Ayubu 26
1 Kisha Ayubu akajibu:
Then Job answered, and said:
2 “Tazama jinsi ulivyomsaidia mtu asiye na uwezo! Jinsi ulivyouokoa mkono ulio dhaifu!
Whose helper art thou? is it of him that is weak? and dost thou hold up the arm of him that has no strength?
3 Ni shauri gani ulilompa yeye asiye na hekima? Nayo ni busara gani kubwa uliyoonyesha!
To whom hast thou given counsel? perhaps to him that hath no wisdom, and thou hast shewn thy very great prudence.
4 Ni nani aliyekusaidia kutamka maneno hayo? Nayo ni roho ya nani iliyosema kutoka kinywani mwako?
Whom hast thou desired to teach? was it not him that made life?
5 “Wafu wako katika maumivu makuu, wale walio chini ya maji na wale waishio ndani yake.
Behold the giants groan under the waters, and they that dwell with them.
Hell is naked before him, and there is no covering for destruction. (Sheol h7585)
7 Hutandaza anga la kaskazini mahali patupu; naye huiningʼiniza dunia mahali pasipo na kitu.
He stretched out the north over the empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
8 Huyafungia maji kwenye mawingu yake, hata hivyo mawingu hayapasuki kwa uzito wake.
He bindeth up the waters in his clouds, so that they break not out and fall down together.
9 Huufunika uso wa mwezi mpevu, akitandaza mawingu juu yake.
He withholdeth the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud over it.
10 Amechora mstari wa upeo juu ya uso wa maji, ameweka mpaka wa nuru na giza.
He hath set bounds about the waters, till light and darkness come to an end.
11 Nguzo za mbingu nazo zatetemeka, zinatishika anapozikemea.
The pillars of heaven tremble, and dread at his beck.
12 Kwa nguvu zake aliisukasuka bahari; kwa hekima yake alimkata Rahabu vipande vipande.
By his power the seas are suddenly gathered together, and his wisdom has struck the proud one.
13 Aliisafisha anga kwa pumzi yake; kwa mkono wake alimchoma joka aendaye mbio.
His spirit hath adorned the heavens, and his obstetric hand brought forth the winding serpent.
14 Haya ni mambo madogo tu katika matendo yake; tazama jinsi ulivyo mdogo mnongʼono tunaousikia kumhusu! Ni nani basi awezaye kuelewa ngurumo za nguvu zake?”
Lo, these things are said in part of his ways: and seeing we have heard scarce a little drop of his word, who shall be able to behold the thunder of his greatness?
