1 Msifuni Bwana. Mwimbieni Bwana wimbo mpya, sifa zake katika kusanyiko la watakatifu.

Hallelujah. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of the saints.

2 Israeli na washangilie katika Muumba wao, watu wa Sayuni na wafurahi katika Mfalme wao.

Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.

3 Na walisifu jina lake kwa kucheza na wampigie muziki kwa matari na kinubi.

Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.

4 Kwa maana Bwana anapendezwa na watu wake, anawavika wanyenyekevu taji ya wokovu.

For the LORD taketh pleasure in His people; He adorneth the humble with salvation.

5 Watakatifu washangilie katika heshima hii, na waimbe kwa shangwe vitandani mwao.

Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds.

6 Sifa za Mungu na ziwe vinywani mwao na upanga ukatao kuwili mikononi mwao,

Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;

7 ili walipize mataifa kisasi na adhabu juu ya mataifa,

To execute vengeance upon the nations, and chastisements upon the peoples;

8 wawafunge wafalme wao kwa minyororo, wakuu wao kwa pingu za chuma,

To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;

9 ili kuwafanyia hukumu iliyoandikwa dhidi yao. Huu ndio utukufu wa watakatifu wake wote. Msifuni Bwana.

To execute upon them the judgment written; He is the glory of all His saints. Hallelujah.
