Yeremia 33
1 Kisha neno la Yahwe likaja kwa Yeremia mara ya pili, alipokuwa bado amefungwa ndani ya uwanja wa walinzi, likisema,
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah a second [time] and he still he [was] shut up in [the] courtyard of the guard saying.
2 Yahwe muumbaji, anasema hivi—Yahwe, aumbaye ili athibitishishe—Yahwe ndilo jina lake,
Thus he says Yahweh [who] made it Yahweh [who] formed it to establish it [is] Yahweh name his.
3 'Niite, na nitakuitika, nitakuelezea mambo makuu, siri ambazo huzielewi.'
Call to me and I will answer you and I will tell to you great [things] and incomprehensible [things] [which] not you know them.
4 Kwa maana Yahwe, Mungu wa Israel, anasema hivi kuhusu nyumba zilizo katika mji huu na nyumba za wafalme wa Yuda zilizobomolewa kwa sababu ya maboma na upanga,
For thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel on [the] houses of the city this and on [the] houses of [the] kings of Judah which have been pulled down because of the mounds and because of the sword.
5 Wakaldayao wanakuja kupigana na kuzijaza nyumba kwa hizi kwa majeshi ya watu ambao wataua katika hasira yangu na ghadhabu yangu, nitakapouficha mji huu uso wangu kwa sababu ya uovu wao wote.
Going to fight with the Chaldeans and to fill them with [the] corpses of humankind which I struck down in anger my and in rage my and whom I have hidden face my from the city this on all evil their.
6 Lakini ona, niko karibu kuleta uponyaji na tiba, kwa maana nitawaponya na nitawapa wingi wa, amani na uamainifu.
Here I [will] bring up for it healing and healing and I will heal them and I will uncover to them an abundance of well-being and faithfulness.
7 Kwa maana nitawarudhisha wafungwa wao wa Yuda na Israeli; nitawajenga tena kama ilivyokuw mwanzo.
And I will turn back [the] captivity of Judah and [the] captivity of Israel and I will rebuild them as at the former [time].
8 Kisha nitawatakasa uovu wote walioufanya dhidi yangu. Nitasamehe makosa yote waliyonitenda, na na njia zote walizo asi dhidi yangu.
And I will cleanse them from all iniquity their which they have sinned to me and I will forgive (all *Q(K)*) iniquities their which they have sinned to me and which they have rebelled against me.
9 Kwa maana mji huu kwa ajili yangu utakuwa chombo cha furaha, nyimbo, sifa na heshima kwa mataiafa yote ya dunia ambao watasikia mambo yote mema ninayokwenda kufanya kwa ajili ya huu mji. Kisha wataogopa na kutetemeka kwa sababu ya mambo yote mema na amani nitayoupa mji huu.'
And it will become to me a name of joy praise and honor to all [the] nations of the earth who they will hear all the good which I [will be] doing them and they will be in awe and they will tremble on all the good and on all the well-being which I [will be] doing for it.
10 Yahwe anasema hivi, 'Katika sehemu hii ambayo sasa mnaisema, “Imetengwa, sehemu isiyo na mwanadamu wala mnyama,” katika mji huu wa Yuda, na katika mitaa ya Yerusalemu ambayo imetengwa bila mwanadamu wala mnyama, zitasikika tena
Thus - he says Yahweh again it will be heard in the place this which you [are] saying [is] desolate it from not human being and from not animal in [the] cities of Judah and in [the] streets of Jerusalem which are made desolate from not human being and from not inhabitant and from not animal.
11 sauti za furaha na sauti za shangwe, sauti ya bwana arusi na sauti ya bibi arusi, sauti za wale wasemao, wanapoleta shukrani katika nyumba ya Yahwe, “Mshukuruni Yahwe wa majeshi, kwa maana Yahwe ni mwema, na upendo wake usioshindwa wadumu milele!” Kwa maana nitawafanaya tena wafungwa wa nchi kuwa walivyokuwa mwanzo,' asema Yahwe.
[the] sound of Joy and [the] sound of gladness [the] sound of a bridegroom and [the] sound of a bride [the] sound of [those who] say give thanks to Yahweh of hosts for [is] good Yahweh for [is] for ever covenant loyalty of his [those who] bring a thank-offering [the] house of Yahweh for I will turn back [the] captivity of the land as at the former [time] he says Yahweh.
12 Yahwe wa majeshi asema hivi: Katika sehemu hii ya ukiwa, ambamo sasa hakuna mwanadamu wala mnyama—katika miji yake yote kutakuwepo tena malisho ambapo wachungaji wataweza kupumzisha makundi yao.
Thus he says Yahweh of hosts again it will be - in the place this desolate from not human being and unto an animal and in all cities its pasture of shepherds [who] make to lie down flock[s].
13 Katika miji hii katika nchi ya vilima, nchi tambarare, na Negevu katika nchi ya Benyamini na kuzunguka Yerusalemu yote, na katika miji ya Yuda, makundi yatapata njia chini ya mkono wa yule anayewahesabu,' asema Yahwe.
In [the] cities of the hill country in [the] cities of the Shephelah and in [the] cities of the Negev and in [the] land of Benjamin and in [the] surroundings of Jerusalem and in [the] cities of Judah again they will pass the flock on [the] hands of [one who] counts he says Yahweh.
14 Angalia! Siku zinakuja—hili ni tangazo la Yahwe—ambapo nitafanya niliyoahidi kwa nyumba ya Israeli na nyumba ya Yuda.
Here! days [are] coming [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will carry out the word good which I have spoken to [the] house of Israel and to [the] house of Judah.
15 Katika siku hizo na katika wakati huo nitachipua shina la haki kwa ajili ya Daudi, na litafanaya hukumu na haki katika nchi.
In the days those and at the time that I will cause to sprout for David a branch of righteousness and he will do justice and righteousness in the land.
16 Katika siku hizo Yuda wataokolewa, na Yurusalemu utaishi katika usalama, kwa maana hivi ndivyo atakavyoitwa, “Yahwe ni haki ni haki yetu.”
In the days those it will be saved Judah and Jerusalem it will dwell to security and this [is that] which anyone will call it Yahweh - [is] righteousness our.
17 Kwa maana Yahwe anasema hivi: 'Mwana kutoka ukoo wa Daudi hatakosa kuketi katika kiti cha nyumba ya Israeli,
For thus he says Yahweh not it will be cut off to David a man [who] sits on [the] throne of [the] house of Israel.
18 wala mtu kutoka ukuhani wa Kilawi hatakosa kutoa sadaka za kuteketezwa mbele zangu, kutoa sadaka za chakula, na kutoa sadaka za nafaka wakati wote.”'
And to the priests the Levites not it will be cut off a man from to before me [who] offers up a burnt offering and [who] makes smoke a grain offering and [who] makes a sacrifice all the days.
19 Neno la Yahwe likaja kwa Yeremia, likisema,
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah saying.
20 “Yahwe anasema hivi: 'Kama mkiweza kulivunja agano langu la mchana na usiku ili kwamba siku isikawie wala usiku usikawie kuja kwa wakati wake,
Thus he says Yahweh if you will break covenant of my the day and covenant of my the night and to not to be daytime and night at appropriate time their.
21 basi mtaweza u kulivunja agano langu na Daudi mtumishi wangu, ili kwamba aspate mwana wa kuketi juu ya kiti chake cha enzi, na gano langu na makuhuni wa Kilawi, watumishsi wangu.
Also covenant my it will be broken with David servant my from belonging to him a son [who] reigns on throne his and with the Levites the priests servants my.
22 Kama vile majeshsi ya mbinguni yasivyoweza kuhesabika, na kama vile mchanga wa ufukwe wa bahari usivyoweza kupimwa, ndivyo nitakavyouongeza uzao wa Daudi mtumishi wangu na Walawi watumikao mbele zangu.”
Which not it will be counted [the] host of the heavens and not it will be measured [the] sand of the sea so I will increase [the] offspring of David servant my and the Levites [the] servants of me.
23 Neno la Mungu likaja kwa Yeremia, likisema,
And it came [the] word of Yahweh to Jeremiah saying.
24 Hamkuzingatia walichotangaza watu hawa waliposema, 'Zile Familia mbili ambazo Yahwe alizichagua, sasa amezikataa'? Kwa jinsi hii hii waliwapuuza watu wangu, wakisema kwamba si taifa tena katika macho yao.
¿ Not have you seen what? the people this have they said saying [the] two the clans which he chose Yahweh them and he has rejected them and people my they spurn! from being again a nation before them.
25 Mimi, Yahwe, nasema hivi, 'Kama sijalithibitisha agano la mchana na usiku, na kama sijaziweka sheria za mbingu na dunia,
Thus he says Yahweh if not covenant of my daytime and night [the] fixed order of heaven and earth not I have ordained.
26 basi nitawakataa uzao wa Yakobo na Daudi mtumishi wangu, na nisilete mtu kutoka kati yao wa kutawala juu ya uzao wa Abrahamu, Isaka, na Yakobo. Kwa maana nitawarudisha wafubgwa wao na kuonesha huruma kwao.”'
Also [the] offspring of Jacob and David servant my I will reject from taking any of offspring his rulers to [the] offspring of Abraham Isaac and Jacob for (I will cause to turn back *Q(K)*) captivity their and I will have compassion on them.
