Salmos 55
1 Escucha mi oración, oh Dios; y no dejes que tu oído se esconda de mi súplica.
`In Ebreu thus, To victorie in orguns, the lernyng of Dauid. `In Jeroms translacioun thus, To the ouercomer in salmes of Dauid lernid. God, here thou my preier, and dispise thou not my biseching;
2 Está atento sobre mí, y que mi oración sea respondida: he sido abatido de tristeza;
yyue thou tent to me, and here thou me. I am sorewful in myn exercising; and Y am disturblid of the face of the enemye,
3 Estoy preocupado por la voz de mis enemigos, a causa del clamor de los malvados; por la opresión del impío y con furia me persiguen.
and of the tribulacioun of the synner. For thei bowiden wickidnessis in to me; and in ire thei weren diseseful to me.
4 Mi corazón está profundamente herido, y el miedo a la muerte me ha sobrevenido.
Myn herte was disturblid in me; and the drede of deth felde on me.
5 Temor y temblores han venido sobre mí, con profundo miedo Estoy cubierto.
Drede and trembling camen on me; and derknessis hiliden me.
6 Y dije: ¡Si tuviera alas como una paloma! porque entonces partiría en vuelo desde aquí y descansaría.
And Y seide, Who schal yyue to me fetheris, as of a culuer; and Y schal fle, and schal take rest?
7 Iría vagando lejos, viviendo en él desierto. (Selah)
Lo! Y yede fer awei, and fledde; and Y dwellide in wildirnesse.
8 Me pondría rápidamente a cubierto de la tormenta y del viento violento.
I abood hym, that made me saaf fro the litilnesse, `ether drede, of spirit; and fro tempest.
9 Envía destrucciones sobre ellos, oh Señor, haz una división de lenguas entre ellos; porque he visto luchas y actos violentos en la ciudad.
Lord, caste thou doun, departe thou the tungis of hem; for Y siy wickidnesse and ayenseiyng in the citee.
10 De día y de noche rodean la ciudad, en las murallas; el problema y la tristeza están en en medio de ella.
Bi dai and nyyt wickidnesse schal cumpasse it on the wallis therof;
11 El mal está allí; él fraude y el engaño están siempre en las calles.
and trauel and vnriytfulnesse ben in the myddis therof. And vsure and gile failide not; fro the stretis therof.
12 Porque no era mi enemigo quien decía mal de mí; eso no hubiera sido un dolor para mí; no fue uno fuera del número de mis amigos que se hizo fuerte contra mí, o me habría apartado de él en un lugar secreto;
For if myn enemye hadde cursid me; sotheli Y hadde suffride. And if he, that hatide me, hadde spoke greet thingis on me; in hap Y hadde hid me fro hym.
13 Pero eras tú, mi igual, mi guía, y mi familiar.
But thou art a man of o wille; my leeder, and my knowun.
14 Tuvimos charla amorosa juntos, y fuimos a la casa de Dios en compañía.
Which tokist togidere swete meetis with me; we yeden with consent in the hous of God.
15 Dejad que la mano de la muerte venga sobre ellos de repente, y que bajen viviendo en el inframundo; porque el mal está en sus casas y en sus corazones. (Sheol h7585)
Deth come on hem; and go thei doun quyk in to helle. For weiwardnessis ben in the dwelling places of hem; in the myddis of hem. (Sheol h7585)
16 En cuanto a mí, haré mi oración a Dios, y él será mi salvador.
But Y criede to thee, Lord; and the Lord sauede me.
17 En la tarde, en la mañana y en medio del día, haré mi oración con sonidos de dolor; y mi voz llegará a sus oídos.
In the euentid and morewtid and in myddai Y schal telle, and schewe; and he schal here my vois.
18 En las batallas librará mi vida del ataque que se hizo contra mí, y me dio paz; aunque contra mí haya muchos.
He schal ayenbie my soule in pees fro hem, that neiyen to me; for among manye thei weren with me.
19 Dios los oirá; y los quebrantará luego, el que desde los primeros tiempos permanece; les enviará dolor y problemas. (Selah) Debido a que no han cambiado, ni temen a Dios.
God schal here; and he that is bifore the worldis schal make hem low. For chaungyng is not to hem, and thei dredden not God;
20 Extendió su mano él inicuo contra los que estaban en paz con él; él no ha mantenido su acuerdo.
he holdith forth his hoond in yelding. Thei defouliden his testament,
21 Las palabras de su boca eran más suaves que la mantequilla, pero la guerra estaba en su corazón; sus palabras eran más suaves que él aceite, pero eran espadas afiladas.
the cheris therof weren departid fro ire; and his herte neiyede. The wordis therof weren softer than oyle; and tho ben dartis.
22 Pon tus cargas en el Señor, y él será tu apoyo; no dejará para siempre caído al justo.
Caste thi cure on the Lord, and he schal fulli nurische thee; and he schal not yyue with outen ende flotering to a iust man.
23 Pero tú, oh Dios, los enviaras al fondo del sepulcro; los sanguinarios y engañadores serán cortados antes de que se termine la mitad de sus días; pero yo confiaré en ti.
But thou, God, schalt lede hem forth; in to the pit of deth. Menquelleris and gilours schulen not haue half her daies; but, Lord, Y schal hope in thee.
