1 Nampenda Yahwe kwa kuwa anasikia sauti yangu na kuomba kwangu kwa ajili ya huruma.

I love the Lord because he listens to me, he hears my calls for help.

2 Kwa sababu alinisikiliza, nitamuita yeye ningali ninaishi.

Because he pays attention to what I say I will pray to him as long as I live.

I will keep my promises to the Lord so everyone can see,

19 katika nyua za nyumba ya Yahwe, katikati yako, Yerusalemu. Msifuni Yahwe.
