Salmos 96

1 Oh, haz una nueva canción al Señor; deja que toda la tierra haga melodía al Señor.

Sing to Yahweh, a song that is new, Sing to Yahweh, all the earth;

2 Haz canciones al Señor, bendiciendo su nombre; da las buenas nuevas de su salvación día tras día.

Sing to Yahweh, bless ye his Name, —Tell the tidings, from day to day, of his salvation:

3 Hablen de su gloria a las naciones, y sus maravillas a todos los pueblos.

Recount, Among the nations, his glory, Among all the peoples, his wonders.

4 Porque el Señor es grande y muy digno de alabanza; es más temible que todos los demás dioses.

For great is Yahweh, and worthy to be mightily praised, To be revered is he above all gods;

5 Porque todos los dioses de las naciones son dioses falsos; pero el Señor hizo los cielos.

For, all the gods of the peoples, are things of nought—But, Yahweh, made, the heavens.

6 Alabanza y magnificencia delante de él; Honor y gloria; fuerte y justo es su lugar santo.

Praise and majesty, are before him, Strength and beauty, are in his sanctuary.

7 Dad a Jehová, oh familias de los pueblos, dad al Señor gloria y fortaleza.

Give to Yahweh, ye families of the peoples, Give to Yahweh, glory and strength;

8 Da al Señor la gloria de su nombre; toma contigo una ofrenda y ven a su casa.

Give to Yahweh, the glory of his Name, Bring a present, and enter his courts;

9 Oh, adora al Señor en su hermoso santuario; ten miedo delante de él, toda la tierra.

Bow down to Yahweh, in the adornment of holiness, Be in anguish at his presence, all the earth!

10 Di entre las naciones: Jehová es rey; sí, el mundo está ordenado para que no se mueva; él será un juez justo de los pueblos.

Say among the nations, Yahweh, hath become King, Surely he hath fixed the world, it shall not be shaken, He will judge the peoples with equity.

11 Alégrense los cielos, y la tierra se alegre; que el mar truene con todas sus aguas;

Let the heavens rejoice, and the earth exult, Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof;

12 Alégrese el campo, y todo lo que está en él; sí, que todos los árboles del bosque rebosarán de alegría,

Let the field, leap for joy, and all that is therein, Then, shall all the trees of the forest, shout in triumph,

13 Delante del Señor, porque él ha venido; él ha venido para ser el juez de la tierra; la tierra será juzgada en justicia, y los pueblos con su verdad.

Before Yahweh, for he is coming, For he is coming to judge the earth, —He will judge the world, in righteousness, And the peoples, in his faithfulness.
