18 Akawaweka watu 70,000 miongoni mwao kuwa wachukuzi wa mizigo, na 80,000 kuwa wachonga mawe vilimani, na 3,600 wakiwa wasimamizi juu yao ili wawahimize watu kufanya kazi.
