1 Wakorintho 16
1 Sasa, yahusu ule mchango kwa ajili ya watu wa Mungu: fanyeni kama nilivyoyaagiza makanisa ya Galatia.
And as to the collection for the saints, as I directed the churches of the Galatians, so do ye.
2 Kila Jumapili kila mmoja wenu atenge kiasi cha fedha kadiri ya mapato yake, ili kusiwe na haja ya kufanya mchango wakati nitakapokuja.
On each first day of the week, let every one of you lay aside and preserve at home, what he is able; that there may be no collections when I come.
3 Wakati nitakapokuja kwenu, nitawatuma wale mtakaowachagua miongoni mwenu wapeleke barua na zawadi zenu Yerusalemu.
And when I come, those whom ye shall select, I will send with a letter, to carry your bounty to Jerusalem.
4 Kama itafaa nami niende, basi, watakwenda pamoja nami.
And if it should be suitable that I also go, they shall go with me.
5 Nitakuja kwenu, baada ya kupitia Makedonia—maana nataraji kupitia Makedonia.
And I will come to you, when I pass from Macedonia; for I am about to pass through Macedonia.
6 Labda nitakaa kwenu kwa muda fulani, au huenda nitakaa pamoja nanyi wakati wote wa baridi, ili mpate kunisaidia niendelee na safari yangu kokote nitakakokwenda.
And perhaps I shall remain with you, or winter with you; that ye may accompany me whither I go.
7 Sipendi kupita kwenu harakaharaka na kuendelea na safari. Natumaini kukaa kwenu kwa kitambo fulani, Bwana akiniruhusu.
For I am not disposed to see you now, as I pass along; because I hope to spend some time with you, if my Lord permit me.
8 Lakini nitabaki hapa Efeso mpaka siku ya Pentekoste.
For I shall continue at Ephesus until Pentecost:
9 Mlango uko wazi kabisa kwa ajili ya kazi yangu muhimu hapa, ingawa wapinzani nao ni wengi.
because a great door is opened to me, which is full of occupations; and the opposers are numerous.
10 Timotheo akija, angalieni asiwe na hofu yoyote wakati yupo kati yenu, kwani anafanya kazi ya Bwana kama mimi.
And if Timothy come to you, see that he may be without fear among you; for he doeth the work of the Lord, as I do.
11 Kwa hiyo mtu yeyote asimdharau, ila msaidieni aendelee na safari yake kwa amani ili aweze kurudi kwangu, maana mimi namngojea pamoja na ndugu zetu.
Therefore, let no one despise him; but conduct him on in peace, that he may come to me; for I wait for him with the brethren.
12 Kuhusu ndugu Apolo, nimemsihi sana aje kwenu pamoja na ndugu wengine, lakini hapendelei kabisa kuja sasa ila atakuja mara itakapowezekana.
As for Apollos, my brethren, I entreated him much to go with the brethren to you; but his inclination was not to go to you now; but when he shall have opportunity, he will go to you.
13 Kesheni, simameni imara katika imani, muwe hodari na wenye nguvu.
Watch ye, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be valiant.
14 Kila mfanyacho kifanyike kwa upendo.
Let all your affairs be conducted with love.
15 Ndugu, mnaifahamu jamaa ya Stefana; wao ni watu wa kwanza kabisa kuipokea imani ya Kikristo katika Akaya, na wamejitolea kuwatumikia watu wa Mungu. Ninawasihi ninyi ndugu zangu,
I beseech you, my brethren, concerning the household of Stephanas; (for ye know, that they were the first-fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to ministering to the saints; )
16 muufuate uongozi wa watu kama hao, na uongozi wa kila mtu afanyaye kazi na kutumikia pamoja nao.
that ye also give ear to them who are such; and to every one, that laboreth with us and aideth.
17 Nafurahi sana kwamba Stefana, Fortunato na Akaiko wamefika; wamelijaza pengo lililokuwako kwa kutokuwako kwenu.
And I rejoice at the arrival of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus: for they have supplied that wherein ye were deficient towards me.
18 Wameiburudisha roho yangu na yenu pia. Kwa hiyo inafaa kuwakumbuka watu wa namna hii.
And they have refreshed my spirit, and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them who are such.
19 Makanisa yote ya Asia yanawasalimuni. Akula na Priskila pamoja na watu wote wa Mungu walio nyumbani mwao wanawasalimuni sana katika Bwana.
All the churches that are in Asia, salute you. Aquila and Priscilla, with the church in their house, salute you much in the Lord.
20 Ndugu wote wanawasalimuni. Nanyi salimianeni kwa ishara ya mapendo ya Mungu.
All the brethren salute you. Salute ye one another with a holy kiss.
21 Mimi Paulo nawasalimuni, nikiandika kwa mkono wangu mwenyewe.

22 Yeyote asiyempenda Bwana, na alaaniwe. MARANA THA—BWANA, njoo!
Whoever loveth not our Lord Jesus the Messiah, let him be accursed: our Lord cometh.
23 Neema ya Bwana Yesu iwe nanyi.
The grace of our Lord Jesus the Messiah be with you.
24 Mapendo yangu yawe kwenu katika kuungana na Kristo Yesu.
And my love be with you all, in the Messiah, Jesus. Amen.
