Números 34
1 Y él Señor dijo a Moisés:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 Da órdenes a los hijos de Israel y diles: Cuando entres en la tierra de Canaán; (esta es la tierra que debe ser tu herencia, la tierra de Canaán dentro de estos límites).
“Command the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When you are coming into the land of Canaan—this [is] the land which falls to you by inheritance, the land of Canaan, by its borders—
3 Entonces él límite del lado sur será el desierto de Zin al lado de Edom, y tu límite en el sur será del extremo este del Mar salado.
then the south quarter has been to you from the wilderness of Zin, by the sides of Edom, indeed, the south border has been to you from the extremity of the Salt Sea eastward;
4 Y redondea al sur de la pendiente de Acrabim, y luego a Zin: y su dirección será al sur de Cades-barnea, y llegará hasta Hasar-adar y luego a Azmon.
and the border has turned around to you from the south to the ascent of Akrabbim, and has passed on to Zin, and its outgoings have been from the south to Kadesh-Barnea, and it has gone out at Hazar-Addar, and has passed on to Azmon;
5 Y desde Azmon irá hasta la corriente de Egipto hasta el mar.
and the border has turned around from Azmon to the Brook of Egypt, and its outgoings have been at the sea.
6 Y para tu límite en el oeste tendrás el Gran Mar y su borde, este será tu límite en el oeste.
As for the west border, even the Great Sea has been a border to you; this is the west border to you.
7 Y tu límite en el norte será la línea desde el Gran Mar hasta el Monte Hor:
And this is the north border to you: from the Great Sea you mark out for yourselves Mount Hor;
8 Y desde el monte Hor la línea irá en dirección a Hamat; el punto más lejano será en Zedad:
from Mount Hor you mark out to go to Hamath, and the outgoings of the border have been to Zedad;
9 Y el límite continuará hasta Zifrón, con su punto más lejano en Hazar-enán: este será tu límite en el norte.
and the border has gone out to Ziphron, and its outgoings have been at Hazar-Enan; this is the north border to you.
10 Y en el este, tu límite se marcará desde Hazar-enán hasta Sefam,
And you have marked out for yourselves for the border eastward, from Hazar-Enan to Shepham;
11 Bajando de Sefam a Ribla en el lado este de Ain, y hasta el lado este del mar de Cineret:
and the border has gone down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east of Ain, and the border has gone down, and has struck against the shoulder of the Sea of Chinnereth eastward;
12 Y así hasta el Jordán, extendiéndose hasta el Mar Salado; toda la tierra dentro de estos límites será tuya.
and the border has gone down to the Jordan, and its outgoings have been at the Salt Sea; this is the land for you by its borders all around.”
13 Entonces Moisés dio órdenes a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esta es la tierra que debe ser tu herencia, por la decisión del Señor, que por orden del Señor se debe dar a las nueve tribus y la media tribu;
And Moses commands the sons of Israel, saying, “This [is] the land which you inherit by lot, which YHWH has commanded to give to the nine tribes and the half of the tribe;
14 A la tribu de los hijos de Rubén, por las familias de sus padres, y a la tribu de los hijos de Gad, por las familias de sus padres, y a la media tribu de Manasés, se les ha dado su patrimonio.
for the tribe of the sons of Reuben, by the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gad, by the house of their fathers, have received [their inheritance]; and [those of] the half of the tribe of Manasseh have received their inheritance;
15 A las dos tribus y la media tribu se les ha dado su herencia en el otro lado del Jordán en Jericó, en el este mirando hacia el amanecer.
the two tribes and the half of the tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan, [near] Jericho, eastward, at the [sun]-rising.”
16 Y él Señor dijo a Moisés:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
17 Estos son los nombres de los hombres que repartirán la tierra entre ustedes: el sacerdote Eleazar y Josué, el hijo de Nun.
“These [are] the names of the men who give the inheritance of the land to you: Eleazar the priest and Joshua son of Nun.
18 Y debes tomar un jefe de cada tribu para hacer la distribución de la tierra.
And one prince—you take one prince from a tribe to give the land by inheritance.
19 Y estos son los nombres de los hombres: de la tribu de Judá, Caleb, hijo de Jefone.
And these [are] the names of the men: of the tribe of Judah, Caleb son of Jephunneh;
20 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Simeón, Semuel, hijo de Amiud.
and of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel son of Aminihud;
21 De la tribu de Benjamín, Elidad, el hijo de Quislon.
of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad son of Chislon;
22 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Dan, un jefe, Buqui, el hijo de Jogli.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Dan, Bukki son of Jogli;
23 De los hijos de José: de la tribu de los hijos de Manasés, un jefe, Haniel, el hijo de Efod.
of the sons of Joseph, a prince of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, Hanniel son of Ephod;
24 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Efraín, un jefe, Kemuel, hijo de Siftan.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim, Kemuel son of Shiphtan;
25 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Zabulón, un jefe, Elizafán, hijo de Parnac.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, Elizaphan son of Parnach;
26 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Isacar, un jefe, Paltiel, el hijo de Azán.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, Paltiel son of Azzan;
27 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Aser, un jefe, Ahiud, el hijo de Selomi.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Asher, Ahihud son of Shelomi;
28 Y de la tribu de los hijos de Neftalí, un jefe, Pedael, el hijo de Amiud.
and a prince of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, Pedahel son of Ammihud.”
29 Estos son aquellos a quienes el Señor dio órdenes de hacer la distribución de la herencia entre los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Canaán.
These [are] those whom YHWH has commanded to give the sons of Israel inheritance in the land of Canaan.
