1 Y los que escribieron sus nombres fueron: Nehemías el gobernador, el hijo de Hacalías; y Sedequías.
And over those sealed [are] Nehemiah the Tirshatha, son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,

28 Y el resto de la gente, los sacerdotes, los levitas, los guardianes de las puertas, los cantores, los sirvientes del templo y todos aquellos que se habían separado de los pueblos de la tierra para guardar la ley de Dios, sus esposas, sus hijos y sus hijas, todos los que tenían conocimiento y sabiduría;
And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the Nethinim, and everyone who has been separated from the peoples of the lands to the Law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every knowing intelligent one,
29 Se unieron a sus hermanos, a sus gobernantes, y se pusieron bajo una maldición y un juramento, para mantener sus pasos en el camino de la ley de Dios, que fue dada por Moisés, el siervo de Dios, y para mantener y hacer todas las órdenes del Señor, nuestro Señor, y sus decisiones y sus reglas;
are laying hold on their brothers, their majestic ones, and coming into an execration and an oath, to walk in the Law of God, that was given by the hand of Moses, servant of God, and to observe and to do all the commands of YHWH our Lord, and His judgments, and His statutes;
30 Y que no daríamos nuestras hijas a los pueblos de las tierras, ni tomaríamos a sus hijas para nuestros hijos;
and that we do not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and we do not take their daughters to our sons;
31 Y si los pueblos de las tierras vendrían a comerciar con bienes o alimentos en el día de reposo, no haríamos ningún intercambio con ellos en el día de reposo o en un día santo; y que en el séptimo año dejaríamos reposar la tierra; perdonaríamos las deudas.
and the peoples of the land who are bringing in the wares and any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, we do not receive of them on the Sabbath, and on a holy day, and we leave the seventh year, and usury on every hand.
32 E hicimos reglas para nosotros mismos, cobrándonos un tercio de siclo cada año por el mantenimiento del templo de nuestro Dios;
And we have appointed for ourselves commands, to put on ourselves the third of a shekel in a year, for the service of the house of our God,
33 Por el pan santo, la ofrenda de la comida regular y la ofrenda quemada regular en los sábados y en la luna nueva y las fiestas fijas, y por las ofrendas por el pecado para quitar el pecado de Israel, y para todos. Para el servicio del templo de nuestro Dios.
for bread of the arrangement, and the continual present, and the continual burnt-offering of the Sabbaths, of the new moons, for appointed times, and for holy things, and for sin-offerings, to make atonement for Israel, even all the work of the house of our God.
34 Y nosotros, los sacerdotes y los levitas y el pueblo, seleccionamos, por decisión del Señor, de aquellos que debían llevar la ofrenda de la leña al templo de Dios, por familias en los tiempos regulares, año tras año, para ser quemado en el altar del Señor nuestro Dios, como está registrado en la ley;
And we have caused the lots to fall for the offering of wood, [among] the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring into the house of our God, by the house of our fathers, at times appointed, year by year, to burn on the altar of our God YHWH, as it is written in the Law,
35 Y para llevar los primeros frutos de nuestra tierra, y los primeros frutos de todo tipo de árbol, año tras año, al templo del Señor;
and to bring in the first-fruits of our ground, and the first-fruits of all fruit of every tree, year by year, to the house of YHWH,
36 Así como el primero de nuestros hijos y de nuestro ganado, como está registrado en la ley, y los primeros primogénitos de nuestras vacas y de nuestros rebaños, que deben ser llevados a la casa de nuestro Dios, para los sacerdotes que son siervos en la casa de nuestro Dios.
and the firstlings of our sons, and of our livestock, as it is written in the Law, and the firstlings of our herds and our flocks, to bring into the house of our God, to the priests who are ministering in the house of our God.
37 Y que tomaríamos nuestras primicias de nuestras harinas, y nuestras contribuciones, y el fruto de todo tipo de árbol, vino y aceite, a los sacerdotes, a las habitaciones del templo de nuestro Dios; y la décima parte del producto de nuestra tierra a los levitas; porque ellos, los levitas, toman una décima parte en todos los pueblos de nuestra tierra arada.
And the beginning of our dough, and our raised-offerings, and the fruit of every tree, of new wine, and of oil, we bring to the priests, into the chambers of the house of our God, and the tithe of our ground to the Levites; and they—the Levites—have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage;
38 Y el sacerdote, el hijo de Aarón, debe estar con los levitas, cuando los levitas tomen las décimas; y los levitas deben llevar una décima parte de las décimas al templo de nuestro Dios, a las habitaciones del tesoro.
and the priest, son of Aaron, has been with the Levites in the tithing of the Levites, and the Levites bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our God to the chambers, to the treasure-house;
39 Porque los hijos de Israel y los hijos de Leví llevarán la ofrenda mecida del grano, el vino y el aceite a las habitaciones donde están los vasos del lugar santo, junto con los sacerdotes y los guardianes de las puertas y los cantores, y no renunciaremos a cuidar la casa de nuestro Dios.
for they bring to the chambers—the sons of Israel and the sons of Levi—the raised-offering of the grain, the new wine, and the oil, and there [are] vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests, those ministering, and the gatekeepers, and the singers, and we do not forsake the house of our God.
