Salmos 131

1 Señor, no hay orgullo en mi corazón y mis ojos no se alzan; y no he participado en grandes empresas ni en cosas difíciles para mí.

A Song of Ascents. By David. LORD, my heart isn’t arrogant, nor my eyes lofty; nor do I concern myself with great matters, or things too wonderful for me.

2 Mira, he hecho mi alma calmada y callada, como un niño en el pecho de su madre; mi alma es como un niño recién amamantado en el pecho de su madre.

Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.

3 Israel, ten esperanza en el Señor, desde ahora y para siempre.

Israel, hope in the LORD, from this time forward and forever more.
