Salmos 139
1 Oh Señor, tú me has examinado y me conoces.
For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. O Jehovah, thou hast searched me, and known [me].
2 Usted tiene conocimiento cuando estoy sentado y cuando me levanto, ve mis pensamientos desde lejos.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising; Thou understandest my thought afar off.
3 Tú vigilas mis pasos y mi sueño, y conoces todos mis caminos.
Thou searchest out my path and my lying down, And art acquainted with all my ways.
4 Porque no hay palabra en mi lengua aun, y tu, Señor ya la conoces.
For there is not a word in my tongue, But, lo, O Jehovah, thou knowest it altogether.
5 Me has rodeado por todos lados. y me has puesto la mano encima.
Thou hast beset me behind and before, And laid thy hand upon me.
6 Tal conocimiento es una maravilla mayor que mis poderes; es tan alto que no puedo comprenderlo.
[Such] knowledge is too wonderful for me; It is high, I cannot attain unto it.
7 ¿A dónde puedo iré de tu espíritu? ¿cómo puedo huir en vuelo de tu presencia?
Whither shall I go from thy Spirit? Or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou art there. (Sheol h7585)
9 Si tomo las alas de la mañana, y voy a las partes más lejanas del mar;
If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
10 Aun allí seré guiado por tu mano, y tu diestra me guardará.
Even there shall thy hand lead me, And thy right hand shall hold me.
11 Si dijera: Solo déjame estar cubierto por la oscuridad, aun la noche resplandecerá alrededor de mí.
If I say, Surely the darkness shall overwhelm me, And the light about me shall be night;
12 Incluso la oscuridad no es oscura para ti; la noche es tan brillante como el día: porque la oscuridad y la luz son lo mismo para ti.
Even the darkness hideth not from thee, But the night shineth as the day: The darkness and the light are both alike [to thee].
13 Mi carne fue hecha por ti, y mis partes se unieron en el cuerpo de mi madre.
For thou didst form my inward parts: Thou didst cover me in my mother’s womb.
14 Te alabaré, porque estoy extraña y delicadamente formado; tus obras son grandes maravillas, y de esto mi alma está completamente consciente.
I will give thanks unto thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Wonderful are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well.
15 Mi cuerpo no fue visto por ti cuando fui hecho en secreto, y extrañamente formado en las partes más bajas de la tierra.
My frame was not hidden from thee, When I was made in secret, [And] curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Tus ojos vieron mi sustancia sin forma; en tu libro se registraron todos mis días, incluso aquellos que fueron propuestos antes de que hubieran surgido.
Thine eyes did see mine unformed substance; And in thy book they were all written, [Even] the days that were ordained [for me], When as yet there was none of them.
17 ¡Cuán queridos son tus pensamientos para mí, oh Dios! ¡Cuán grande es el número de ellos!
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them!
18 Si los número, serían más que granos de arena; cuando estoy despierto, todavía estoy contigo.
If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: When I awake, I am still with thee.
19 Si tan solo pusieras a los pecadores a la muerte, oh Dios; lejos de mí, hombres sanguinarios.
Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: Depart from me therefore, ye bloodthirsty men.
20 Porque van contra ti con malos designios, y tus enemigos se burlan de tu nombre.
For they speak against thee wickedly, And thine enemies take [thy name] in vain.
21 ¿No aborrezco a tus enemigos, oh Señor? ¿No son los que se levantan contra ti una causa de aflicción para mí?
Do not I hate them, O Jehovah, that hate thee? And am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
22 Mi odio por ellos está completo; mis pensamientos sobre ellos son como si estuvieran haciendo guerra contra mí.
I hate them with perfect hatred: They are become mine enemies.
23 Oh Dios, que los secretos de mi corazón sean descubiertos, y que mis pensamientos sean puestos a prueba.
Search me, O God, and know my heart: Try me, and know my thoughts;
24 Mira si hay camino de perversidad en mí, y sé mi guía en el camino eterno.
And see if there be any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.
