Ufunuo 4
1 Baada ya mambo haya nilitazama, nikaona kuwa mlango ulikuwa umefunguliwa mbinguni. Ile sauti ya kwanza, ikizungumza nami kama tarumbeta, ikisema, “Njoo hapa, nitakuonesha yatakayotokea baada ya mambo haya.”
After these things I saw, and behold, a door was opened in the heaven: and the first voice I heard was as of a trumpet speaking with me; saying; Come up hither, and I will show thee the things which it behooves to come to pass after these.
2 Mara moja nilikuwa katika Roho, niliona kulikuwa na kiti cha enzi kimewekwa mbinguni, na mtu amekikalia.
Immediately I was in the Spirit: and behold, a throne was set in the heaven, and on the throne one sitting,
3 Mmoja aliyekuwa amekikalia alionekana kama jiwe la yaspi na akiki. Kulikuwa na upinde wa mvua umekizunguka kiti cha enzi. Upinde wa mvua ulionekana kama zumaridi.
and the one sitting was in appearance like unto a jasper and a sardius stone: and a rainbow was around about the throne, in appearance like unto an emerald.
4 Kukizunguka kiti cha enzi kulikuwa na viti vya enzi vingine ishirini na vinne, na waliokaa kwenye viti vya enzi walikuwa wazee ishirini na wanne, wamevikwa mavazi meupe na taji za dhahabu vichwani mwao.
And around about the throne were twenty-four thrones: and on the thrones twenty-four elders are sitting, clothed in white garments; and upon their heads golden crowns.
5 Kutoka katika kiti cha enzi kulitoka miale ya radi, muungurumo na radi. Taa saba zilikuwa zikiwaka mbele ya kiti cha enzi, taa ambazo ni roho saba za Mungu.
And from the throne lightnings and voices and thunders are going out; and seven lamps of fire are burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God:
6 Tena mbele ya kiti cha enzi kulikuwa na bahari, iliyowazi kama kioo. Wote kuzunguka kiti cha enzi kulikuwa na wenye uhai wanne, waliojaa macho mbele na nyuma.
and before the throne a glassy sea like crystal; and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, are four living creatures filled with eyes in front and in the rear.
7 Kiumbe wa kwanza mwenye uhai alikuwa kama simba, kiumbe wa pili mwenye uhai alikuwa kama ndama, kiumbe wa tatu mwenye uhai alikuwa na uso kama wa mwanadamu, na yule mwenye uhai wa nne alikuwa kama tai apaaye.
And the first living creature was like unto a lion, and the second living creature was like unto a bullock, and the third living creature having the face as of a man, and the fourth living creature was like unto a flying eagle.
8 Viumbe wenye uhai wanne kila mmoja alikuwa na mabawa sita, wamejaa macho juu na chini yake. Usiku na mchana hawakomi kusema, “Mtakatifu, mtakatifu, mtakatifu ni Bwana Mungu, mtawala juu ya wote, aliyekuwepo, na aliyepo na atakayekuja.”
And the four living creatures having six wings, one opposite one of them; filled with eyes without and within; and they cease not day and night, saying; Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Omnipotent, who was, and who is, and who is the one coming.
9 Kila wakati viumbe wenye uhai walipotoa utukufu, heshima, na kushukuru mbele za aliyekuwa ameketi kwenye hicho kiti cha enzi, yeye aishiye milele na daima, (aiōn g165)
And when the living creatures shall give glory and honor and thanksgiving to the one sitting upon the throne, who lives unto the ages of the ages, (aiōn g165)
10 wazee ishirini na wanne walisujudu wenyewe mbele yake aliyekikalia kiti cha enzi. Waliinama chini kwake aishiye milele na daima na kutupa chini taji zao mbele ya kiti cha enzi wakisema, (aiōn g165)
the twenty-four elders will fall down before the one sitting upon the throne, and will worship Him who lives unto the ages of the ages, and will cast their crowns before the throne, (aiōn g165)
11 “Wastahili wewe, Bwana wetu na Mungu wetu, kupokea utukufu na heshima na nguvu. Kwa kuwa uliviumba vitu vyote, na kwa mapenzi yako, vilikuwepo na viliumbwa.”
saying, Thou art worthy, O Lord truly our God, to receive glory and honor and power: because thou hast created all things, and through thy will they were, and were created.
