Salmos 28

1 A ti clamo, oh Señor, mi Roca; no me niegues tu respuesta, para que no llegue a ser como aquellos que descienden al inframundo.

To Dauid. Lord, Y schal crye to thee; my God, be thou not stille fro me, be thou not stille `ony tyme fro me; and Y schal be maad lijk to hem, that goen doun in to the lake.

2 Escucha la voz de mi oración, cuando te clamo, cuando mis manos se eleven a tu lugar santo.

Lord, here thou the vois of my bisechyng, while Y preie to thee; whyle Y reise myn hondis to thin hooli temple.

3 No me lleven lejos con los pecadores y los trabajadores del mal, que dicen palabras de paz a sus vecinos, pero el mal está en sus corazones.

Bitake thou not me togidere with synneris; and leese thou not me with hem that worchen wickidnesse. Whyche speken pees with her neiybore; but yuels ben in her hertis.

4 Dales la recompensa conforme a la perversidad de los sus actos y de sus maldades: dales castigo conforme a las obras de sus manos.

Yyue thou to hem vpe the werkis of hem; and vpe the wickidnesse of her fyndyngis. Yyue thou to hem vpe the werkis of her hondis; yelde thou her yeldyng to hem.

5 Porque no tienen respeto por las obras del Señor, ni por las cosas que sus manos han hecho, serán destruidos y no los vuelva a levantar.

For thei vndurstoden not the werkis of the Lord, and bi the werkis of hise hondis thou schalt destrie hem; and thou schalt not bilde hem.

6 Que el Señor sea alabado, porque ha escuchado la voz de mi oración.

Blissid be the Lord; for he herde the vois of my bisechyng.

7 El Señor es mi fortaleza y mi coraza, mi corazón tenía fe en él y él me ayudó; por esta causa, mi corazón está lleno de gozo, y lo alabaré en mi canción.

The Lord is myn helpere and my defendere; and myn herte hopide in hym, and Y am helpid. And my fleisch flouride ayen; and of my wille Y schal knowleche to hym.

8 El Señor es la fortaleza de su pueblo, y un fuerte lugar de salvación para su ungido.

The Lord is the strengthe of his puple; and he is defendere of the sauyngis of his crist.

9 Sé un salvador para tu pueblo, y envía una bendición sobre tu herencia: sé su guía, y sustentalos para siempre.

Lord, make thou saaf thi puple, and blesse thou thin eritage; and reule thou hem, and enhaunse thou hem til in to with outen ende.
