Salmos 25
1 A ti, oh SEÑOR, mi alma enaltece.
“A psalm of David.” To thee, O LORD! do I lift up my soul.
2 Oh Dios mío, he puesto mi fe en ti, no me avergüences; no permitas que mis enemigos se glorien sobre mí.
O my God! I trust in thee; let me not be put to shame! Let not my enemies triumph over me!
3 No se avergüence ningún siervo tuyo que en ti confía; serán avergonzados aquellos que se rebelan sin causa.
Yea, none that hope in thee shall be put to shame: They shall be put to shame who wickedly forsake thee.
4 Muéstrame tus caminos, oh Señor; enséñame tus senderos.
Cause me to know thy ways, O LORD! Teach me thy paths!
5 Sé mi guía y maestro de la manera verdadera; porque tú eres el Dios de mi salvación; Estoy esperando tu palabra todo el día.
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me! For thou art the God from whom cometh my help; In thee do I trust at all times!
6 Oh Señor, ten en cuenta tu compasión y tus misericordias; que son perpetuas.
Remember thy loving-kindness, O LORD! and thy tender mercy, Which thou hast exercised of old!
7 No tengas en cuenta mis pecados cuando era joven, o mi maldad: deja que tu recuerdo de mí esté lleno de misericordia, oh Señor, por tu gran amor y bondad.
Remember not the faults and transgressions of my youth! According to thy mercy remember thou me, For thy goodness' sake, O LORD!
8 Bueno y justo es el Señor: entonces él enseñará a los pecadores el camino.
Good and righteous is the LORD; Therefore showeth he to sinners the way.
9 Y guía para los pobres en espíritu: enseñará a los mansos el camino.
The humble he guideth in his statutes, And the humble he teacheth his way.
10 Todos los caminos del Señor son misericordia y verdad para aquellos que mantienen su pacto y su testimonio.
All the doings of the LORD are mercy and truth To those who keep his covenant and his precepts.
11 Por tu nombre, oh Señor, permíteme tener perdón por mi pecado, que es muy grande.
For thy name's sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity; for it is great!
12 Si un hombre tiene temor del Señor, el Señor le enseñará el camino que debe seguir,
Who is the man that feareth the LORD? Him doth he show the way which he should choose.
13 gozará de bienestar, y su simiente tendrá la tierra por su herencia.
He shall himself dwell in prosperity, And his offspring shall inherit the land.
14 La comunión íntima de Jehová es con los que le temen, con aquellos en cuyo corazón está el temor de él; y a ellos hará conocer su pacto.
The friendship of the LORD is with them that fear him, And he will teach them his covenant.
15 Mis ojos se vuelven al Señor todo el tiempo; porque él sacará mis pies de la red.
Mine eyes are ever directed to the LORD, For he will pluck my feet from the net.
16 Mírame Señor ten misericordia de mí; porque estoy solo y preocupado.
Look upon me, and pity me; For I am desolate and afflicted!
17 Los problemas de mi corazón aumentan: Oh sácame de mis dolores.
Lighten the sorrows of my heart, And deliver me from my troubles!
18 Mira mi penas y mi dolor; y perdona todos mis pecados.
Look upon my affliction and distress, And forgive all my sins!
19 Mira cómo aumentan los que están en mi contra, con su odio violento me aborrecen.
Consider how many are my enemies, And with what violence they hate me!
20 Guarda mi alma, y arráncame fuera de peligro; no me avergüences, porque he puesto mi fe en ti.
Guard thou my life, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I have trusted in thee!
21 Que mis caminos limpios y rectos me protejan, porque mi esperanza está en ti.
Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, For on thee do I rest my hope!
22 Dale a Israel salvación, oh Dios, de todas sus angustias.
Redeem Israel, O God! from all his troubles!
