1 Msifuni Bwana. Msifuni Bwana kutoka mbinguni, msifuni juu vileleni.
Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heauen: prayse ye him in the high places.
2 Msifuni, enyi malaika wake wote, msifuni yeye, enyi jeshi lake lote la mbinguni.
Prayse ye him, all ye his Angels: praise him, all his armie.
3 Msifuni yeye, enyi jua na mwezi, msifuni yeye, enyi nyota zote zingʼaazo.
Prayse ye him, sunne and moone: prayse ye him all bright starres.
4 Msifuni yeye, enyi mbingu zilizo juu sana, na ninyi maji juu ya anga.
Prayse ye him, heauens of heauens, and waters, that be aboue the heauens.
5 Vilisifu jina la Bwana kwa maana aliamuru navyo vikaumbwa.
Let them prayse the Name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 Aliviweka mahali pake milele na milele, alitoa amri ambayo haibadiliki milele.
And he hath established them for euer and euer: he hath made an ordinance, which shall not passe.
7 Mtukuzeni Bwana kutoka duniani, ninyi viumbe vikubwa vya baharini na vilindi vyote vya bahari,
Prayse ye the Lord from the earth, ye dragons and all depths:
8 umeme wa radi na mvua ya mawe, theluji na mawingu, pepo za dhoruba zinazofanya amri zake,
Fire and hayle, snowe and vapours, stormie winde, which execute his worde:
9 ninyi milima na vilima vyote, miti ya matunda na mierezi yote,
Mountaines and all hils, fruitfull trees and all ceders:
10 wanyama wa mwituni na mifugo yote, viumbe vidogo na ndege warukao,
Beasts and all cattell, creeping things and fethered foules:
11 wafalme wa dunia na mataifa yote, ninyi wakuu na watawala wote wa dunia,
Kings of the earth and all people, princes and all iudges of the worlde:
12 wanaume vijana na wanawali, wazee na watoto.
Yong men and maidens, also olde men and children:
13 Wote na walisifu jina la Bwana, kwa maana jina lake pekee limetukuka, utukufu wake uko juu ya nchi na mbingu.
Let them prayse the Name of the Lord: for his Name onely is to be exalted, and his prayse aboue the earth and the heauens.
14 Amewainulia watu wake pembe, sifa ya watakatifu wake wote, ya Israeli, watu walio karibu na moyo wake. Msifuni Bwana.
For he hath exalted the horne of his people, which is a prayse for all his Saintes, euen for the children of Israel, a people that is neere vnto him. Prayse ye the Lord.
