Salmos 46
1 Dios es nuestro refugio y nuestra fuerza, una ayuda muy presente en problemas.
To him that excelleth upon Alamoth a song committed to the sonnes of Korah. God is our hope and strength, and helpe in troubles, ready to be found.
2 Por esta causa no tendremos temor, aunque la tierra sea removida, y aunque las montañas se hundan en el corazón del mar;
Therefore will not we feare, though the earth be moued, and though the mountaines fall into the middes of the sea.
3 Aunque sus aguas rujan y sean turbadas, y aunque las montañas tiemblan a causa de su braveza. (Selah)
Though the waters thereof rage and be troubled, and the mountaines shake at the surges of the same. (Selah)
4 Hay un río cuyas corrientes alegran el lugar de descanso de Dios, el lugar sagrado del santuario del Altísimo.
Yet there is a Riuer, whose streames shall make glad the citie of God: euen the Sanctuarie of the Tabernacles of the most High.
5 Dios ha tomado su lugar en ella; ella no se conmoverá: vendrá a ayudarla al amanecer de la mañana.
God is in the middes of it: therefore shall it not be moued: God shall helpe it very earely.
6 Las naciones se enojaron, los reinos se conmovieron; al sonido de su voz, la tierra se volvió como la cera.
When the nations raged, and the kingdomes were moued, God thundred, and the earth melted.
7 El Señor de los ejércitos está con nosotros; el Dios de Jacob es nuestra torre fuerte. (Selah)
The Lord of hostes is with vs: the God of Iaakob is our refuge. (Selah)
8 Ven, mira las obras del Señor, la destrucción que él ha hecho en la tierra.
Come, and behold the workes of the Lord, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
9 Él pone fin a las guerras sobre toda la tierra; por él se rompe el arco, y la lanza se corta en dos, y el carruaje se quema en el fuego.
He maketh warres to cease vnto the endes of the world: he breaketh the bowe and cutteth the speare, and burneth the chariots with fire.
10 Ríndanse reconozcan que yo soy Dios; seré exaltado entre las naciones, seré honrado por toda la tierra.
Be still and knowe that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, and I wil be exalted in the earth.
11 El Señor de los ejércitos está con nosotros; el Dios de Jacob es nuestra torre fuerte. (Selah)
