Yoshua 19
1 Upigaji wa pili wa kura uliangukia kwa Simoni na waligawiwa kwa kila ukoo wao. Urithi wao ulikuwa katikati ya urithi ulikuwa ni mali ya kabila la Yuda.
And the second lot came out, for Simeon, for the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families, —and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of the sons of Judah.
2 Urithi waliokuwa nao ni Beerisheba, Sheba, Molada,
And they had for their inheritance, —Beer-sheba or Sheba, and Moladah,
3 Hazari Shuali, Bala, Ezemu,
and Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Ezem,
4 Elitoladi, Bethuli na Horma.
and Eltolad and Bethul, and Hormah,
5 Simoni alikuwa pia na Ziklagi, Bethi Markabothi, Hazari Susa,
and Ziklag and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,
6 Bethi Lebaothi, na Sharuheni. Kulikuwa na miji kumi na mitatu pamoja na vijiji vyake. Vile vile
and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen, —thirteen cities, with their villages:
7 Simoni alimiliki Aini, Rimon, Etheri, na Ashani. Hii ilikuwa ni miji minne pamoja na vijiji vyake.
Ain, Rimmon, and Ether and Ashan, —four cities, with their villages,
8 Miji hii pamoja na vijiji vilivyoizunguka hata kufika Baalathi Beeri (ambao ndio Rama katika Negevu). Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Simoni, waliopewa kwa koo zao.
and all the villages that were round about these cities, as far as Baalath-beer, Ramah of the South. This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, by their families:
9 Urithi wa kabila la Simoni ulikuwa sehemu ya himaya ya kabila la Yuda. Hii ni kwasababu nchi waliyopewa kabila la Yuda ilikuwa ni kubwa kwao, na hivyo kabila la Simoni lilipokea urithi wao kutoka katika sehemu yao ya katikati.
Out of the portion of the sons of Judah, is the inheritance of the sons of Simeon, —for it came to pass that what was allotted to the sons of Judah, was too much for them, therefore did the sons of Simeon receive an inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.
10 Upigaji wa kura ya tatu uliangukia kwa kabila la Zabuloni, na walipewa kwa koo zao. Mpaka wa urithi wao ulianzia huko Saridi.
Then came up the third lot, for the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —and the boundary of their inheritance was as far as Sarid.
11 Mpaka wao ulipanda upande wa magharibi kuelekea Marala na ukaigusa Dabeshethi, na kisha ukasonga kuelekea kijito kilichokuwa mkabala na Yokineamu.
And their boundary goeth up westward, even towards Maralah, and toucheth Dabbesheth, —and reacheth unto the ravine that faceth Jokneam;
12 Kutoka Saridi mpaka ulizunguka upande wa mashariki kuelekea mashariki na ulienda hadi mpaka wa Kislothi Tabori. Kutoka hapo uliendelea hadi Daberathi na kisha ulipanda hata Yafia.
and turneth back from Sarid, eastward, toward the rising of the sun, upon the boundary of Chisloth-tabor, —and goeth out unto Daberath, and ascendeth Japhia;
13 Kutoka hapo ulipita katika upande wa mashariki mwa Gathi Heferi, na kisha ukafika Ethikazini, baadaye ulienda hadi Rimoni na kisha ukageuka kuelekea Nea.
and, from thence, it passed along in front on the east, towards Gath-hepher, towards Eth-kazin, —and goeth out at Rimmon which turneth about towards Neah;
14 Mpaka ulizunguka kueleka kaskazini ukafika Hanathoni na ulikomea katika bonde la Ifta Eli.
and the boundary goeth round it, on the north to Hannathon, —and so the extensions thereof are the valley of Iphtah-el;
15 Mkoa huu ulijumuisha miji ya Katathi, Nahalali, Shimroni, Idala, na Bethlehemu. Kulikuwa na miji kumi na miwili, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
and Kattath and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah and Beth-lehem, —twelve cities, with their villages.
16 Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Zabuloni, waliopewa kwa kufuatana na koo zao - miji pamoja na vijiji vyake.
This, is the inheritance of the sons of Zebulun, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
17 Upigaji kura wa nne uliangukia kwa Isakari, na waligawiwa kufuatana na koo zao.
For Issachar, came out the fourth lot, —for the sons of Issachar, by their families.
18 Eneo lao lilijumuisha Jezreelli, Kesuloothi, Shunemu,
And their boundary was, —Jezreel and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19 Hafaraimu, Shioni, na Anaharathi.
and Hapharaim and Shion, and Anaharath,
20 Pia ilijumuisha miji ya Rabithi, Kishioni, Ebezi,
and Rabbith and Kishion, and Ebez,
21 Remethi, Enganimu, Enihada, na Bethipazezi.
and Remeth, and En-gannim, and Enhaddah, and Beth-pazzez;
22 Mpaka wao ulifika Tabor, Shahazuma, na Bethi Shemeshi, na ukakomea katika Yordani. Ilikuwa ni miji kumi na sita, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
and the boundary toucheth Tabor and Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh, and so the extensions of their boundary are to the Jordan, —sixteen cities, with their villages.
23 Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Isakari, na walipewa kufuatana na koo zao - miji pamoja na vijiji vyake.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
24 Upigaji wa kura ya tano uliangukia kwa kabila la Asheri, na walipewa kwa koo zao.
Then came out the fifth lot, for the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families.
25 Eneo lao lilijumuisha miji ya Helikathi, Hali, Beteni, Akashafu,
And their boundary was, —Helkath and Hali, and Beten and Achshaph,
26 Alameleki, Amadi, na Mshali. Mpaka wa magharibi ulitanuka hadi Karmeli na Shihori Libnathi.
and Allam-melech and Amad, and Mishal, —and it toucheth Carmel to the west, and Shihor-libnath;
27 Kisha ulizunguka upande wa mashariki kueleka Bethi Dagoni na ukaenda hadi Zabuloni, na kisha ukafika katika bonde la ifutaheli, upande wa kaskazini mwa Bethemeki na Neieli. Baadaye uliendelea mbele hata Kabuli kueleka upande wa Kaskazini.
and it turneth toward sun-rise—to Beth-dagon, and toucheth Zebulun and the valley of Iphtah-el northward, and Beth-emek, and Neiel; and goeth out unto Cabul, on the left,
28 Na kisha ulienda hadi Ebroni, Rehobu, Hammoni, na Kana, hata kufika mji mkubwa wa Sidoni.
and Ebron and Rehob, and Hammon and Kanah, —as far as Zidon the populous;
29 Mpaka ulirudi nyuma kuelekea Rama, na kisha ukafika kwenye mji wa Tiro uliokuwa na ngome. Baada ya hapo mpaka ulizunguka kuelekea Hosa na ulikomea katika bahari, katika mkoa wa Akizibu,
and the boundary turneth to Ramah, and as far as the city of the fortress of Tyre, —then the boundary turneth to Hosah, and so the extensions thereof are, on the west, from Hebel to Achzib;
30 Umma, Afeki, na Rehobu. Kulikuwa na miji ishirini na miwili, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
Ummah also and Aphek, and Rehob, —twenty-two cities, with their villages,
31 Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Asheri, na waliopewa kwa koo zao - miji pamoja na vijiji vyake.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Asher, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
32 Upigaji wa kura wa mara ya sita uliangukia kwa kabila la Nafutali, na walipewa kufuatana na koo zao.
For the sons of Naphtali, came out the sixth lot, —for the sons of Naphtali, by their families.
33 Mpaka wao ulianzia Helefu, kutoka katika mwaloni huko Zaananimu, ulipanda hadi Adaminekebu na Yabneeli, umbali kama Lakumu; na ulikomea katka Yordani.
And their boundary was from Heleph, from the terebinth of Bezaannim, and Adami-nekeb, and Jabneel, as far as Lakkum; and so the extensions thereof were to the Jordan;
34 Mpaka ule ulizunguka upande wa magharibi kuelekea Aznothi Tabori na ulipanda hadi Hukoki; uligusa Zabuloni katika upande wa kusini, na ulifika hata Asheri katika upande wa magharibi, na Yuda katika upande wa mashariki huko katika mto Yordani.
and the boundary turneth westward, to Aznoth-tabor, and goeth out from thence, toward Hukkok, —and toucheth Zebulun on the south, and, Asher, it toucheth on the west, and Judah, at the Jordan towards sunrise.
35 Miji yenye ngome ilikuwa ni Zidimu, Zeri, Hammathi, Rakathi, Kinnerethi,
And, the fortified cities, are, —Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath and Chinnereth,
36 Adama, Rama, Hazori,
and Adamah and Ramah, and Hazor,
37 Kedeshi, Edrei, na Eni Hazori.
and Kedesh and Edrei, and En-hazor,
38 Pia kulikuwa na miji ya Yironi, Migdaleli, Horemu, Bethi Anathi, na Bethi Shemeshi. Kulikuwa na miji kumi na tisa, pamoja na vijiji vyake.
and Iron and Migdal-el, Horem and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh, —nineteen cities, with their villages.
39 Huu ulikuwa ni urithi wa kabila la Nafutali, na walipewa miji pamoja na vijiji vyake kufuatana na koo zao.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, by their families, —the cities, with their villages.
40 Upigaji wa kura ya saba uliangukia kwa kabila la Dani, na walipewa kufuatana na koo zao.
And, for the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, came out the seventh lot.
41 Eneo lao la urithi lilijumuisha miji ya Zora, Eshitaoli, Iri Shemeshi,
And the boundary of their inheritance was, —Zorah and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,
42 Shaalabini, Aijaloni, na Ithila.
and Shaalabbin and Aijalon, and Ithlah,
43 Vile vile lilijumuisha miji ya Eloni, Timna, Ekroni,
and Elon and Timnah, and Ekron,
44 Eliteke, Gibethoni, Baalathi,
and Eltekeh and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
45 Yehudi, Bene - Beraki, Gathi Rimoni,
and Jehud and Beneberak, and Gath-rimmon,
46 Me -Yarkoni, na Rakoni sambamba na eneo la karibu na Yopa.
and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, —with the boundary over against Joppa.
47 Ilitokea wakati mpaka wa kabila la Dani ulipowapotea, kabila la Dani waliishambulia Leshemu, wakapigana nao, na wakauteka. Waliua kila mtu kwa upanga, wakauchukua ukawa mali yao, na wakakaa ndani yake. Wakauita mji ule Dani jina la babu yao badala ya Leshemu.
And, when the boundary of the sons of Dan went out beyond these, then went up the sons of Dan and fought against Leshem, and captured it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and took possession thereof, and dwelt therein, and they called Leshem—Dan, after the name of Dan their father,
48 Huu ulikuwa urithi wa kabila la Dani, waliopewa kufuatana na koo zao - miji pamoja na vijiji vyake.
This, is the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan, by their families, —these cities, with their villages.
49 Walipomaliza kugawana urithi wa nchi, watu wa Israeli walimpa urithi Yoshua mwana wa Nuni kutoka miongoni mwao.
When they had made an end of distributing the land by the boundaries thereof, then gave the sons of Israel an inheritance unto Joshua son of Nun, in their midst:
50 Kwa amri ya Yahweh walimpatia mji wa Timnathi Sera ambao aliuomba, ulikuwa katika nchi ya milima ya Efraimu. Aliujenga mji na akaishi huko.
at the bidding of Yahweh, gave they unto him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah, in the hill country of Ephraim, —and he built the city and dwelt therein.
51 Na huu ndio urithi ambao Eliazari kuhani, na Yoshua mwana wa Nuni, na viongozi wa makabila ya familia za mababu zao miongoni mwa watu wa Israeli, waligawa kwa kupiga kura huko Shilo, mbele za Yahweh katika mlango wa hema la kukutania. Na hivyo wakamaliza kuigawa nchi.
These, are the inheritances which Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun and the ancestral heads distributed for inheritance to the tribes of the sons of Israel, by lot, in Shiloh, before Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting, —so they made an end of apportioning the land.
