Marcos 8
1 En aquellos días otra vez, cuando había una gran multitud de gente y no tenían comida, él llamó a sus discípulos y les dijo:
In those dayes whe ther was a very greate companye and had nothinge to eate Iesus called his disciples to him and sayd vnto the:
2 Tengo piedad de esta gente, porque han estado conmigo tres días, y no tienen comida;
I have copassion on this people because they have nowe bene with me. iii. dayes and have nothinge to eate:
3 Y Si los regreso a sus casas sin comida, se desmayaran por el cansancio en el camino; y algunos de ellos han venido de lejos.
And yf I shuld sende the awaye fastinge to their awne houses they shulde faynt by the waye. For dyvers of the came from farre.
4 Y sus discípulos dijeron en respuesta: ¿Cómo será posible obtener suficiente pan para estos hombres aquí en un lugar desolado?
And his disciples answered him: where shuld a man have breade here in the wildernes to satisfie these?
5 Y él formuló la pregunta: ¿Cuánto pan tienes? Y ellos dijeron: Siete panes.
And he axed them: how many loves have ye? They sayde: seven.
6 E hizo que el pueblo se sentara en la tierra; y tomó los siete panes, y habiendo alabado, les dio el pan partido a sus discípulos para que lo repartieran entre ello.
And he commaunded the people to syt doune on the grounde. And he toke the. vii. loves gave thankes brake and gave to his disciples to set before them. And they dyd set the before the people.
7 Y tenían algunos peces pequeños; y bendiciendolos, los hizo que los distribuyeran a la gente de la misma manera.
And they had a feawe smale fysshes. And he blessed them and comaunded them also to be set before them.
8 Y tomaron la comida, y comieron suficiente hasta llenarse; y tomaron siete cestas llenas de los pedazos que les sobró.
And they ate and were suffysed: And they toke vp yf the broken meate that was lefte. vii. baskettes full.
9 Y había como cuatro mil personas, y Jesús los despidió a su casa.
And they yt ate were in nomber aboute fowre thousand. And he sent them awaye.
10 Y subió a la barca con sus discípulos enseguida, y entró a la región de Dalmanuta.
And a none he entred into a ship wt his disciples and came into the parties of Dalmanutha.
11 Y saliendo los Fariseos, le hicieron preguntas, pidiéndole una prueba como señal del cielo.
And the pharises cam forth and begane to dispute with him sekinge of him a signe fro heven and temptinge him.
12 Y él estaba muy triste de espíritu, y dijo: ¿Por qué esta generación está buscando una señal? de verdad, les digo, no se dará ninguna señal a esta generación.
And he sygthed in his sprete and sayde: why doth this generacion seke a signe? Verely I saye vnto you ther shall no signe be geven vnto this generacion.
13 Y él se fue de ellos, y otra vez subió a la barca y se fue al otro lado.
And he lefte the and went into the ship agayne and departed over the water.
14 Y no habían pensado en obtener pan; y solo tenían una torta de pan con ellos en el bote.
And they had forgotte to take breed wt the nether had they in the ship with them more then one loofe.
15 Y él les dijo: Tengan cuidado estén alerta contra la levadura de los fariseos y la levadura de Herodes.
And he charged the sayinge. Take hede and beware of ye leven of ye pharises and of ye leve of Herode.
16 Y decían el uno al otro: No tenemos pan.
And they reasoned amonge the selves sayinge: we have no breed
17 Y Jesús, al oírlos, les dijo: ¿Por qué discuten entre ustedes que no tienen pan? ¿Todavía no ven, y todavía no está claro para ustedes? son sus corazones tan duros?
And whe Iesus knewe yt he sayde vnto the: why take ye thought because ye have no bread? perceave ye not yet nether vnderstonde? Have ye youre hertes yet blynded?
18 Tienen ojos, y no ven? y teniendo oídos, ¿no oyen? y no tienen memoria?
Have ye eyes and se not? and have ye eares and heare not? Do ye not remember?
19 Cuando repartía pan de los cinco panes entre los cinco mil, ¿cuántas canastas llenas de trozos de pan sobraron? Ellos le dijeron: Doce.
When I brake v. loves amonge. v. M. How many baskettes full of broke meate toke ye vp? They sayde vnto him twelve.
20 Y cuando reparti los siete panes entre los cuatro mil, ¿cuántas canastas llenas recogieron? Y ellos le dijeron: Siete.
When I brake. vii. amonge. iiii. M. How many basketes of the levinges of broken meate toke ye vp? they sayde. vii.
21 Y él les dijo: ¿Todavía no está claro para ustedes?
And he sayde vnto the: how is it yt ye vnderstonde not?
22 Y vinieron a Betsaida. Y le llevaron a un hombre ciego, pidiéndole que le pusiera las manos encima.
And he came to Bethsaida and they brought a blynde man vnto him and desyred him to touche him.
23 Y tomó por la mano al ciego, y salió con él fuera de la ciudad; y cuando le puso saliva en los ojos y le había puesto las manos encima, dijo: ¿Ves algo?
And he caught the blynde by the honde and leade him out of the toune and spat in his eyes and put his hondes apon him and axed him whether he saw ought.
24 Y al levantar la vista, dijo: Veo hombres; Los veo como árboles, caminando.
And he loked vp and sayde: I se ye men: For I se the walke as they were trees.
25 Luego volvió a poner sus manos sobre sus ojos; y mirando con fuerza, pudo ver y vio todas las cosas con claridad.
After that he put his hondes agayne apon his eyes and made him see. And he was restored to his sight and sawe every ma clerly.
26 Y lo envió a su casa, diciendo: No vayas a la ciudad.
And he sent him home to his housse sayinge: nether goo into the toune nor tell it to eny in the toune.
27 Y salió Jesús con sus discípulos a los pueblos alrededor de Cesarea de Filipo; y en el camino hizo una pregunta a sus discípulos, diciendo: ¿Quién dicen los hombres que soy yo?
And Iesus went out and his disciples into the tounes that longe to the cite called Cesarea Philippi. Aud by the waye he axed his disciples sayinge: whom do men saye yt I am?
28 Y respondieron, Juan el Bautista; y otros, Elías; pero otros, uno de los profetas.
And they answered: some saye that thou arte Iohn Baptiste: some saye Helyas: and some one of the Prophetes.
29 Y él les preguntó: Y ustedes ¿quién dicen que soy? Pedro dijo en respuesta: Tú eres el Cristo.
And he sayde vnto the: But whom saye ye that I am? Peter answered and sayd vnto him: Thou arte very Christe.
30 Y les ordenó que no le dijeran esto a nadie.
And he charged them that they shuld tell no man of it.
31 Y enseñándoles, él dijo que el Hijo del hombre tendría que sufrir mucho, y ser aborrecido por los que están en autoridad, los principales sacerdotes y los escribas, y ser muerto, y después de tres días resucitará.
And he beganne to teache them how that the sonne of man must suffre many thinges and shuld be reproved of the elders and of the hye prestes and scribes and be kylled and after thre dayes aryse agayne.
32 Y él dijo esto abiertamente. Y Pedro lo llevó del brazo aparte, y lo estaba reprendiendo.
And he spake that sayinge openly. And Peter toke him asyde and began to chyde him.
33 Pero él, volviéndose, y viendo a sus discípulos, dijo bruscamente a Pedro: Quítate de mi camino, Satanás, porque tu mente no está en las cosas de Dios, sino en las de los hombres.
Then he tourned aboute and looked on his disciples and rebuked Peter sayinge: Goo after me Satan. For thou saverest not ye thinges of God but the thinges of men.
34 Y volviéndose a la multitud con sus discípulos, les dijo: Si alguno quiere venir en pos de mí, renuncie a sí mismo, a todos los deseos de la carne, y tome su cruz, y ven en pos de mí.
And he called the people vnto him with his disciples also and sayd vnto them: Whosoever will folowe me let him forsake him sylfe and take vp his crosse and folowe me.
35 Quien tenga el deseo de guardar su vida, la perderá; y quienquiera que entregue su vida por mí y las buenas nuevas, lo salvara.
For whosoever will save his lyfe shall lose it But whosoever shall lose his lyfe for my sake and ye gospels ye same shall save it.
36 ¿Qué beneficio tiene un hombre si consigue todo el mundo y pierde su vida?
What shall it profet a ma yf he shuld wynne all ye worlde and loose his awne soule?
37 ¿Y que daría un hombre a cambio de su vida?
or els what shall a ma geve to redeme his soule agayne?
38 Cualquiera que se avergüence de mí y por mis palabras en esta generación falsa y malvada, el Hijo del Hombre se avergonzará de él, cuando venga en la gloria de su Padre con los santos ángeles.
Whosoever therfore shall be asshamed of me and of my wordes amonge this advoutrous and sinfull generacion: of him shall the sonne of man be ashamed when he cometh in the glory of his father wt the holy angels.
