13 “Wakati Efraimu alipoona ugonjwa wake, naye Yuda vidonda vyake, ndipo Efraimu alipogeukia Ashuru, na kuomba msaada kwa mfalme mkuu. Lakini hawezi kukuponya, wala hawezi kukuponya vidonda vyako.
