1 Sikilizeni, enyi mbingu, nami nitasema; sikia, ee nchi, maneno ya kinywa changu.

2 Mafundisho yangu na yanyeshe kama mvua, na maneno yangu na yashuke kama umande, kama manyunyu juu ya majani mabichi, kama mvua tele juu ya mimea myororo.
My techyng wexe togidere as reyn; my speche flete out as dew, as lytil reyn on eerbe, and as dropis on gras.
3 Nitalitangaza jina la Bwana. Naam, sifuni ukuu wa Mungu wetu!
For Y schal inwardli clepe the name of the Lord; yyue ye glorie to oure God.
4 Yeye ni Mwamba, kazi zake ni kamilifu, njia zake zote ni haki. Mungu mwaminifu ambaye hakosei, yeye ni mnyofu na mwenye haki.
The werkis of God ben perfit, and alle hise weies ben domes; God is feithful, and without ony wickidnesse; God is iust and riytful.
5 Wamefanya mambo ya upotovu mbele zake; kwa aibu yao, wao si watoto wake tena, lakini ni kizazi kilicho kiovu na kilichopotoka.
Thei synneden ayens hym, and not hise sones in filthis, `that is, of idolatrie; schrewid and waiward generacioun.
6 Je, hii ndiyo njia ya kumlipa Bwana, enyi watu wajinga na wasio na busara? Je, yeye siye Baba yenu, Muumba wenu, aliyewafanya ninyi na kuwaumba?
Whether thou yeldist these thingis to the Lord, thou fonned puple and vnwijs? Whether he is not thi fadir, that weldide thee, and made, `and made thee of nouyt?
7 Kumbuka siku za kale; tafakari vizazi vya zamani vilivyopita. Uliza baba yako, naye atakuambia, wazee wako, nao watakueleza.
Haue thou minde of elde daies, thenke thou alle generaciouns; axe thi fadir, and he schal telle to thee, axe thi grettere men, and thei schulen seie to thee.
8 Aliye Juu Sana alipowapa mataifa urithi wao, alipogawanya wanadamu wote, aliweka mipaka kwa ajili ya mataifa sawasawa na hesabu ya wana wa Israeli.
Whanne the hiyeste departide folkis, whanne he departide the sones of Adam, he ordeynede the termes of puplis bi the noumbre of the sones of Israel.
9 Kwa kuwa fungu la Bwana ni watu wake, Yakobo kura yake ya urithi.
Forsothe the part of the Lord is his puple; Jacob is the litil part of his eritage.
10 Katika nchi ya jangwa alimkuta, katika nyika tupu ivumayo upepo. Alimhifadhi na kumtunza; akamlinda kama mboni ya jicho lake,
The Lord foond hym in a deseert lond, `that is, priued of Goddis religioun, in the place of orrour `ethir hidousnesse, and of wast wildirnesse; the Lord ledde hym aboute, and tauyte hym, and kepte as the apple of his iye.
11 kama tai avurugaye kiota chake, na kurukaruka juu ya makinda yake, ambaye hutanda mabawa yake kuwadaka, na huwachukua kwenye mabawa yake.

The Lord aloone was his ledere, and noon alien god was with hym.
13 Akamfanya apande sehemu zilizoinuka za nchi, akamlisha kwa mavuno ya mashamba. Akamlea kwa asali toka mwambani, na kwa mafuta kutoka mwamba mgumu,
The Lord ordeynede hym on an hiy lond, that he schulde ete the fruytis of feeldis, that he schulde souke hony of a stoon, and oile of the hardeste roche;
14 kwa jibini na maziwa kutoka makundi ya ngʼombe na kutoka makundi ya mbuzi, kwa mafuta ya wana-kondoo na mbuzi, kwa kondoo dume wazuri wa Bashani, na kwa ngano nzuri. Ukanywa damu ya zabibu inayotoa povu.

15 Yeshuruni alinenepa na kupiga teke; alikuwa na chakula tele, akawa mzito na akapendeza sana. Akamwacha Mungu aliyemuumba, na kumkataa Mwamba Mwokozi wake.

16 Wakamfanya Mungu kuwa na wivu kwa miungu yao migeni, na kumkasirisha kwa sanamu zao za machukizo.
Thei terriden hym to ire in alien goddis, and thei excitiden to wrathfulnesse in abhomynaciouns.
17 Wakatoa dhabihu kwa pepo, ambao si Mungu: miungu wasiyoijua, miungu iliyojitokeza siku za karibuni, miungu ambayo baba zenu hawakuiogopa.
Thei offriden to feendis, and not to God, to goddis whiche thei knewen not, newe goddis, and freische camen, whiche `the fadris of hem worschipiden not.
18 Mkamwacha Mwamba, aliyewazaa ninyi; mkamsahau Mungu aliyewazaa.
Thou hast forsake God that gendride thee, and thou hast foryete `thi Lord creatour.
19 Bwana akaona hili, akawakataa, kwa sababu alikasirishwa na wanawe na binti zake.
The Lord siy, and was stirid to wrathfulnesse; for hise sones and douytris terriden hym.
20 Akasema, “Nitawaficha uso wangu, nami nione mwisho wao utakuwa nini, kwa kuwa wao ni kizazi kilichopotoka, watoto ambao si waaminifu.
And the Lord seide, Y schal hyde my face fro hem, and Y schal biholde `the laste thingis of hem; for it is a waiward generacioun, and vnfeithful sones.
21 Wamenifanya niwe na wivu kwa kile ambacho si mungu, na kunikasirisha kwa sanamu zao zisizokuwa na thamani. Nitawafanya wawaonee wivu wale ambao si taifa. Nitawafanya wakasirishwe na taifa lile lisilo na ufahamu.
Thei terriden me in hym that was not God, and thei `terriden to ire in her vanytees; and Y schal terre hem in hym, that is not a puple, and Y schal terre hem `to yre in a fonned folk.
22 Kwa maana moto umewashwa kwa hasira yangu, ule uwakao hadi kwenye vina vya mauti. Utateketeza dunia pamoja na mazao yake, na kuwasha moto katika misingi ya milima. (Sheol h7585)

23 “Nitalundika majanga juu yao na kutumia mishale yangu dhidi yao.

24 Nitatuma njaa kali dhidi yao maradhi mabaya, yateketezayo na tauni ya kufisha; nitawapelekea meno makali ya wanyama mwitu, na sumu ya nyoka wale watambaao mavumbini.
Thei schulen be waastid with hungur, and briddis schulen deuoure hem with bitteriste bityng; Y schal sende in to hem the teeth of beestis, with the woodnesse of wormes drawynge on erthe, and of serpentis.
25 Barabarani upanga utawakosesha watoto; nyumbani mwao hofu itatawala. Vijana wao wa kiume na wa kike wataangamia, pia watoto wachanga na wazee wenye mvi.
Swerd with outforth and drede with ynne schal waaste hem; a yong man and a virgyn togidre, a soukynge child with an elde man.
26 Nilisema ningewatawanya na kufuta kumbukumbu lao katika mwanadamu.
And Y seide, Where ben thei? Y schal make the mynde of hem to ceesse of men.
27 Lakini nilihofia dhihaka za adui, adui asije akashindwa kuelewa, na kusema, ‘Mikono yetu imeshinda; Bwana hakufanya yote haya.’”
But Y delayede for the yre of enemyes, lest perauenture `the enemyes of hem shulden be proude, and seie, Oure hiy hond, and not the Lord, dide alle these thingis.
28 Wao ni taifa lisilo na akili, hakuna busara ndani yao.
It is a folk with out counsel, and with out prudence;
29 Laiti wangekuwa na hekima wangefahamu hili, na kutambua mwisho wao utakuwa aje!
Y wolde that thei saueriden, and `vnderstoden, and purueiden the laste thingis.
30 Mtu mmoja angewezaje kufukuza elfu moja, au wawili kufukuza elfu kumi, kama si kwamba Mwamba wao amewauza, kama si kwamba Bwana amewaacha?
How pursuede oon of enemyes a thousynde of Jewis, and tweyne dryuen awey ten thousynde? Whether not therfore for her God selde hem, and the Lord closide hem togidere?
31 Kwa kuwa mwamba wao si kama Mwamba wetu, sawasawa na vile adui zetu wanavyokiri.
For oure God is not as the goddis of hem, and oure enemyes ben iugis.
32 Mzabibu wao unatoka kwenye mzabibu wa Sodoma, na kutoka kwenye mashamba ya Gomora. Zabibu zake zimejaa sumu, na vishada vyake vimejaa uchungu.
The vyner of hem is of the vyner of Sodom, and of the subarbis of Gomorre; the grape of hem is the grape of galle, and the clustre is most bittir.
33 Mvinyo wao ni sumu ya nyoka, sumu yenye kufisha ya swila.
The galle of dragouns is the wyn of hem, and the venym of eddris, that may not be heelid.
34 “Je, hili sikuliweka akiba na kulifungia kwenye vyumba vyangu vya hazina?
Whether these thingis ben not hid at me, and ben seelid in myn tresouris?
35 Ni juu yangu kulipiza kisasi; nitalipiza. Wakati utakapowadia, mguu wao utateleza; siku yao ya maafa ni karibu, na maangamizo yao yanawajia haraka.”
Veniaunce is myn, and Y schal yelde to hem in tyme, that the foot of hem slide; the dai of perdicioun is nyy, and tymes hasten to be present.
36 Bwana atawahukumu watu wake, na kuwahurumia watumishi wake atakapoona nguvu zao zimekwisha wala hakuna yeyote aliyebaki, mtumwa au aliye huru.
The Lord schal deme his puple, and he schal do merci in hise seruauntis; the puple schal se that the hond of fiyteres is sijk, and also men closid failiden, and the residues ben waastid.
37 Atasema: “Sasa iko wapi miungu yao, mwamba walioukimbilia,
And thei schulen seie, Where ben `the goddis of hem, in whiche thei hadden trust?
38 miungu wale waliokula mafuta ya dhabihu zao na kunywa mvinyo wa sadaka zao za vinywaji? Wainuke basi, wawasaidie! Wawapeni basi ulinzi!
Of whos sacrifices thei eeten fatnessis, and drunkun the wyn of fletynge sacrifices, rise thei and helpe you, and defende thei you in nede.
39 “Tazama basi, Mimi mwenyewe, Mimi Ndiye! Hakuna mungu mwingine ila Mimi. Mimi ninaua na Mimi ninafufua, Mimi nimejeruhi na Mimi nitaponya, wala hakuna awezaye kuokoa kutoka mkononi mwangu.
Se ye that Y am aloone, and noon other God is outakun me; Y schal sle, and Y schal make to lyue; Y schal smyte, and Y schal make hool; and noon is that may delyuere fro myn hond.
40 Ninainua mkono wangu kuelekea mbinguni na kusema: Hakika kama niishivyo milele,
And Y schal reise myn hond to heuene, and Y schal seie, Y lyue with outen ende.
41 wakati ninapounoa upanga wangu unaometameta na mkono wangu unapoushika ili kutoa hukumu, nitalipiza kisasi juu ya adui zangu na kuwalipiza wale wanaonichukia.
If Y schal whette my swerd as leit, and myn hond schal take doom, Y schal yelde veniaunce to myn enemyes, and Y schal quyte to hem that haten me.
42 Nitailevya mishale yangu kwa damu, wakati upanga wangu ukitafuna nyama: damu ya waliochinjwa pamoja na mateka, vichwa vya viongozi wa adui.”
Y schal fille myn arewis with blood, and my swerd schal deuoure fleischis of the blood of hem that ben slayn, and of the caitifte of the heed of enemyes maad nakid.
43 Furahini, enyi mataifa, pamoja na watu wake, kwa kuwa atailipiza damu ya watumishi wake, atalipiza kisasi juu ya adui zake na kufanya upatanisho kwa ajili ya nchi na watu wake.
Folkis, preise ye the puplis of hym, for he schal venie the blood of hise seruauntis, and he schal yelde veniaunce in to the enemyes of hem; and he schal be merciful to the lond of his puple.
44 Mose na Yoshua mwana wa Nuni wakaja, wakanena maneno yote ya wimbo watu wakiwa wanasikia.
Therfor Moises cam, and spak alle the wordis of this song in the eeris of the puple; bothe he and Josue, the sone of Nun.
45 Mose alipomaliza kuyasoma maneno haya yote kwa Israeli wote,
And `he fillide alle these wordis, and spak to alle Israel, and seide to hem,
46 akawaambia, “Yawekeni moyoni maneno yote ambayo nimewatangazia kwa makini siku hii ya leo, ili kwamba mpate kuwaagiza watoto wenu wayatii kwa bidii maneno yote ya sheria hii.
Putte ye youre hertis in to alle the wordis whiche Y witnesse to you to day, that ye comaunde to youre sones, to kepe, and do tho, and to fulfille alle thingis that ben writun in the book of this lawe;
47 Siyo maneno matupu tu kwenu, bali ni uzima wenu. Kwa hayo mtaishi maisha marefu katika nchi mnayovuka Yordani kuimiliki.”
for not in veyn tho ben comaundid to you, but that alle men schulden lyue in tho; whiche wordis ye schulen do, and schulen contynue in long tyme in the lond, to which ye schulen entre to welde, whanne Jordan is passid.
48 Siku hiyo hiyo Bwana akamwambia Mose,
And the Lord spak to Moises in the same day,
49 “Kwea katika mapangano ya Mlima Abarimu hadi kilima cha Nebo kilichoko Moabu, ngʼambo ya Yeriko, na uitazame Kanaani, nchi ninayowapa Waisraeli kama milki yao wenyewe.
and seide, Stie thou in to this hil Abirym, that is, passyng, in to the hil of Nebo, which is in the lond of Moab, ayens Jerico; and se thou the lond of Canaan, which Y schal yyue to the sones of Israel to holde, and die thou in the hil.
50 Utafia kwenye mlima huo unaokwea na kukusanyika pamoja na watu wako, kama ndugu yako Aroni alivyofia juu ya Mlima Hori naye akakusanyika kwa watu wake.
In to which hil thou schalt stie, and schalt be ioyned to thi puplis, as Aaron, thi brother, was deed in the hil of Hor, and was put to his puplis.
51 Hii ni kwa sababu ninyi wawili mlivunja uaminifu nami mbele ya Waisraeli kwenye maji ya Meriba-Kadeshi katika Jangwa la Sini, na kwa sababu hamkuuinua utakatifu wangu miongoni mwa Waisraeli.
For ye trespassiden ayens me, in the myddis of the sones of Israel, at the Watris of Ayenseiyng, in Cades of deseert of Syn; and ye halewiden not me among the sones of Israel.
52 Kwa hiyo, utaiona tu nchi kwa mbali; wewe hutaingia nchi ninayowapa watu wa Israeli.”
