Mambo ya Walawi 15
1 Bwana akawaambia Mose na Aroni,
And the Lord spoke unto Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 “Semeni na Waisraeli mwaambie: ‘Wakati mtu yeyote anapotokwa na usaha mwilini, usaha huo ni najisi.
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When any man have a running issue out of his flesh: because of his issue is he unclean.
3 Iwe unaendelea kutiririka kutoka mwilini mwake au umeziba, utamfanya kuwa najisi. Hivi ndivyo usaha wake utakavyomletea unajisi:
And this shall be his uncleanness in his issue: whether his flesh run with his issue, or his flesh be stopped from his issue, it is his uncleanness.
4 “‘Kitanda chochote atakacholalia mtu mwenye kutokwa na usaha kitakuwa najisi, na chochote atakachokalia kitakuwa najisi.
Every bed, whereon he may lie that hath the issue, shall be unclean: and every vessel, whereon he may sit, shall be unclean.
5 Yeyote atakayegusa kitanda chake ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And any man that toucheth his bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
6 Yeyote atakayeketi juu ya kitu chochote alichokalia mwenye kutokwa na usaha, ni lazima afue nguo zake, na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And he that sitteth on any vessel whereon he that hath the issue may sit, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
7 “‘Yeyote atakayemgusa mtu mwenye kutokwa na usaha, ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And he that toucheth the flesh of him that hath the issue shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
8 “‘Ikiwa mtu mwenye kutokwa na usaha atamtemea mate mtu yeyote ambaye ni safi, mtu huyo ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And if he that hath the issue spit upon him that is clean: then shall this one wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
9 “‘Kila tandiko ambalo mtu huyo atalikalia wakati wa kupanda mnyama litakuwa najisi,
And what saddle soever he that hath the issue may ride upon shall be unclean.
10 na yeyote atakayegusa kitu chochote alichokuwa amekalia atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni. Yeyote atakayeinua vitu hivyo ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And whatsoever toucheth any thing, that may be under him, shall be unclean until the evening: and he that beareth any of these things shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
11 “‘Yeyote atakayeguswa na mtu anayetokwa na usaha bila kunawa mikono yake kwa maji, ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And whomsoever he that hath the issue may touch, and he have not rinsed his hands in water, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
12 “‘Chungu cha udongo kitakachoguswa na mtu huyo ni lazima kivunjwe, na kifaa chochote cha mbao kitaoshwa kwa maji.
And an earthen vessel that he who hath the issue may touch, shall be broken; and every vessel of wood shall be rinsed in water.
13 “‘Wakati mtu atakapotakasika kutoka usaha wake, anapaswa kuhesabu siku saba kwa utakaso wake. Ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji safi, naye atatakasika.
And when he that hath an issue becometh clean of his issue: then shall he number to himself seven days for his cleansing, and wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in running water, and then shall he be clean.
14 Siku ya nane, atachukua hua wawili au makinda mawili ya njiwa, aje mbele za Bwana kwenye ingilio la Hema la Kukutania, na kumpa kuhani.
And on the eighth day shall he take unto himself two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, and come before the Lord, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and give them unto the priest:
15 Kuhani atavitoa dhabihu, mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi na huyo mwingine kwa ajili ya sadaka ya kuteketezwa. Kwa njia hii atafanya upatanisho mbele za Bwana kwa ajili ya huyo mtu kwa sababu ya kutokwa usaha kwake.
And the priest shall offer them, the one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord for his issue.
16 “‘Wakati mtu akitokwa na shahawa, ni lazima aoge mwili mzima kwa maji, na atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And if any man's seed of copulation go out from him, then shall he bathe all his flesh in water, and be unclean until the evening.
17 Vazi lolote ama ngozi yoyote yenye shahawa juu yake ni lazima ioshwe kwa maji, na itakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And any garment, and any skin, whereon the seed of copulation may be, shall be washed with water, and be unclean until the evening.
18 Ikiwa mtu atalala na mwanamke, na kukawa na kutoka kwa shahawa, ni lazima wote waoge kwa maji, nao watakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And if a man should lie with a woman with seed of copulation, then shall they bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the evening.
19 “‘Ikiwa mwanamke atatokwa na damu ya kawaida ya mwezi, atakuwa najisi kwa siku saba, na yeyote atakayemgusa atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And if a woman have an issue, so that blood flow from her flesh: then shall she be in her state of separation seven days; and whosoever toucheth her shall be unclean until the evening.
20 “‘Chochote atakacholalia wakati wake wa hedhi kitakuwa najisi, na chochote atakachokikalia kitakuwa najisi.
And every thing that she may lie upon in her separation shall be unclean: and whatever she may sit upon shall be unclean.
21 Yeyote atakayegusa kitanda chake ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And whosoever toucheth her bed shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
22 Yeyote atakayegusa chochote atakachokalia ni lazima afue nguo zake na aoge kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And whosoever toucheth any vessel, that she may sit upon, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
23 Kiwe ni kitanda ama chochote alichokuwa amekikalia, ikiwa mtu yeyote atakigusa, atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And if something be on the bed, or on any thing whereon she may sit, when he toucheth it, he shall be unclean until the evening.
24 “‘Ikiwa mwanaume atalala naye na ile damu ya mwezi ikamgusa, atakuwa najisi kwa siku saba; kitanda chochote atakachokilalia huyo mwanaume kitakuwa najisi.
And if any man should lie with her, and the uncleanness of her separation come upon him, he shall be unclean seven days; and every bed whereon he may lie shall be unclean.
25 “‘Ikiwa mwanamke atatokwa na damu kwa siku nyingi zaidi ya siku zake za mwezi, au amekuwa na damu inayoendelea zaidi ya kipindi chake, atakuwa najisi kwa kipindi chote cha shida hiyo, kama ilivyokuwa katika siku za hedhi yake.
And if a woman have an issue of her blood many days out of the time of her separation, or if it run beyond the time of her separation: all the days of the issue of her uncleanness shall she be as in the days of her separation; she shall be unclean.
26 Kitanda chochote atakachokilalia huyo mwanamke wakati anaendelea kutokwa na damu kitakuwa najisi, kama kilivyokuwa kitanda chake wakati wa siku zake za hedhi, na chochote atakachokalia kitakuwa najisi, kama wakati wake wa hedhi.
Every bed whereon she may lie all the days of her issue shall be unto her as the bed of her separation; and whatever vessel she may sit upon shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her separation.
27 Yeyote agusaye vitu hivyo atakuwa najisi; ni lazima afue nguo zake na kuoga kwa maji, naye atakuwa najisi mpaka jioni.
And whosoever toucheth these things shall be unclean; and he shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.
28 “‘Wakati atakapotakasika kutoka hedhi yake, ni lazima ahesabu siku saba, na baada ya hapo atakuwa safi kwa kawaida ya ibada.
And when she becometh clean of her issue, then shall she number to herself seven days, and after that shall she be clean.
29 Siku ya nane ni lazima achukue hua wawili au makinda mawili ya njiwa, na kumletea kuhani kwenye mlango wa Hema la Kukutania.
And on the eighth day shall she take unto herself two turtle-doves, or two young pigeons, and bring them unto the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
30 Kuhani atatoa dhabihu, mmoja kwa ajili ya sadaka ya dhambi, na huyo mwingine kwa ajili ya sadaka ya kuteketezwa. Kwa njia hii, atafanya upatanisho kwa ajili yake mbele za Bwana kwa sababu ya unajisi wa kutokwa damu kwake.
And the priest shall offer the one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for her before the Lord for the issue of her uncleanness.
31 “‘Ni lazima uwatenge Waisraeli kutokana na vitu ambavyo vinawafanya najisi, ili wasife katika unajisi wao kwa kunajisi makao yangu, ambayo yapo katikati yao.’”
And ye shall separate the children of Israel from their uncleanness; that they may not die in their uncleanness, when they defile my tabernacle that is in their midst.
32 Haya ni masharti kwa ajili ya mtu mwenye kutokwa na usaha, kwa ajili ya yeyote atakayetokwa na shahawa,
This is the law of him that hath an issue, and of him whose seed goeth from him, and is defiled therewith;
33 kwa ajili ya mwanamke katika siku zake za hedhi, kwa ajili ya mwanaume au mwanamke atokwaye na usaha, na kwa ajili ya mwanaume alalaye na mwanamke ambaye ni najisi kwa kawaida ya ibada.
And of her that is suffering in her separation, and of him that hath an issue, of the man, and of the woman, and of him that lieth with her that is unclean.
