Mambo ya Walawi 18
1 Yahweh akazungumza na Musa, akisema,
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
2 “Zungumza na watu wa Israeli na uwaambie, “Mimi ndimi Yahweh Mungu wenu.
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them I [am] Yahweh God your.
3 Msitende mambo ambayo watu wa Misri huyatenda, mahali mlikokuwa mkiishi awali. Na ni lazima msitende mambo yale wanayoyatenda watu wa Kanaani, nchi ambayo ninawapeleka nyinyi. Msifuate desturi zao.
According to [the] deed[s] of [the] land of Egypt which you dwelt in it not you will do and according to [the] deed[s] of [the] land of Canaan where I [am] about to bring you there towards not you will do and in statutes their not you will walk.
4 Sheria zangu ndizo mtakazozitenda, na amri zangu ndizo mtakazozishika, kwa sababu Mimi ndimi Yahweh Mungu wenu.
Judgments my you will do and statutes my you will keep by walking in them I [am] Yahweh God your.
5 Kwa hiyo ni lazima mzitunze hukumu zangu na sheria zangu. Ikiwa mtu amezitii, ataishi kwa sababu ya hizo. Mimi Ndimi Yahweh.
And you will keep statutes my and judgments my which he will do them humankind and he will live by them I [am] Yahweh.
6 Pasiwepo kwenu atakayelala na yeyote aliye na uhusiano wa karibu naye. Mimi ndimi Yahweh.
A man a man to any relative of flesh his not you will draw near to uncover nakedness I [am] Yahweh.
7 Usimfedheheshe baba yako kwa kulala na mama yako. Yeye ni mama yako! Haikupasi kumfedhehesha yeye.
[the] nakedness of Father your and [the] nakedness of mother your not you will uncover [is] mother your she not you will uncover nakedness her.
8 Usilale na yeyote wa wake za baba yako; Usimfedheheshe namna hiyo baba yako.
[the] nakedness of [the] wife of Father your not you will uncover [is] [the] nakedness of father your it.
9 Usilale na yeyote aliye mmoja miongoni mwa dada zako, ama ni binti ya baba yako au ni binti ya mama yako, ama aliyelelewa nyumbani mwenu au mbali nawe. Usilale na dada zako.
[the] nakedness of Sister your [the] daughter of father your or [the] daughter of mother your one born of house or one born outside not you will uncover nakedness their.
10 Usilale na binti ya mwanao, au binti ya binti yako. Hiyo ingekuwa aibu yako mwenyewe.
[the] nakedness of [the] daughter of Son your or [the] daughter of daughter your not you will uncover nakedness their for [are] own nakedness your they.
11 Usilale na binti ya mke wa baba yako, aliyezaliwa kwa baba yako, yeye ni dada yako, na usilale naye.
[the] nakedness of [the] daughter of [the] wife of Father your one born of father your [is] sister your she not you will uncover nakedness her.
12 Usilale na dada ya baba yako. Yeye ni ndugu wa karibu kwa baba yako.
[the] nakedness of [the] sister of Father your not you will uncover [is] a relative of father your she.
13 Usilale na dada ya mama yako. Yeye ni ndugu wa mama yako.
[the] nakedness of [the] sister of Mother your not you will uncover for [is] a relative of mother your she.
14 Usimfedheheshe ndug wa baba yako kwa kulala na mke wake. Usimkaribie kwa kusudi hilo; yeye ni shangazi yako.
[the] nakedness of [the] brother of Father your not you will uncover to wife his not you will draw near [is] aunt your she.
15 Usilale na binti- mkwe wako, Yeye ni mke wa mwanao; usilale naye.
[the] nakedness of Daughter-in-law your not you will uncover [is] [the] wife of son your she not you will uncover nakedness her.
16 Usilale na mke wa kaka yako; usije ukamfedhesha yeye katika njia hii.
[the] nakedness of [the] wife of Brother your not you will uncover [is] [the] nakedness of brother your it.
17 Usilale na mwanamke kisha na binti yake, au binti wa mwanawe au binti wa binti yake. Hao ni ndugu zake wa karibu, na kulala nao lingekuwa ni uovu.
[the] nakedness of A woman and daughter her not you will uncover [the] daughter of son her and [the] daughter of daughter her not you will take to uncover nakedness her [are] relative[s] they [is] wickedness it
18 Usimwoe dada ya mke wako kuwa mke wako wa pili na kulala naye wakati bado mke wako wa kwanza angali hai.
and a woman to sister her not you will take to make [her] a rival wife to uncover nakedness her with her in life her.
19 Usilale na mwanamke wakati wake wa hedhi.
And to a woman in [the] menstruous impurity of uncleanness her not you will draw near to uncover nakedness her.
20 Yeye ni najisi kwa wakati huo. Usilale na mke wa jilani yako na kujichafua mwenyewe kwake katika njia hii.
And to [the] wife of fellow citizen your not you will give copulation your for seed to be unclean by her.
21 Msiwatoe watoto wenu ili kuwapitisha kwenye moto, ili kwamba muwatoe sadaka kwa Moleki, kwa sababu msije mkalinajisi jina la Mungu wenu. Mimi ndimi Yahweh.
And any of offspring your not you will give to make pass to Molech and not you will profane [the] name of God your I [am] Yahweh.
22 Usilale na mwanaume mwingine kama ulalavyo na mwanamke. Jambo hili lingekuwa uovu.
And a male not you will lie with [the] lyings of a woman [is] an abomination it.
23 Usilale na myama yeyote na kujitia unajisi kwake. Haimpasi mwanamke kufikiria kulala na mnyama ye yote. Huo ungekuwa upotovu.
And in any animal not you will give copulation your to be unclean by it and a woman not she will stand before an animal to stretch out with it [is] confusion it.
24 Msijichafue wenyewe katika njia hizi, kwa kuwa katika njia hizi mataifa yamechafuliwa, mataifa ambayo Nitayafukuza yatoke kwa ajili yenu.
May not you defile yourselves by all these [things] for by all these [things] they have made themselves unclean the nations which I [am] about to send away from before you.
25 Ni kwa sababu nchi imenajisiwa, hivyo niliiadhibu dhambi yao, nayo nchi ikawatapika wakazi wake
And it became unclean the land and I visited iniquity its on it and it vomited up the land inhabitants its.
26 Kwa hiyo, yawapasa kuzishika amri zangu na maagiza yangu, na msifanye aina yoyote ya mambo haya ya machukizo, wala Mwisraeli mzaliwa au Mgeni aishie miongoni mwenu.
And you will keep you statutes my and judgments my and not you will do any of all the abominations these the native-born and the sojourner who sojourns in midst of you.
27 Kwa kuwa ni uovu huu ambao watu wametenda, wale ambao waliishi hapa kabla yenu, na sasa nchi imenajisiwa.
For all the abominations these they did [the] people of the land who [were] before you and it became unclean the land.
28 Kwa hiyo, muwe waangalifu ili kwamba nchi isiwatapike nyinyi baada ya kuwa mmeinajisi, kama ilivyowatapika wale watu waliokuwako kabla yenu.
And not it will vomit up the land you when make unclean you it just as it vomited up the nation which [was] before you.
29 Yeyote anayefanya mambo haya ya kuchukiza, watu wafanyao mambo hayo ya kuchukiza lazima watakatiliwa mbali kutoka miongoni mwa watu wao.
For every [one] who he will do any of all the abominations these and they will be cut off the persons who do [them] from among people their.
30 Kw a hiyo inawapasa kuzishika amri zangu na sitende mojawapo ya desturi hizi zenyekuchukiza ambazo zilitendwa hapo kabla yenu, ili msijinajisi wenyewe kwa hizo. Mimi ndimi Yahweh Mungu wenu.
And you will keep duty my to not to do any of [the] customs of the abominations which they have been done before you and not you will make yourselves unclean by them I [am] Yahweh God your.
