1 Wakorintho 15
1 Sasa ninawakumbusha, akina kaka na akina dada, juu ya injili niliyowahubiria, ambayo mliipokea na kusimama kwayo.
I make known now to you, brothers, the gospel that I evangelised to you, which also you received, in which also you have stood
2 Ni katika injili hii mmeokolewa, kama mkilishika imara neno nililowahubiri ninyi, isipokuwa mliamini bure.
through which also you are being saved, to the word I evangelised to you if you hold fast, unless only except in vain you have believed.
3 Kama kwanza nilivyo ipokea kwa umuhimu niliileta kwenu kama ilivyo: kwamba kutokana na maandiko, Kristo alikufa kwa ajili ya dhambi zetu,
I delivered for to you in [the] foremost what also I received that Christ died for the sins of us according to the Scriptures
4 kutokana na maandiko alizikwa, na kwamba alifufuka siku ya tatu.
and that He was buried and that He has been raised on the day the third according to the Scriptures
5 Na kwamba alimtokea Kefa, kisha kwa wale kumi na wawili.
and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the Twelve.
6 Kisha aliwatokea kwa wakati mmoja akina kaka na akina dada zaidi ya mia tano. Wengi wao bado wako hai, lakini baadhi yao wamelala usingizi.
Thereafter He appeared to above five hundred brothers at once of whom the greater part remain until now, some however (and *k*) were fallen asleep.
7 Kisha alimtokea Yakobo, kisha mitume wote.
Then He appeared to James, then to the apostles all.
8 Mwisho wa yote, alinitokea mimi, kama vile kwa mtoto aliye zaliwa katika wakati usio sahihi.
Last then of all as an untimely birth He appeared also to me. also to me.
9 Kwa kuwa mimi ni mdogo kati ya mitume. Sistahili kuitwa mtume, kwa sababu nililitesa kanisa la Mungu.
I myself for am the least of the apostles who not am fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God;
10 Lakini kwa neema ya Mungu nipo kama nilivyo, na neema yake kwangu haikuwa bure. Badala yake, nilifanya bidii kuliko wote. Lakini haikuwa mimi, bali neema ya Mungu iliyo ndani yangu.
By [the] grace however of God I am what I am, and the grace of Him toward me myself not void has been, Rather more excessive than them all I toiled, not I myself however, but the grace of God that [was] with me myself.
11 Kwa hiyo kama ni mimi au wao, tuna hubiri hivyo na tunaamini hivyo.
Whether therefore I myself or they, thus we preach and thus you believed.
12 Sasa kama Kristo alihubiriwa kama aliyefufuka kwa wafu, iweje baadhi yenu mseme hakuna ufufuo wa wafu?
If now Christ is preached that out from [the] dead He has been raised, how say among you some that a resurrection of [the] dead not there is?
13 Lakini kama hakuna ufufuo wa wafu, basi hata Kristo pia hakufufuka.
If however a resurrection of [the] dead not there is, neither Christ has been raised;
14 Na kama Kristo hakufufuka, hivyo mahubiri yetu ni bure, na imani yenu ni bure.
if then Christ not has been raised, [is] void then (also *no*) the preaching of us, void (now *k*) also the faith (of you. *NK(O)*)
15 Na tumepatikana kuwa mashahidi wa uongo kumuhusu Mungu, kwa sababu tulimshushuhudia Mungu kinyume, kusema alimfufua Kristo, wakati hakumfufua.
We are found then also false witnesses of God, because we have witnessed concerning God that He raised up Christ whom not He has raised if indeed if indeed then [the] dead not are raised;
16 Kama ikiwa wafu hawafufuliwi, Yesu pia hakufufuliwa.
If for [the] dead not are raised, neither Christ has been raised;
17 Na kama Kristo hakufufuliwa, imani yenu ni bure na bado mko kwenye dhambi zenu.
if then Christ not has been raised, [is] futile the faith of you (is; *o*) still you are in the sins of you;
18 Hivyo hata wale waliokufa katika Kristo pia wameangamia.
Then also those having fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
19 Ikiwa kwa maisha haya peke yake tunaujasiri kwa wakati ujao ndani ya Kristo, watu wote, sisi niwakuhurumiwa zaidi ya watu wote.
If in life this in Christ already hoping we are only, more to be pitied than all men we are.
20 Lakini sasa Kristo amefufuka kutoka kwa wafu, matunda ya kwanza ya wale waliokufa.
Now however Christ has been raised out from [the] dead, firstfruit of those having fallen asleep (he became. *K*)
21 Kwa kuwa kifo kilikuja kupitia mwanadamu, pia kupitia mwanadamu ufufuo wa wafu.
Since for through a man [came] (*k*) death also through a man resurrection of [the] dead.
22 Kwa kuwa kama katika Adam wote wanakufa, hivyo pia katika Kristo wote watafanywa hai.
For as indeed in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
23 Lakini kila moja katika mpango wake: Kristo, matunda ya kwanza, na kisha wale walio wa Kristo watafanywa hai wakati wa kuja kwake.
each however in the own order: [the] firstfruit Christ, then those of Christ at the coming of Him;
24 Ndipo utakuwa mwisho, pale Kristo atakapo kabidhi ufalme kwa Mungu Baba. Hii ni pale atakapo komesha utawala wote na mamlaka yote na nguvu.
then the end, when (He may hand over *N(k)(o)*) the kingdom to the God and Father, when He may have annulled all dominion and all authority and power;
25 Kwa kuwa lazima atawale mpaka atakapoweka maadui zake wote chini ya nyayo zake.
It behooves for Him to reign until that (when *k*) He may have put all the enemies under the feet of Him.
26 Adui wa mwisho kuharibiwa ni kifo.
[The] last enemy to be abolished [is] death.
27 Kwa kuwa “ameweka kila kitu chini ya nyayo zake.” Lakini inaposema “ameweka kila kitu,” ni wazi kwamba hii haihusishi wale walioweka kila kitu chini yake mwenyewe.
All things for He has put in subjection under the feet of Him; When however it may be said that all things have been put in subjection, [it is] evident that [is] excepted the [One who] having put in subjection to Him all things;
28 Wakati vitu vyote vimewekwa chini yake, kisha Mwana mwenyewe atawekwa chini kwake Yeye ambaye aliviweka vitu vyote chini yake. Hii itatokea ili kwamba Mungu Baba awe yote katika vyote.
When now shall have been subjected to Him all things, then also Himself the Son will be put in subjection to the [One] having put in subjection to Him all things, so that may be God all in all.
29 Au pia watafanya nini wale waliobatizwa kwa ajili ya wafu? Kama wafu hawafufuliwi kabisa, kwa nini tena wanabatizwa kwa ajili yao?
Otherwise what will they do who are baptized for the dead? If at all [the] dead not are raised; why also are they baptized for (*k*) (them? *N(K)O*)
30 Na kwa nini tuko katika hatari kila saa?
Why also we ourselves are in danger every hour?
31 Kaka na dada zangu, kupitia kujisifu kwangu katika ninyi, ambayo ninayo katika Kristo Yesu Bwana wetu, natangaza hivi: nakufa kila siku.
Every day I die, as surely as (in you *NK(O)*) boasting, (brothers *NO*) which I have in Christ Jesus the Lord of us.
32 Inanifaidia nini, katika mtazamo wa wanadamu, kama nilipigana na wanyama wakali huko Efeso, kama wafu hawafufuliwi? “Acha basi tule na kunywa, kwa kuwa kesho tunakufa.”
If according to man I fought wild beasts in Ephesus, what to me the profit? If [the] dead not are raised, Let us eat and let us drink, tomorrow for we die.
33 Msidanganywe: “Makundi mabaya huharibu tabia njema.
Not do be misled: Do corrupt morals good companionships bad.
34 “Muwe na kiasi! muishi katika haki! msiendelee kutenda dhambi. Kwa kuwa baadhi yenu hamna maarifa ya Mungu. Nasema hivi kwa aibu yenu.
do sober up righteously and not do sin; ignorance for of God some have; to [the] shame of you (I speak. *N(k)O*)
35 Lakini mtu mwingine atasema, “Jinsi gani wafu wanafufuliwa? Nao watakuja na aina gani ya mwili?”
But will say someone; How are raised the dead? With what then body do they come?
36 Wewe ni mjinga sana! Kile ulichopanda hakiwezi kuanza kukua isipokuwa kimekufa.
Fool you yourself What you sow not does come to life only unless it may die;
37 Na kile unachopanda sio mwili ambao utakuwa, bali ni mbegu iliyochipua. Inaweza kuwa ngano au kitu kingine.
And what you sow, not the body that will be you sow but a bare grain, if it would be of wheat or of some of the rest;
38 Lakini Mungu ataipa mwili kama apendavyo, na katika kila mbengu mwili wake mwenyewe.
But God gives to it a body even as He has willed and to each of the seeds (*k*) [its] own body.
39 Miili yote haifanani. Isipokuwa, kuna mwili mmoja wa wanadamu, na mwili mwingine wa wanyama, na wili mwingine wa ndege, na mwingine kwa ajili ya samaki.
Not all flesh [is] the same flesh but one indeed (flesh *k*) of men, another however flesh of beasts, another however (flesh *no*) of birds another however of fish.
40 Pia kuna miili ya mbinguni na miili ya duniani. Lakini utukufu wa miili ya mbinguni ni aina moja na utukufu wa duniani ni mwingine.
And bodies [there are] heavenly and bodies earthly; But one indeed [is] the of the heavenly glory, another however that of the earthly.
41 Kuna utukufu mmoja wa jua, na utukufu mwingine wa mwezi, na utukufu mwingine wa nyota. Kwa kuwa nyota moja inatofautiana na nyota nyingine katika utukufu.
One [is] [the] glory of [the] sun, and another [the] glory of [the] moon, and another [the] glory of [the] stars; star for from star differs in glory.
42 Hivyo ndivyo ulivyo pia ufufuo wa wafu. Kinacho pandwa kinaharibika, na kinacho ota hakiharibiki.
So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in decay, it is raised in immortality;
43 Kimepandwa katika matumizi ya kawaida, kinaoteshwa katika utukufu. Kimepandwa katika udhaifu, kinaoteshwa katika nguvu.
It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power;
44 Kimepandwa katika mwili wa asili, kinaoteshwa katika mwili wa kiroho. Kama kuna mwili wa asili, kuna mwili wa kiroho pia.
It is sown a body natural, it is raised a body spiritual. (If *NO*) there is a body natural, there is also (body *k*) spiritual.
45 Hivyo pia imeandikwa, “Mtu wa kwanza Adamu alifanyika roho inayo ishi.” Adamu wa mwisho alifanyika roho itoayo uhai.
So also it has been written: Became the first man Adam into a soul living; the last Adam into a spirit life-giving.
46 Lakini wa kiroho hakuja kwanza bali wa asili, na kisha wa kiroho.
However not first [was] the spiritual but the natural, then the spiritual.
47 Mtu wa kwanza ni wa dunia, alitengenezwa kwa mavumbi. Mtu wa pili anatoka mbinguni.
The first man [was] from [the] earth made of dust, the second man ([is] the Lord *K*) from heaven.
48 Kama vile yule aliyetengenezwa kwa mavumbi, hivyo pia wale waliotengenezwa kwa mavumbi. Kama vile mtu wa mbinguni alivyo, hivyo pia wale wa mbinguni.
As the [one] made of dust, so also [are] those of the earth, and as the heavenly [one], so also those of heaven;
49 Kama ambavyo tumebeba mfano wa mtu wa mavumbi, tutabeba pia mfano wa mtu wa mbinguni.
And even as we have born the image of the earthly, (we will bear *NK(o)*) also the image of the heavenly.
50 Sasa nawaambia, kaka na dada zangu, kwamba mwili na damu haviwezi kuurithi ufalme wa Mungu. Wala wakuharibika kurithi wakutoharibika.
This now I say, brothers, that flesh and blood [the] kingdom of God to inherit not (is able, *N(k)O*) nor the decay the immortality does inherit.
51 Tazama! Nawaambia ninyi siri ya kweli: Hatutakufa wote, bali wote tutabadilishwa.
Behold a mystery to you I tell; All (indeed *k*) not we will sleep, all however we will be changed —
52 Tutabadilishwa katika wakati, katika kufumba na kufumbua kwa jicho, katika tarumbeta ya mwisho. Kwa kuwa tarumbeta italia, na wafu watafufuliwa na hali ya kutoharibika, na tutabadilishwa.
in an instant in [the] twinkling of an eye at the last trumpet; [The] trumpet will sound for, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we ourselves will be changed.
53 Kwani huu wa kuharibika lazima uvae wa kutoharibika, na huu wa kufa lazima uvae wa kutokufa.
It behooves for perishable this to put on imperishable and mortal this to put on immortality.
54 Lakini wakati huu wa kuharibika ukivikwa wa kutokuharibika, na huu wa kufa ukivaa wa kutokufa, ndipo utakuja msemo ambao umeandikwa, “Kifo kimemezwa katika ushindi.”
When now perishable this may have put on [the] imperishable and mortal this may have put on (*o*) immortality, then will come to pass the word which written: Has been swallowed up death in victory.
Where of you, O death, the victory Where of you, (O Hades, *N(K)O*) the sting (Hadēs g86)
56 Uchungu wa kifo ni dhambi, na nguvu ya dhambi ni sheria.
And the sting of death [is] sin, and the power of sin the law.
57 Lakini shukurani kwa Mungu, atupaye sisi ushindi kupitia Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo!
however to God [be] thanks who is giving us the victory through the Lord of us Jesus Christ.
58 Kwa hiyo, wapendwa kaka na dada zangu, iweni imara na msitikisike. Daima itendeni kazi ya Bwana, kwa sababu mnajua kuwa kazi yenu katika Bwana siyo bure.
Therefore, brothers of mine beloved, steadfast do be, immovable, abounding in the work of the Lord always, knowing that the toil of you not is in vain in [the] Lord.
