1 Mose alipomaliza kuisimamisha Maskani, aliitia mafuta na kuiweka wakfu pamoja na samani zake zote. Pia alitia madhabahu mafuta na kuiweka wakfu, pamoja na vyombo vyake vyote.

And it came to pass, on the day when Moses made an end of rearing up the habitation and anointing it, and hallowing it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar, and all the utensils thereof, —both of anointing them, and hallowing them,

2 Ndipo viongozi wa Israeli, wale wakuu wa jamaa waliokuwa viongozi wa kabila wasimamizi wa wale waliohesabiwa, wakatoa sadaka.

that the princes of Israel, the heads of their ancestral houses, made an offering, —they being princes of the tribes, they being the men who stood over them who were numbered:

3 Walizileta kama matoleo yao mbele za Bwana: magari sita ya kukokotwa yaliyofunikwa, pamoja na maksai kumi na wawili; yaani maksai mmoja kutoka kwa kila kiongozi, na gari moja la kukokotwa kutoka kwa kila viongozi wawili. Haya waliyaleta mbele ya Maskani.

yea then brought they in as their offering, before Yahweh—six covered waggons, and twelve oxen, a waggon for every two of the princes and an ox for each one, —yea they brought them near before the habitation.

4 Bwana akamwambia Mose,

Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:

5 “Vikubali vitu hivi kutoka kwao, ili viweze kutumika katika kazi kwenye Hema la Kukutania. Wapatie Walawi kama kazi ya kila mtu itakavyohitaji.”

Take [them] of them, so shall they be for doing the laborious work of the tent of meeting, —and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to the need of his laborious work.

6 Hivyo Mose akachukua yale magari ya kukokotwa pamoja na maksai, na kuwapa Walawi.

So Moses took the waggons, and the oxen, —and gave them unto the Levites:

7 Aliwapa Wagershoni magari mawili ya kukokotwa na maksai wanne, kama walivyohitaji kwa kazi yao,

two of the waggons and four of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Gershon, —according to the need of their laborious work;

8 na pia aliwapa Wamerari magari manne ya kukokotwa na maksai wanane, kama kazi yao ilivyohitaji. Wote walikuwa chini ya maelekezo ya Ithamari mwana wa kuhani, Aroni.

and four of the waggons, and eight of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Merari, —according to the need of their laborious work, in the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest;

9 Lakini Mose hakuwapa Wakohathi chochote kati ya hivyo, kwa sababu walitakiwa kubeba vitu vitakatifu mabegani mwao, vile walikuwa wanawajibika.

but, unto the sons of Kohath, gave he none, —because as to the laborious work of the sanctuary which pertained unto them, upon their shoulders, were they to carry it.

10 Wakati madhabahu yalitiwa mafuta, viongozi walileta sadaka zao kwa ajili ya kule kuwekwa wakfu kwake na kuziweka mbele ya madhabahu.

So then the princes offered for the dedication of the altar, on the day it was anointed, —yea the princes offered their oblation before the altar,

11 Kwa maana Bwana alikuwa amemwambia Mose, “Kila siku kiongozi mmoja ataleta sadaka yake ili kuwekwa wakfu madhabahu.”

And Yahweh said unto Moses: Each prince on his appointed day, thus shall they offer their oblation, for the dedication of the altar.

12 Yule ambaye alileta sadaka yake siku ya kwanza alikuwa Nashoni, mwana wa Aminadabu, wa kabila la Yuda.

And so it was, that, he who on the first day, offered his oblation, —was Nahshon son of Amminadab of the tribe of Judah;

13 Sadaka yake ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

and his offering, was—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil for a meal-offering;

14 sinia moja la dhahabu lenye uzito wa shekeli kumi, likiwa limejazwa uvumba;

one spoon of ten shekels of gold full of incense;

15 fahali mmoja mchanga, kondoo dume mmoja na mwana-kondoo dume mmoja wa mwaka mmoja, kwa ajili ya sadaka ya kuteketezwa;

one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

16 mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

17 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Nashoni mwana wa Aminadabu.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Nashon, son of Amminadab.

18 Siku ya pili yake Nethaneli mwana wa Suari, kiongozi wa kabila la Isakari, alileta sadaka yake.

On the second day, Nethanel, son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, brought his offering.

19 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

He offered as his oblation—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

20 sinia moja la dhahabu lenye uzito wa shekeli kumi, likiwa limejazwa uvumba;

one spoon of ten [shekels] of gold full of incense;

21 fahali mmoja mchanga, kondoo dume mmoja na mwana-kondoo dume mmoja wa mwaka mmoja, kwa ajili ya sadaka ya kuteketezwa;

one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

22 mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

23 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Nethaneli mwana wa Suari.

and, as peace-offering two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Nethanel, son of Zuar.

24 Siku ya tatu Eliabu mwana wa Heloni, kiongozi wa kabila la Zabuloni, alileta sadaka yake.

On the third day, the prince of the sons of Zebulun, —Eliab, son of Helon:

25 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

his offering, —one charger of silver a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

one choice young bullock, one ram, one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

28 mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

29 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Eliabu mwana wa Heloni.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Eliab, son of Helon.

30 Siku ya nne Elisuri mwana wa Shedeuri, kiongozi wa kabila la Reubeni, alileta sadaka yake.

On the fourth day, the prince of he sons of Reuben, —Elizur, son of Shedeur:

31 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of Silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

34 mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;

one young he-goat for a sin-bearer;

35 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Elisuri mwana wa Shedeuri.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Elizur, son of Shedeur.

36 Siku ya tano Shelumieli mwana wa Surishadai, kiongozi wa watu wa Simeoni, alileta sadaka yake.

On the fifth day, the prince of the sons of Simeon, —Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai:

37 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

40 mbuzi dume mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi;

one young he-goat as a sin-bearer;

41 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Shelumieli mwana wa Surishadai.

and, as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai.

42 Siku ya sita Eliasafu mwana wa Deueli, kiongozi wa watu wa Gadi, alileta sadaka yake.

On the sixth day, the prince of the sons of Gad, —Eliasaph, son of Deuel:

43 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

47 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Eliasafu mwana wa Deueli.

48 Siku ya saba Elishama mwana wa Amihudi, kiongozi wa watu wa Efraimu, alileta sadaka yake.

On the seventh day, the prince of the sons of Ephraim, —Elishama, son of Ammihud:

49 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

54 Siku ya nane Gamalieli mwana wa Pedasuri, kiongozi wa watu wa Manase, alileta sadaka yake.

On the eighth day, the prince of the sons of Manasseh, —Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur:

55 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

60 Siku ya tisa Abidani mwana wa Gideoni, kiongozi wa watu wa Benyamini, alileta sadaka yake.

On the ninth day, the prince of the sons of Benjamin, —Abidan, son of Gideoni:

61 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

65 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Abidani mwana wa Gideoni.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Abidan, son of Gideoni.

66 Siku ya kumi Ahiezeri mwana wa Amishadai, kiongozi wa watu wa Dani, alileta sadaka yake.

On the tenth day, the prince of the sons of Dan, Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai:

67 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

72 Siku ya kumi na moja Pagieli mwana wa Okrani, kiongozi wa watu wa Asheri, alileta sadaka yake.

On the eleventh day, the prince of the sons of Asher, Pagiel son of Ochran;

73 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

77 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Pagieli mwana wa Okrani.

78 Siku ya kumi na mbili Ahira mwana wa Enani, kiongozi wa watu wa Naftali, alileta sadaka yake.

On the twelfth day, the prince of the sons of Naphtali, Ahira, son of Enan:

79 Sadaka aliyoleta ilikuwa sahani moja ya fedha yenye uzito wa shekeli 130, na bakuli moja la fedha la kunyunyizia lenye uzito wa shekeli sabini, vyote kulingana na shekeli ya mahali patakatifu, vikiwa vimejazwa unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta kama sadaka ya nafaka;

83 maksai wawili, kondoo dume watano, mbuzi dume watano na wana-kondoo dume watano wa mwaka mmoja, ili vitolewe dhabihu kama sadaka ya amani. Hii ndiyo ilikuwa sadaka ya Ahira mwana wa Enani.

and, as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, this, was the offering of Ahira, son of Enan.

84 Hizi ndizo zilikuwa sadaka za viongozi wa Israeli madhabahu yalipowekwa wakfu, wakati yalitiwa mafuta: sahani kumi na mbili za fedha, bakuli kumi na mbili za fedha za kunyunyizia, na masinia kumi na mawili ya dhahabu.

This, was the offering for the dedication of the altar in the day when it was anointed, from the princes of Israel, —twelve chargers of silver twelve tossing bowls of silver, twelve spoons of gold;

All the herd for the ascending-sacrifice, —twelve bullocks twelve rams twelve he-lambs of the first year with their meal-offering, —twelve young he-goats for the bearing of sin;

and all the herd for the peace-offering, twenty-four bullocks sixty rams, sixty he-goats sixty he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering for the dedication of the altar, after it was anointed.

89 Mose alipoingia kwenye Hema la Kukutania kuzungumza na Bwana, alisikia sauti ikisema naye kutoka kati ya wale makerubi wawili waliokuwa juu ya kile kiti cha rehema, juu ya Sanduku la Ushuhuda. Mose akazungumza naye.

And when Moses entered into the tent of meeting, that He might speak with him, then heard he the Voice speaking unto him from off the propitiatory that was upon the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim, —so He spake unto him.
