Salmos 57
1 Ten piedad de mí, oh Dios, ten misericordia de mí; porque la esperanza de mi alma está en ti: me mantendré a salvo bajo la sombra de tus alas, hasta que estos problemas hayan pasado.
To the chief music-maker; put to Al-tashheth. Michtam. Of David. When he went in flight from Saul, in the hole of the rock. Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me; for the hope of my soul is in you: I will keep myself safely under the shade of your wings, till these troubles are past.
2 Enviaré mi clamor al Dios Altísimo; a Dios que me favorece.
I will send up my cry to the Most High God; to God who does all things for me.
3 Él enviará desde el cielo, y me quitará del poder de aquel cuyo deseo es mi destrucción. Dios enviará su misericordia y su verdad.
He will send from heaven, and take me from the power of him whose desire is for my destruction. God will send out his mercy and his good faith.
4 Mi alma está entre los leones; Estoy tendido entre los hijos de los hombres encendidos, cuyos dientes son como lanzas y flechas, y cuya lengua es una espada afilada.
My soul is among lions; I am stretched out among those who are on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and whose tongue is a sharp sword.
5 Oh Dios, exaltado sea sobre los cielos; deja que tu gloria sea sobre toda la tierra.
O God, be lifted up higher than the heavens; let your glory be over all the earth.
6 Han preparado una red para mis pasos; mi alma se ha abatido; han hecho un gran agujero delante de mí, y han caído a él ellos mismos. (Selah)
They have made ready a net for my steps; my soul is bent down; they have made a great hole before me, and have gone down into it themselves. (Selah)
7 Mi corazón está firme, oh Dios, mi corazón está firme; Haré canciones y alabaré.
My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed; I will make songs, and give praise.
8 Despierta alma mía; despierten arpa y salterio; Yo mismo estaré despierto con el amanecer.
You are my glory; let the instruments of music be awake; I myself will be awake with the dawn.
9 Te daré alabanza, oh Señor, entre los pueblos; Te haré canciones entre las naciones.
I will give you praise, O Lord, among the peoples; I will make songs to you among the nations.
10 Porque tu misericordia es grande, que se extiende hasta los cielos, y a hasta las nubes tu verdad.
For your mercy is great, stretching up to the heavens, and your righteousness goes up to the clouds.
11 Exaltado seas. oh Dios, sobre los cielos, que tu gloria sea sobre toda la tierra.
Be lifted up, O God, higher than the heavens, let your glory be over all the earth.
