1 “‘Mtu yeyote aletapo sadaka ya nafaka kwa Bwana, sadaka yake itakuwa ya unga laini. Atamimina mafuta juu yake, aweke uvumba juu yake,
When you bring a grain offering to the Lord, your offering be of the best flour. Pour olive oil on it and put frankincense on it,
2 naye atapeleka kwa makuhani wana wa Aroni. Kuhani atachukua konzi moja iliyojaa unga laini na mafuta pamoja na uvumba wote, na kuuteketeza kama sehemu ya kumbukumbu juu ya madhabahu, sadaka iliyotolewa kwa moto, harufu nzuri ya kumpendeza Bwana.
and take it to Aaron's sons the priests. The priest shall take a handful of the flour and olive oil mixture, as well as all the frankincense, and burn this as a ‘reminder part’ on the altar, a food offering, to be accepted by the Lord.
3 Sadaka ya nafaka iliyobaki ni ya Aroni na wanawe, ni sehemu ya sadaka iliyo takatifu sana iliyotolewa kwa Bwana kwa moto.
The rest of the grain offering is for Aaron and his sons; it is a most holy part of the offerings given to the Lord as food offerings.
4 “‘Kama utaleta sadaka ya nafaka iliyookwa jikoni, itakuwa ya unga laini: maandazi yaliyotengenezwa bila kutiwa chachu, yaliyochanganywa na mafuta, au mikate myembamba iliyotengenezwa bila kutiwa chachu, na iliyopakwa mafuta.
If your offering is of grain baked in an oven, it must be made from fine flour without using yeast. It can be cakes mixed with olive oil or wafers with olive oil spread on them.
5 Iwapo sadaka yako ya nafaka imeandaliwa kwenye kikaango, itakuwa ni ya unga laini uliochanganywa na mafuta, bila chachu.
If your offering is a grain offering cooked on a griddle, it must be made of fine flour mixed with olive oil without using yeast.
6 Ukande na kumimina mafuta juu yake; hii ni sadaka ya nafaka.
Break it up and pour olive oil over it; it is a grain offering.
7 Kama sadaka yako ya nafaka imepikwa kwenye sufuria, itatengenezwa kwa unga laini na mafuta.
If your offering is a grain offering cooked in a pan, it must be made of fine flour with olive oil.
8 Ilete hiyo sadaka ya nafaka iliyotengenezwa kwa vitu hivi kwa Bwana; mkabidhi kuhani ambaye ataipeleka madhabahuni.
Bring to the Lord the grain offering made in whichever of these ways. Present it to the priest, and who will take it to the altar.
9 Naye atatoa ile sehemu ya kumbukumbu kutoka kwenye hiyo sadaka ya nafaka na kuiteketeza juu ya madhabahu kuwa sadaka iliyotolewa kwa moto, harufu nzuri ya kumpendeza Bwana.
The priest is to take the ‘reminder part’ from the grain offering and burn it on the altar as a food offering, to be accepted by the Lord.
10 Sadaka ya nafaka iliyobaki ni ya Aroni na wanawe; ni sehemu ya sadaka iliyo takatifu sana ya sadaka iliyotolewa kwa Bwana kwa moto.

11 “‘Kila sadaka ya nafaka unayoleta kwa Bwana ni lazima ifanywe bila kutiwa chachu, kwa kuwa huna ruhusa kuchoma chachu yoyote au asali katika sadaka itolewayo kwa Bwana kwa moto.
No grain offering that you give to the Lord may be made using yeast. Don't burn any yeast or honey as a food offering to the Lord.
12 Unaweza kuzileta kwa Bwana kama sadaka ya malimbuko, lakini haziwezi kutolewa juu ya madhabahu kama harufu nzuri ya kupendeza.
You may give them to the Lord when you present your offerings of firstfruits, but they are not to be offered on the altar to be to be accepted by the Lord.
13 Koleza sadaka zako zote za nafaka kwa chumvi. Usiache kuweka chumvi ya Agano la Mungu wako katika sadaka zako za nafaka; weka chumvi kwenye sadaka zako zote.
All of your grain offerings are to be seasoned with salt. Don't leave the salt of God's agreement out of your grain offering. Add salt to all of your offerings.
14 “‘Kama ukileta malimbuko ya sadaka ya nafaka kwa Bwana, utatoa masuke yaliyopondwa ya nafaka mpya iliyookwa kwa moto.
When you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the Lord, offer crushed heads of new grain roasted on the fire.
15 Weka mafuta na uvumba juu yake; ni sadaka ya nafaka.
Put olive oil and frankincense on it; it is a grain offering.
16 Kuhani atateketeza ile sehemu ya kumbukumbu kutoka kwenye hiyo sadaka ya nafaka iliyopondwa kwa mafuta, pamoja na uvumba wote, kama sadaka iliyotolewa kwa Bwana kwa moto.
The priest will burn the ‘reminder part’ of the crushed grain and olive oil, as well as all its frankincense, as a food offering to the Lord.”
