San Mateo 24
1 Y salió Jesús del templo, y en el camino se acercaron sus discípulos, y le señalaron los edificios del templo.
And Jhesus wente out of the temple; and his disciplis camen to hym, to schewe hym the bildyngis of the temple.
2 Pero él, respondiendo, les dijo: ven todas estas cosas? de verdad les digo que aquí no quedará piedra apoyada sobre otra, que no sea derribada.
But he answeride, and seide to hem, Seen ye alle these thingis? Treuli Y seie to you, a stoon schal not be left here on a stoon, that ne it schal be destried.
3 Mientras estaba sentado en el monte de los Olivos, los discípulos se acercaron a él en privado, y le dijeron: ¿Cuándo serán estas cosas? y ¿cuál será la señal de tu venida y del fin del mundo? (aiōn g165)
And whanne he satte on the hille of Olyuete, hise disciplis camen to hym priueli, and seiden, Seie vs, whanne these thingis schulen be, and what token of thi comyng, and of the ending of the world. (aiōn g165)
4 Y Jesús les dijo en respuesta: Cuídense de no ser engañados.
And Jhesus answeride, and seide to hem, Loke ye, that no man disseyue you.
5 Porque vendrán personas en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy el Cristo; y un número se desviará del verdadero camino a través de ellos.
For many schulen come in my name, and schulen seie, Y am Crist; and thei schulen disseyue manye.
6 Y oirán de guerras y rumores de guerras; no se preocupen, porque estas cosas tienen que suceder; pero todavía no es el final.
For ye schulen here batels, and opyniouns of batels; se ye that ye be not disturblid; for it byhoueth these thingis to be don, but not yit is the ende.
7 Porque nación se levantará contra nación, y el reino contra el reino, y pestes y los hombres estarán sin comida, y la tierra temblará en diferentes lugares;
Folk schal rise togidere ayens folc, and rewme ayens rewme, and pestilences, and hungris, and the erthemouyngis schulen be bi placis;
8 Pero todas estas cosas son el principio de los dolores.
and alle these ben bigynnyngis of sorewes.
9 Entonces los entregarán a ustedes para que los maltraten y los matarán; y serán aborrecidos por todas las naciones a causa de mi nombre.
Thanne men schulen bitake you in to tribulacion, and schulen sle you, and ye schulen be in hate to alle folk for my name.
10 Y muchas personas perderán la fe y se apartaran del camino correcto, se entregaran unos a otros, y se odiarán mutuamente.
And thanne many schulen be sclaundrid, and bitraye ech other, and thei schulen hate ech other.
11 Y vendrán una cantidad de falsos profetas, y engañaran a muchos.
And many false prophetis schulen rise, and disseyue manye.
12 Y debido a que se incrementará el mal, el amor de la mayoría de las personas se enfriará.
And for wickidnesse schal `be plenteuouse, the charite of manye schal wexe coold;
13 Mas él que persevere hasta el final obtendrá la salvación.
but he that schal dwelle stable in to the ende, schal be saaf.
14 Y estas buenas nuevas del reino se darán por todo el mundo para testimonio a todas las naciones; y luego vendrá el fin.
And this gospel of the kyngdom schal be prechid in al the world, in witnessyng to al folc;
15 Cuando, entonces, vean en el lugar santo la abominación que hace la destrucción, de la cual fue dada la palabra por Daniel el profeta (él que lee entienda).
and thanne the ende schal come. Therfor whanne ye se the abhomynacioun of discomfort, that is seid of Danyel, the prophete, stondynge in the hooli place; he that redith, vndirstonde he;
16 Entonces que los que están en Judea huyan a las montañas:
thanne thei that ben in Judee, fle to the mounteyns; and he that is in the hous roof,
17 No descienda el que está en la parte superior de la casa para sacar nada de su casa;
come not doun to take ony thing of his hous; and he that is in the feeld,
18 Y no vuelva el que está en el campo a buscar su capa.
turne not ayen to take his coote.
19 Pero será difícil para las mujeres que están embarazadas y para las que tienen bebés en el pecho en esos días.
But wo to hem that ben with child, and nurischen in tho daies.
20 Y oren para que su huida no sea en invierno o en sábado.
Preye ye, that youre fleyng be not maad in wynter, or in the saboth.
21 Porque en aquellos días habrá un gran dolor, tal como no ha habido desde el principio del mundo hasta ahora, ni lo habrá.
For thanne schal be greet tribulacioun, what maner `was not fro the bigynnyng of the world to now, nether schal be maad.
22 Y si esos días no hubieran sido acortados, no habría habido salvación para ninguno, pero debido a los santos esos días serán acortados.
And but tho daies hadden be abreggide, ech flesch schulde not be maad saaf; but tho daies schulen be maad schort, for the chosun men.
23 Entonces, si alguien les dice: Mira, aquí está el Cristo, o Aquí; no le crean;
Thanne if ony man seie to you, Lo! here is Crist, or there, nyle ye bileue.
24 Porque vendrán falsos Cristos, y falsos profetas, que harán grandes señales y prodigios; para que, de ser posible, incluso los santos sean engañados.
For false Cristis and false prophetis schulen rise, and thei schulen yyue grete tokenes and wondrys; so that also the chosun be led in to erroure, if it may be done.
25 Mira, les he dejado claro antes de que suceda.
Lo! Y haue bifor seid to you.
26 Si, entonces, les dicen: Mira, él está en el desierto; no salgan: ven, él está en las habitaciones interiores; no lo crean.
Therfor if thei seie to you, Lo! he is in desert, nyle ye go out; lo! in priuey placis, nyle ye trowe.
27 Porque como en un relámpago, se ve brillar del este hasta el oeste; así será la venida del Hijo del hombre.
For as leit goith out fro the eest, and apperith in to the weste, so schal be also the coming of mannus sone.
28 Dondequiera que esté el cadáver, allí se juntarán las águilas.
Where euer the bodi schal be, also the eglis schulen be gaderid thidur.
29 Pero enseguida, después de la tribulación de aquellos días, el sol se oscurecerá y la luna no dará su resplandor y las estrellas descenderán del cielo y las potencias del cielo se moverán:
And anoon after the tribulacioun of tho daies, the sunne schal be maad derk, and the moone schal not yyue hir liyt, and the sterris schulen falle fro heuene, and the vertues of heuenes schulen be moued.
30 Y entonces la señal del Hijo de hombre se verá en el cielo; y entonces todas las naciones de la tierra tendrán tristeza, y verán al Hijo del Hombre viniendo sobre las nubes del cielo con poder y gran gloria.
And thanne the tokene of mannus sone schal appere in heuene, and thanne alle kynredis of the erthe schulen weile; and thei schulen see mannus sone comynge in the cloudis of heuene, with miche vertu and maieste.
31 Y enviará a sus ángeles con gran voz de trompeta y juntarán a sus santos de los cuatro vientos, desde un extremo del cielo hasta el otro.
And he schal sende hise aungels with a trumpe, and a greet vois; and thei schulen gedere hise chosun fro foure wyndis, fro the hiyest thingis of heuenes to the endis of hem.
32 Ahora tomen un ejemplo de la higuera: cuando su rama se pone tierna y extiende sus hojas, están seguros de que el verano está cerca;
And lerne ye the parable of a fige tre. Whanne his braunche is now tendir, and the leeues ben sprongun, ye witen that somer is nyy;
33 Aun así, cuando vean todas estas cosas, pueden estar seguro de que está cerca, a las puertas.
`so and ye whanne ye seen alle these thingis, wite ye that it is nyy, in the yatis.
34 En verdad les digo, esta generación no llegará a su fin hasta que todas estas cosas estén completas.
Treuli Y seie to you, for this generacioun schal not passe, til alle thingis be don;
35 El cielo y la tierra llegarán a su fin, pero mis palabras no llegarán a su fin.
heuene and erthe schulen passe, but my wordis schulen not passe.
36 Pero de ese día y hora nadie tiene conocimiento, ni siquiera los ángeles en el cielo, ni el Hijo, sino el Padre solamente.
But of thilke dai and our no man wote, nethir aungels of heuenes, but the fadir aloone.
37 Y como lo fueron los días de Noé, así será la venida del Hijo del Hombre.
But as it was in the daies of Noe, so schal be the comyng of mannus sone.
38 Porque como en aquellos días antes del diluvio, estaban festejando y tomando esposas y casándose, hasta el día en que Noé entró en el arca,
For as in the daies bifore the greet flood, thei weren etynge and drynkynge, weddynge and takynge to weddyng, to that dai, that Noe entride in to the schippe;
39 Y no tuvieron cuidado hasta que llegó el diluvio y se los llevó a todos; así será la venida del Hijo del hombre.
and thei knewen not, til the greet flood cam, and took alle men, so schal be the comyng of mannus sone.
40 Entonces dos hombres estarán en el campo; uno es tomado, y otro es dejado;
Thanne tweyne schulen be in o feeld, oon schal be takun, and another left;
41 Dos mujeres moliendo en un molino; una es tomada, y la otra será dejada.
twey wymmen schulen be gryndynge in o queerne, oon schal be takun, and `the tother left; tweyn in a bedde, `the toon schal be takun, and the tother left.
42 Velen, manténganse despiertos entonces! porque no saben en qué día vendrá su Señor.
Therfor wake ye, for ye witen not in what our the Lord schal come.
43 Pero asegúrense de esto, que si el dueño de la casa hubiese sabido del momento en que el ladrón estaba llegando, él hubiese estado velando, y no hubiese permitido que su casa fuera asaltada.
But wite ye this, that if the hosebonde man wiste in what our the thefe were to come, certis he wolde wake, and suffre not his hous to be vndurmyned.
44 Prepárate entonces; porque cuando menos lo esperen él Hijo del hombre regresara.
And therfor be ye redi, for in what our ye gessen not, mannus sone schal come.
45 ¿Quién es el siervo fiel y sabio, a quien su señor ha puesto sobre los que están en su casa, para darles su alimento a su debido tiempo?
Who gessist thou is a trewe seruaunt and prudent, whom his lord ordeyned on his meynee, to yyue hem mete in tyme?
46 Una bendición sobre ese siervo, al cual, cuando su señor venga, lo halle cumpliendo con su deber.
Blessed is that seruaunt, whom `his lord, whanne he schal come, schal fynde so doynge.
47 En verdad, les digo, él lo pondrá de encargado sobre todo lo que tiene.
Treuli Y seye to you, for on alle his goodis he schal ordeyne hym.
48 Pero si ese siervo malo dice en su corazón: Mi señor tarda mucho en llegar;
But if thilke yuel seruaunt seie in his herte, My lord tarieth to come,
49 Y comenzare y maltrata a los otros siervos, y aun a comer y beber con los borrachos,
and bigynneth to smyte hise euen seruauntis, and ete, and drynke with drunken men;
50 El señor de ese siervo vendrá en un día cuando no lo está esperando y a la hora que no sabe.
the lord of that seruaunt schal come in the dai which he hopith not, and in the our that he knowith not,
51 Y lo castigará duramente y llevará la misma suerte que los hipócritas: entonces: allí será el lloro y crujir de dientes.
and schal departe hym, and putte his part with ypocritis; there schal be wepyng, and gryntyng of teeth.
