Ezekieli 8
1 Hivyo ikawa kuhusu katika mwaka wa sita na mwezi wa sita, katika siku ya tano ya mwezi, nilipokuwa nimeketi kwenye nyumba yangu na wazee wa Yuda waliketi mbele yangu, kwamba mkono wa Bwana Yahwe ukanijaza juu yangu huko.
And it was - in the year sixth in the sixth [month] on [day] five of the month I [was] sitting in house my and [the] elders of Judah [were] sitting before me and it fell on me there [the] hand of [the] Lord Yahweh.
2 Hivyo nikaona, na tazama, kulikuwa na mfano kama mwonekano wa mwanadamu. Kutoka kwenye mwonekano wake wa nyonga kwenda chini kulikuwa na moto. Na kutoka kwenye nyonga kwenda juu kulikuwa na mwonekano wa kitu kinachong'aa, kama mng'ao wa chuma.
And I saw and there! a likeness like [the] appearance of fire [was] from [the] appearance of hips his and downwards fire and [was] from hips his and upwards like [the] appearance of brightness like [the] appearance of shining substance towards.
3 Kisha akanyoosha kutoka kwenye mkono na kunichukua kwa nywele za kichwa changu; Roho akaniacha juu kati ya dunia na mbingu, na katika maono kutoka kwa Mungu, akaniletea hata Yerusalemu, kwenye mlango wa kuingia ndani ya lango la kaskazini, ambako sanamu ile iletayo wivu mkubwa ilipokuwa imesiamama.
And he stretched out [the] form of a hand and he took me by [the] hair of head my and it carried me a spirit - between the earth and between the heavens and it brought me Jerusalem towards in visions of God to [the] opening of [the] gate the inner [court] which faces north-ward where [was] there [the] location of [the] idol of jealousy which provokes to jealousy.
4 Kisha tazama, utukufu wa Mungu wa Israeli ulikuwa huko, kulingana na ono nililokuwa nimeliona kwenye uwanda.
And there! [was] there [the] glory of [the] God of Israel like the appearance which I had seen on the plain.
5 Kisha akanambia, “Mwanadamu, inua juu macho yako kwenda upande wa kaskazini.” Hivyo nikainua macho yangu kuelekea kaskazini, na kwenye lango la kaskazini kulekea kwenye madhabahu, huko kwenye lango la kuingilia, kulikuwa na sanamu ya wivu.
And he said to me O son of humankind lift up please eyes your [the] direction north-ward and I lifted up eyes my [the] direction north-ward and there! from [the] north of [the] gate of the altar [the] idol of jealousy this [was] in the entrance.
6 Hivyo akanambia, “Mwanadamu, unaona wanayoyafanya? Haya ni machukizo makubwa ambayo nyumba ya Israeli wanayoyafanya hapa kunifanya niende mbali kutoka patakatifu pangu. Lakini utageuka na kuona machukizo makubwa zaidi.”
And he said to me O son of humankind ¿ seeing [are] you (what [are] they? *Q(K)*) doing abominations great which [the] house of Israel - [are] doing here to be far from at sanctuary my and again you will return you will see abominations great.
7 Kisha akanileta hata kwenye mlango wa uzio, na nikatazama, kulikuwa na shimo kwenye ukuta.”
And he brought me to [the] entrance of the court and I saw and there! a hole one [was] in the wall.
8 Akanambia, “Mwanadamu, chimba kwenye huu ukuta.” Basi nikachimba kwenye huo ukuta, na kulikuwa na mlango.
And he said to me O son of humankind dig please in the wall and I dug in the wall and there! an opening one.
9 Kisha akanambia, “Nenda na ukaone machukizo ya uovu ambayo wanayoyafanya hapa.”
And he said to me go and see the abominations wicked which they [are] doing here.
10 Basi nilipokuwa nikienda ndani na nikaona, na tazama! Kulikuwa na kila umbo la vitu vikitembea polepole na mnyama achukizaye sana! Kila sanamu wa nyumba ya Israeli ilikuwa imechongwa kwenye ukuta pande zote.
And I went and I saw and there! every form of creeping thing and animal detestable thing and all [the] idols of [the] house of Israel [was] carved on the wall all around - all around.
11 Wazee sabini wa wa nyumba ya Israeli walikuwa huko, na Yaazania mwana wa Shafani alikuwa amesimama katikati yao. Walikuwa wamesimama mbele ya picha, na kila mtu alikuwa na chetezo kwenye mkono wake ili kwamba harufu ya ubani ingeweza kupanda juu.
And seventy man from [the] elders of [the] house of Israel and Jaazaniah [the] son of Shaphan [was] standing in midst of them [were] standing before them and everyone censer his [was] in hand his and [the] fragrance of [the] cloud of incense [was] going up.
12 Akanambia, “mwanadamu, unaona kile ambacho wazee wa nyumba ya Israeli wanachokifanya kwenye giza? Kila mmoja hufanya hivi kwenye chumba cha sanamu yake, kwa kuwa husema, 'Yahwe hatuone! Yahwe ameitelekeza hii nchi.”'
And he said to me ¿ have you seen O son of humankind [that] which [the] elders of [the] house of Israel [are] doing in the darkness everyone in [the] rooms of carved image his for [they are] saying not Yahweh [is] seeing us he has forsaken Yahweh the land.
13 Kisha akanambia, “Geuka tena na tazama machukizo makubwa ambayo wanayoyafanya.”
And he said to me again you will return you will see abominations great which they [are] doing.
14 Tena akanileta kwenye lango la kuingia la nyumba ya Yahwe lililokuwa upande waa kaskazini, na tazama! Wanawake walikuwa wameketi huko wakimlilia Tamuzi.
And he brought me to [the] entrance of [the] gate of [the] house of Yahweh which [was] to the north towards and there! there the women [were] sitting bewailing Tammuz.
15 Hivyo akanambia, “Umeiona hii, mwanadamu? Geuka tena na uone machukizo makubwana zaidi kuliko hayo.”
And he said to me ¿ have you seen O son of humankind again you will return you will see abominations great more than these.
16 Akanileta hata kwenye uzio wa ndani wa nyumba ya Yahwe, na tazama! huko kwenye lango la kuingia kwenye madhabahu, kulikuwa na takribani watu ishirini na tano waliokuwa wamelipa mgongo hekalu la Yahwe na nyuso zao kuelekea mashariki, na walikuwa wakiabudu jua.
And he brought me to [the] court of [the] house of Yahweh inner and there! [were at] [the] entrance of [the] temple of Yahweh between the porch and between the altar about twenty and five person[s] backs their [were] to [the] temple of Yahweh and faces their [were] east-ward and they [were] bowing down east-ward to the sun.
17 Akanambia, “Unaona hii, mwanadamu? Je ni kitu kidigo kwa ajili ya nyumba ya Yuda kufanya haya machukizo wanayoyafanya? Kwa kuwa wameijaza nchi kwa uovu na wamerudi tena ili kuniletea hasira, kuweka tawi kwenye pua zao.
And he said to me ¿ have you seen O son of humankind ¿ is it [too] trifling for [the] house of Judah for doing the abominations which they have done here that they have filled the land violence and they have returned to provoke to anger me and there they [are] sending the branch to nose their.
18 Hivyo nitatenda miongoni mwao pia; jicho langu halitakuwa na huruma, sitaacha kuwaharibu. hata watalia kwenye masikio yangu kwa sauti kubwa, sitawasikia.”
And also I I will act in rage not it will look with compassion eye my and not I will show pity and they will call out in ears my a voice great and not I will hear them.
