Salmos 125

1 Aquellos cuya esperanza está en el Señor son como el monte de Sión, que no puede moverse, sino que tiene su lugar para siempre.

A Song of degrees. They that confide in Jehovah are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved; it abideth for ever.

2 Como las montañas son alrededor de Jerusalén, así el Señor está alrededor de su pueblo, desde ahora y para siempre.

Jerusalem! — mountains are round about her, and Jehovah is round about his people, from henceforth and for evermore.

3 Porque la vara de los pecadores no descansará sobre la herencia de los rectos; para que los rectos no extiendan sus manos al mal.

For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

4 Haz bien, oh Jehová, a los buenos, y a los rectos de corazón.

Do good, O Jehovah, unto the good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

5 Pero en cuanto a los que han sido desviados del camino recto, el Señor los quitará con los que trabajan el mal. Que la paz sea con Israel.

But as for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, Jehovah will lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel!
