San Mateo 12
1 En ese momento, Jesús recorrió los campos en el día de reposo; y sus discípulos, que tenían hambre, y empezaron arrancar espigas de trigo y comían.
At that time Iesus went on a Sabbath day through ye corne, and his disciples were an hungred, and bega to plucke ye eares of corne and to eate.
2 Pero los fariseos, cuando lo vieron, le dijeron: Mira, tus discípulos hacen lo que no es correcto hacer en sábado.
And when the Pharises sawe it, they saide vnto him, Beholde, thy disciples doe that which is not lawfull to doe vpon the Sabbath.
3 Pero él les dijo: ¿No saben lo que hizo David cuando tuvo necesidad de comer, y los que estaban con él?
But he said vnto them, Haue ye not read what Dauid did when he was an hungred, and they that were with him?
4 ¿Cómo entró en la casa de Dios y tomó para comer el pan santo que no le estaba permitido comer, ni a los que estaban con él, sino sólo a los sacerdotes?
Howe he entred into ye house of God, and did eate the shewe bread, which was not lawfull for him to eate, neither for them which were with him, but onely for the Priestes?
5 ¿O no han leído en la ley, cómo los sacerdotes del templo rompen el sábado y no hacen nada malo?
Or haue ye not read in the Lawe, how that on the Sabbath dayes the Priestes in the Temple breake the Sabbath, and are blameles?
6 Pero les digo que hay uno mayor que el Templo aquí.
But I say vnto you, that here is one greater then the Temple.
7 Pero si supieran el significado: Mi deseo es de misericordia y no sacrificios, no habrían estado juzgando a los que no hicieron nada malo.
Wherefore if ye knewe what this is, I will haue mercie, and not sacrifice, ye would not haue condemned the innocents.
8 Porque el Hijo del hombre es señor del sábado.
For the sonne of man is Lord, euen of the Sabbath.
9 Y él fue de allí a su sinagoga:
And he departed thence, and went into their Synagogue:
10 Y había un hombre con una mano seca. Y le hicieron una pregunta, diciendo: ¿Es correcto sanar a un hombre en sábado? para tener algo en contra de él.
And beholde, there was a man which had his hand dried vp. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawfull to heale vpon a Sabbath day? that they might accuse him.
11 Y él les dijo: ¿Quién de ustedes, teniendo una oveja, si se mete en un hoyo en sábado, no echará una mano y la recuperará?
And he said vnto the, What man shall there be among you, that hath a sheepe, and if it fal on a Sabbath day into a pit, doth not take it and lift it out?
12 ¡Cuánto más valor tiene un hombre que una oveja! Por esta razón, es correcto hacer el bien en el día de reposo.
How much more then is a man better then a sheepe? therefore, it is lawfull to doe well on a Sabbath day.
13 Entonces dijo al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y lo sanó, y fue sana como la otra.
Then said he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it foorth, and it was made whole as the other.
14 Pero los fariseos salieron e hicieron designios contra él, cómo podrían matarlo.
Then the Pharises went out, and consulted against him, howe they might destroy him.
15 Y Jesús, sabiendo esto, se fue de allí, y muchos fueron tras él y sanaba a todos.
But whe Iesus knew it, he departed thece, and great multitudes folowed him, and he healed the al,
16 Y les ordenaba que no hablaran de él en público:
And charged them in threatning wise, that they should not make him knowen,
17 Para que lo dicho por el profeta Isaías se hiciera realidad,
That it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by Esaias the Prophet, saying,
18 Vean a mi siervo, el hombre que he escogido, mi amado en quien mi alma está muy complacido: Pondré mi Espíritu sobre él, y él anunciará juicio a los gentiles.
Behold my seruant whom I haue chosen, my beloued in whom my soule deliteth: I wil put my Spirit on him, and he shall shewe iudgement to the Gentiles.
19 Su venida no será con peleas o gritos fuertes; y su voz no se levantará en las calles.
He shall not striue, nor crie, neither shall any man heare his voyce in the streetes.
20 La caña aplastada no será rota por él; y no apagará la mecha que apenas humea, hasta que saque a victoria la justicia.
A bruised reede shall he not breake, and smoking flaxe shall he not quenche, till he bring forth iudgement vnto victorie.
21 Y en su nombre pondrán los gentiles su esperanza.
And in his Name shall the Gentiles trust.
22 Entonces le fue traído a uno con un espíritu malo, que era ciego y mudo; y lo sanó, de modo que él ciego y mudo veía y hablaba.
Then was brought to him one, possessed with a deuill, both blind, and dumme, and he healed him, so that he which was blind and dumme, both spake and saw.
23 Y toda la gente se sorprendió y dijo: ¿No es éste el Hijo de David?
And all the people were amased, and saide, Is not this that sonne of Dauid?
24 Pero los fariseos, al enterarse, dijeron: Este hombre solo echa fuera espíritus malignos por Beelzebú, el gobernante de los espíritus malignos.
But when the Pharises heard it, they saide, This man casteth the deuils no otherwise out, but through Beelzebub the prince of deuils.
25 Y conociendo sus pensamientos, les dijo: Todo reino que tiene división en sí mismo, será asolado, y toda ciudad o casa dividida en sí misma será destruida.
But Iesus knew their thoughtes, and said to them, Euery kingdome deuided against it selfe, is brought to nought: and euery citie or house, deuided against it selfe, shall not stand.
26 Y si Satanás echa fuera a Satanás, él hace guerra contra sí mismo; ¿cómo va a permanecer su reino?
So if Satan cast out Satan, he is deuided against himself: how shall then his kingdom endure?
27 Y si yo por Beelzebub echo fuera espíritus malignos de los hombres, ¿por quién los echan sus hijos? Así que ellos serán sus jueces.
Also if I through Beelzebub cast out deuils, by whom doe your children cast them out? Therefore they shall be your iudges.
28 Pero si por el Espíritu de Dios echo fuera espíritus malignos, entonces el reino de Dios ha llegado a ustedes.
But if I cast out deuils by ye Spirit of God, then is the kingdome of God come vnto you.
29 ¿Cómo puede uno entrar en la casa de un hombre fuerte y tomar sus bienes, si primero no pone cuerdas alrededor del hombre fuerte? y luego él puede tomar sus bienes.
Els howe can a man enter into a strong mans house and spoyle his goods, except he first bind the strong man, and then spoile his house.
30 El que no está conmigo, está contra mí; y el que no participa conmigo en reunir a la gente, los está alejando.
He that is not with me, is against me: and he that gathereth not with me, scattereth.
31 Así que les digo: Todo pecado y toda palabra mala contra Dios tendrá perdón; pero las blasfemias contra el Espíritu no habrá perdón.
Wherefore I say vnto you, euery sinne and blasphemie shalbe forgiuen vnto men: but the blasphemie against the holy Ghost shall not be forgiuen vnto men.
32 Y el que dice una palabra contra el Hijo del hombre, tendrá perdón; pero quien diga una palabra en contra del Espíritu Santo, no tendrá perdón en esta vida o en lo que está por venir. (aiōn g165)
And whosoeuer shall speake a word against the Sonne of man, it shall be forgiuen him: but whosoeuer shall speake against the holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiuen him, neither in this worlde, nor in the worlde to come. (aiōn g165)
33 Cultiven un árbol bueno, y su fruto es bueno; o cultiven un árbol mal y su fruto será malo; porque él árbol por su fruto se conoce.
Either make the tree good, and his fruite good: or els make the tree euill, and his fruite euil: for the tree is knowen by the fruite.
34 Descendientes de serpientes, ¿cómo, siendo malos, son capaces de decir cosas buenas? porque de la abundancia del corazón salen las palabras de la boca.
O generations of vipers, howe can you speake good things, when ye are euill? For of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
35 El hombre bueno, del buen tesoro del corazón dice cosas buenas; y el hombre malo de la maldad que hay en su corazón dice malas cosas.
A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth foorth good things: and an euill man out of an euill treasure, bringeth forth euill things.
36 Y yo les digo que en el día en que sean juzgados, los hombres tendrán que dar cuenta de cada palabra necia que han dicho.
But I say vnto you, that of euery idle word that men shall speake, they shall giue account thereof at the day of iudgement.
37 Porque con sus palabras serán justificados, y con sus palabras serán juzgados.
For by thy wordes thou shalt be iustified, and by thy wordes thou shalt be condemned.
38 Entonces, al oír esto, algunos de los escribas y fariseos le dijeron: Maestro, estamos buscando una señal tuya.
Then answered certaine of ye Scribes and of the Pharises, saying, Master, we would see a signe of thee.
39 Pero él, respondiendo, les dijo: Una generación mala y adúltera está buscando una señal; y no se le dará más señal que la del profeta Jonás:
But he answered and said to them, An euill and adulterous generation seeketh a signe, but no signe shall be giuen vnto it, saue that signe of the Prophet Ionas.
40 Porque como estuvo Jonás en el vientre del gran pez tres días y tres noches, así estará el Hijo del hombre tres días y tres noches en el corazón de la tierra.
For as Ionas was three daies and three nights in the whales belly: so shall the Sonne of man be three daies and three nights in ye heart of the earth.
41 Los hombres de Nínive se levantarán en el día de juicio y darán su decisión contra esta generación: porque fueron apartados de sus pecados por la predicación de Jonás; y ahora uno más grande que Jonás está aquí.
The men of Nineue shall rise in iudgement with this generation, and condemne it: for they repented at the preaching of Ionas: and behold, a greater then Ionas is here.
42 La reina del Sur se levantará en el día de juicio y dará su decisión contra esta generación; porque ella vino de los confines de la tierra para escuchar la sabiduría de Salomón; y ahora uno más grande que Salomón está aquí.
The Queene of the South shall rise in iudgement with this generation, and shall condemne it: for she came from the vtmost partes of the earth to heare the wisdome of Salomon: and beholde, a greater then Salomon is here.
43 Pero el espíritu inmundo, cuando sale del hombre, pasa por lugares secos buscando reposo, y no lo encuentra.
Nowe when the vncleane spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh throughout drie places, seeking rest, and findeth none.
44 Entonces él dice: Volveré a mi casa de donde salí; y cuando él llega, ve que no hay nadie, pero que se ha limpiado y está en orden.
Then he saith, I wil returne into mine house from whence I came: and when he is come, he findeth it emptie, swept and garnished.
45 Entonces él va y toma consigo otros siete espíritus peores que él, y entran y la hacen su casa, habitación; y la última condición de ese hombre es peor que la primera. Aun así será con esta generación malvada.
Then he goeth, and taketh vnto him seuen other spirites worse then himselfe, and they enter in, and dwell there: and the ende of that man is worse then the beginning. Euen so shall it be with this wicked generation.
46 Mientras aún hablaba con la gente, llegaron su madre y sus hermanos, deseando hablar con él.
While he yet spake to ye multitude, beholde, his mother, and his brethren stood without, desiring to speake with him.
47 Y uno le dijo: Mira, tu madre y tus hermanos están afuera, deseando hablar contigo.
Then one said vnto him, Beholde, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speake with thee.
48 Pero él, respondiendo, dijo al que dio la noticia: ¿Quién es mi madre y quiénes son mis hermanos?
But he answered, and said to him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?
49 Y extendió su mano a sus discípulos, y dijo: Mira, mi madre y mis hermanos.
And he stretched foorth his hand toward his disciples, and said, Beholde my mother and my brethren.
50 Porque el que hace la voluntad de mi Padre que está en los cielos, él es mi hermano, y hermana, y madre.
For whosoeuer shall doe my Fathers will which is in heauen, the same is my brother and sister and mother.
