Salmos 143
1 Deja que mi oración llegue a ti, oh Señor; presta atención a mi súplicas; que mi fe esté firme y dame una respuesta en tu justicia;
A Melody of David. O Yahweh, hear my prayer, Give ear to my supplications, In thy faithfulness, answer me, in thy righteousness.
2 No dejes que tu siervo vaya delante de ti para ser juzgado; porque ningún hombre que vive es recto en tus ojos.
Do not then enter into judgment with thy servant, for no one living, can appear just before thee.
3 El hombre malo ha ido en pos de mi alma; mi vida es aplastada hasta la tierra: él me ha puesto en la oscuridad, como aquellos que llevan tiempo muertos.
For an enemy hath pursued my soul, hath crushed, to the earth, my life, hath made me dwell in dark places, like the ancient dead.
4 Debido a esto mi espíritu está vencido; y mi corazón está lleno de miedo.
Therefore hath my spirit, fainted concerning myself, Within me, hath, my heart, been confounded.
5 Recuerdo los primeros días del pasado, pensando en todos tus actos, reflexiono en el trabajo de tus manos.
I have remembered the days of aforetime, I have talked with myself of every deed of thine, Of the work of thy hands, I would speak:
6 Mis manos están extendidas hacia ti; mi alma está vuelta hacia ti, como una tierra necesitada de agua. (Selah)
I have spread out my hands unto thee, My soul, is as a thirsty land, for thee. (Selah)
7 Sé rápido en responderme, oh Señor, porque la fuerza de mi espíritu se ha ido: déjame ver tu rostro, para que no sea como los que descienden al inframundo.
Speedily answer me, O Yahweh, My spirit faileth, —Do not hide thy face from me, or I shall be made like unto them who go down into the pit.
8 Que la historia de tu misericordia venga a mí en la mañana, porque mi esperanza está en ti: dame conocimiento de la manera en que debo ir; porque mi alma está levantada hacia ti.
Let me hear, in the morning, thy lovingkindness, for, in thee, have, I trusted, —Let me know the way in which I should walk, for, unto thee, have I uplifted my soul.
9 Oh Señor, sácame de las manos de mis enemigos; mi alma te está esperando.
Rescue me from my foes, O Yahweh, Unto thee, have I come seeking refuge.
10 Dame la enseñanza para que pueda hacer tu placer; porque tú eres mi Dios; deja que tu buen Espíritu sea mi guía en la tierra de justicia.
Teach me to do thy good pleasure, for, thou, art my God, —Thy spirit, is good, thou wilt set me down to rest in a level land.
11 Dame la vida, oh Señor, por tu nombre; en tu justicia quita mi alma de los problemas.
For the sake of thy Name, O Yahweh, wilt thou give unto me life, In thy righteousness, wilt thou bring forth, out of distress, my soul;
12 Y en tu misericordia pon fin a mis enemigos, y envía destrucción a todos los que están contra mi alma; porque yo soy tu siervo.
And, in thy lovingkindness, wilt thou exterminate my foes, —and destroy all the adversaries of my soul, because, I, am thy servant.
