde a lytell boke opyn: and he put his ryght fote apon the see and his lyfte fote on the erth.
3 na kuita kwa sauti kubwa kama ya mngurumo wa simba. Alipopaaza sauti, ngurumo saba ziliitikia kwa kishindo.
And cryed with a lowde voyce as when a lyon roreth. And when he had cryed seven thondres spake their voyces.
4 Na hizo ngurumo saba ziliposema, mimi nikataka kuandika. Lakini nikasikia sauti kutoka mbinguni: “Maneno ya ngurumo hizo saba ni siri; usiyaandike!”
And whe the vii. thondres had spoken their voyces I was aboute to wryte. And I herde a voyce from heven sayinge vnto me seale vp thoo thynges which the vii. thondres spake and write them not.
5 Kisha yule malaika niliyemwona akisimama juu ya bahari na juu ya nchi kavu akainua mkono wake wa kulia juu mbinguni,
And the angell which I sawe stonde apon the see and apon the erth lyfte vppe his honde to heven
6 akaapa kwa jina la Mungu aishiye milele na milele, Mungu aliyeumba mbingu na vyote vilivyomo, bahari na vyote vilivyomo, dunia na vyote vilivyomo. Akasema, “Wakati wa kusubiri zaidi umekwisha! (aiōn g165)
and swore by him that liveth for ever more which created heven and the thynges that ther in are and the see and the thynges which therin are: that there shulde be no lenger tyme: (aiōn g165)
7 Lakini wakati ule malaika wa saba atakapotoa sauti yake, wakati atakapopiga tarumbeta yake, Mungu atakamilisha mpango wake wa siri kama alivyowatangazia watumishi wake manabii.”
but in the dayes of the voyce of the seventh angell when he shall begyn to blowe: eve the mistery of god shalbe fynisshed as he preached by his servauntes ye prophetes.
8 Kisha ile sauti niliyokuwa nimeisikia kutoka mbinguni pale awali ikasema nami tena: “Nenda ukakichukue kile kitabu kilichofunguliwa, kilicho mkononi mwa malaika asimamaye juu ya bahari na juu ya nchi kavu.”
And the voyce which I herde from heven spake vnto me agayne and sayde: goo and take the lytle boke which ys open in the honde of the angell which stondeth apon the see and apon the erth.
9 Basi, nikamwendea huyo malaika, nikamwambia anipe hicho kitabu kidogo. Naye akaniambia, “Kichukue, ukile; kinywani mwako kitakuwa kitamu kama asali, lakini tumboni kitakuwa kichungu!”
And I went vnto the angell and sayde to him: geve me the lytle boke and he sayd vnto me: take it and eate it vp and it shall make thy belly bytter but it shalbe in thy mouth as swete as hony.
10 Basi, nikakichukua kitabu hicho kidogo kutoka mkononi mwa huyo malaika, nikakila; nacho kilikuwa kitamu kinywani mwangu kama asali, lakini nilipokimeza kikawa kichungu tumboni mwangu.
and I toke the lytle boke out of his honde and ate it vp and it was in my mouth as swete as hony and as sone as I had eate it my belly was bytter.
11 Kisha nikaambiwa, “Inakubidi tena kutangaza ujumbe wa Mungu kuhusu watu wengi, mataifa, watu wa lugha nyingi na wafalme!”
And he sayde vnto me: thou muste prophesy agayne amonge the people and nacions and tonges and to many kynges.
