Salmos 24

1 La tierra es del Señor y su plenitud. con toda su riqueza; el mundo y todas las personas que viven en él.

“A psalm of David.” The earth is the LORD'S, and all that is therein; The world, and they who inhabit it.

2 Porque él Señor puso las bases de los mares, y la afirmó sobre los ríos profundos.

For he hath founded it upon the seas, And established it upon the floods.

3 ¿Quién puede subir al monte del Señor? ¿y quién puede permanecer en su lugar santo?

Who shall ascend the hill of the LORD? And who shall stand in his holy place?

4 El que tiene las manos limpias y un corazón verdadero; él que no ha elevado su alma a cosas vanas, que no ha hecho un falso juramento.

He that hath clean hands and a pure heart; Who hath not inclined his soul to falsehood, Nor sworn deceitfully.

5 Él tendrá la bendición del Señor, y la justicia del Dios de su salvación.

He shall receive a blessing from the LORD, And favor from the God of his salvation.

6 Esta es la generación de aquellos cuyos corazones se volvieron a ti, de los que buscan tu rostro, oh Dios de Jacob. (Selah)

This is the race of them that seek him; They that seek thy face are Jacob. (Pause)

Lift up your heads, O ye gates! Lift yourselves up, ye everlasting doors, That the king of glory may come in!

“Who is this king of glory?” Jehovah, strong and mighty; Jehovah, mighty in battle.

Lift up your heads, O ye gates! Lift yourselves up, ye everlasting doors, That the king of glory may enter in!
