Zacarías 5

1 Luego, nuevamente levantando mis ojos, vi un rollo en vuelo por el aire.

Then I turned me, and lifted vp mine eyes and looked, and beholde, a flying booke.

2 Y él me dijo: ¿Qué ves? Y yo dije: Un rollo que pasa por el aire; Tiene veinte codos de largo y diez codos de ancho.

And he said vnto me, What seest thou? And I answered, I see a flying booke: the length thereof is twentie cubites, and the breadth thereof tenne cubites.

3 Entonces él me dijo: Esta es la maldición que se extiende sobre la faz de toda la tierra; ciertamente, cada ladrón que roba será destruido, según lo escrito en un lado, y todos los que juran en falso serán destruidos, según lo escrito en el otro lado.

Then said he vnto me, This is the curse that goeth foorth ouer the whole earth: for euery one that stealeth, shalbe cut off aswell on this side, as on that: and euery one that sweareth, shall be cut off aswell on this side, as on that.

4 Y lo enviaré, dice el Señor de los ejércitos, y entrará en la casa del ladrón y en la casa del que hace un juramento falso por mi nombre; y permanecerá en su casa, causando su completa destrucción, con sus trabajos en madera y sus piedras.

I will bring it forth, saith the Lord of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thiefe, and into the house of him, that falsely sweareth by my Name: and it shall remaine in the middes of his house, and shall consume it, with the timber thereof, and stones thereof.

5 Y el ángel que me hablaba salió y me dijo: Alza ahora tus ojos y mira el efá que está saliendo.

Then the Angel that talked with me, went foorth, and said vnto me, Lift vp now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth foorth.

6 Y yo dije: ¿Qué es? Y él dijo: Este es un efa que está saliendo. Y él dijo además: Esta es su maldad en toda la tierra.

And I saide, What is it? And hee sayde, This is an Ephah that goeth foorth. Hee saide moreouer, This is the sight of them through all the earth.

7 Y vi una cubierta redonda de plomo levantada; y una mujer estaba sentada en medio del efa.

And beholde, there was lift vp a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the middes of the Ephah.

8 Y él dijo: Esto es pecado; y empujándola hacia el efa, le puso el peso del plomo cerrando la medida.

And he said, This is wickednes, and he cast it into the middes of the Ephah, and hee cast the weight of lead vpon the mouth thereof.

9 Y alzando mis ojos vi a dos mujeres que salían, y el viento soplaba en sus alas; y tenían alas como las alas de una cigüeña; y alzaron el efa, entre la tierra y el cielo.

Then lift I vp mine eyes, and looked: and beholde, there came out two women, and the winde was in their wings (for they had wings like the wings of a storke) and they lift vp the Ephah betweene the earth and the heauen.

10 Y le dije al ángel que me hablaba: ¿A dónde llevarán el efá?

Then saide I to the Angel that talked with me, Whither doe these beare the Ephah?

11 Y él me dijo: Hacerle un templo en la tierra de Sinar; y cuando esté preparado su lugar, la pondrán allí asentado sobre su propio asiento.

And hee saide vnto mee, To builde it an house in the lande of Shinar, and it shall be established and set there vpon her owne place.
