Zaburi 25
1 Zaburi ya Daudi. Kwako wewe, Ee Bwana, nainua nafsi yangu,
A Psalme of David. Unto thee, O Lord, lift I vp my soule.
2 ni wewe ninayekutumainia, Ee Mungu wangu. Usiniache niaibike, wala usiache adui zangu wakanishinda.
My God, I trust in thee: let me not be confounded: let not mine enemies reioyce ouer mee.
3 Kamwe hakuna hata mmoja anayekutegemea atakayeaibishwa, bali wataaibishwa wafanyao hila bila sababu.
So all that hope in thee, shall not be ashamed: but let them be confounded, that transgresse without cause.
4 Nionyeshe njia zako, Ee Bwana, nifundishe mapito yako,
Shew me thy waies, O Lord, and teache me thy paths.
5 niongoze katika kweli yako na kunifundisha, kwa maana wewe ni Mungu Mwokozi wangu, nalo tumaini langu liko kwako wakati wote.
Leade me foorth in thy trueth, and teache me: for thou art the God of my saluation: in thee doe I trust all the day.
6 Kumbuka, Ee Bwana, rehema zako kuu na upendo, kwa maana zimekuwepo tangu zamani.
Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies, and thy louing kindnesse: for they haue beene for euer.
7 Usizikumbuke dhambi za ujana wangu wala njia zangu za uasi, sawasawa na upendo wako unikumbuke, kwa maana wewe ni mwema, Ee Bwana.
Remember not the sinnes of my youth, nor my rebellions, but according to thy kindenesse remember thou me, euen for thy goodnesse sake, O Lord.
8 Bwana ni mwema na mwenye adili, kwa hiyo huwafundisha wenye dhambi njia zake.
Gracious and righteous is the Lord: therefore will he teache sinners in the way.
9 Huwaongoza wanyenyekevu katika haki, naye huwafundisha njia yake.
Them that be meeke, will hee guide in iudgement, and teach the humble his way.
10 Njia zote za Bwana ni za upendo na uaminifu kwa wale wanaoshika shuhuda za agano lake.
All the pathes of the Lord are mercie and trueth vnto such as keepe his couenant and his testimonies.
11 Ee Bwana, kwa ajili ya jina lako, unisamehe uovu wangu, ijapokuwa ni mwingi.
For thy Names sake, O Lord, be merciful vnto mine iniquitie, for it is great.
12 Ni nani basi, mtu yule anayemcha Bwana? Atamfundisha katika njia atakayoichagua kwa ajili yake.
What man is he that feareth the Lord? him wil he teache the way that hee shall chuse.
13 Mtu huyo atafanikiwa maishani mwake, nao wazao wake watairithi nchi.
His soule shall dwell at ease, and his seede shall inherite the land.
14 Siri ya Bwana iko kwa wale wamchao, yeye huwajulisha agano lake.
The secrete of the Lord is reueiled to them, that feare him: and his couenant to giue them vnderstanding.
15 Macho yangu humwelekea Bwana daima, kwa kuwa yeye peke yake ndiye ataitoa miguu yangu kutoka mtego.
Mine eyes are euer towarde the Lord: for he will bring my feete out of the net.
16 Nigeukie na unihurumie, kwa maana mimi ni mpweke na mwenye kuteseka.
Turne thy face vnto mee, and haue mercie vpon me: for I am desolate and poore.
17 Shida za moyo wangu zimeongezeka, niokoe katika dhiki yangu.
The sorowes of mine heart are enlarged: drawe me out of my troubles.
18 Uangalie mateso na shida zangu na uniondolee dhambi zangu zote.
Looke vpon mine affliction and my trauel, and forgiue all my sinnes.
19 Tazama adui zangu walivyo wengi, pia uone jinsi wanavyonichukia vikali!
Beholde mine enemies, for they are manie, and they hate me with cruell hatred.
20 Uyalinde maisha yangu na uniokoe, usiniache niaibike, kwa maana nimekukimbilia wewe.
Keepe my soule, and deliuer me: let me not be confounded, for I trust in thee.
21 Uadilifu na uaminifu vinilinde, kwa sababu tumaini langu ni kwako.
Let mine vprightnes and equitie preserue me: for mine hope is in thee.
22 Ee Mungu, wakomboe Israeli, katika shida zao zote!
Deliuer Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
