Marcos 3
1 Y volvió a la sinagoga; y había allí un hombre cuya mano estaba tullida.
And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was there a man having his hand dried up.
2 Y lo estaban espiando para ver si lo sanaría en el día de reposo, para que pudieran tener algo contra él.
And they watched him if he would heal him on the sabbath, that they might accuse him.
3 Entonces le dijo al hombre con la mano tullida: ponte en medio,
And he says to the man who had his hand dried up, Rise up [and come] into the midst.
4 Y les dijo: ¿Es correcto hacer el bien en sábado o hacer el mal? para dar la vida o para dar muerte? Pero no dijeron nada.
And he says to them, Is it lawful on the sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill? But they were silent.
5 Y mirándolos alrededor, con enojo, entristecido por sus corazones duros; y él dijo al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y él la extendió, y su mano quedó sana.
And looking round upon them with anger, distressed at the hardening of their heart, he says to the man, Stretch out thy hand. And he stretched [it] out, and his hand was restored.
6 Y los fariseos salieron, y de inmediato hicieron planes con los herodianos acerca de cómo podrían matarlo.
And the Pharisees going out straightway with the Herodians took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.
7 Y Jesús se fue con sus discípulos al mar y gran número de Galilea lo siguió, y de Judea,
And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea; and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,
8 Y de Jerusalén, y de Idumea, y del otro lado del Jordán, y de la región de Tiro y de Sidón, vino a él un gran número, al escuchar las grandes cosas que hizo.
and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea and beyond the Jordan; and they of around Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, having heard what things he did, came to him.
9 E hizo una petición a sus discípulos para que tuvieran un bote preparado para él, para que la multitud no lo apretujara;
And he spoke to his disciples, in order that a little ship should wait upon him on account of the crowd, that they might not press upon him.
10 Porque él había sanado a tantos que todos los que estaban enfermos caían delante de él con el propósito de tocarlo.
For he healed many, so that they beset him that they might touch him, as many as had plagues.
11 Y los espíritus inmundos, cada vez que lo veían, se arrodillaban delante de él, gritando y diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.
And the unclean spirits, when they beheld him, fell down before him, and cried saying, Thou art the Son of God.
12 Y les dio órdenes especiales de no decir quién era.
And he rebuked them much, that they might not make him manifest.
13 Y subió al monte, y envió en busca de los que le complacía tener a su lado; y fueron a él.
And he goes up into the mountain, and calls whom he himself would, and they went to him.
14 Y tomó doce para que estuviesen con él, para enviarlos como predicadores,
And he appointed twelve that they might be with him, and that he might send them to preach,
15 Y darles el poder de expulsar a los espíritus malignos:
and to have power [to heal diseases, and] to cast out demons.
16 A Simón le dio el segundo nombre de Pedro;
And he gave to Simon the surname of Peter;
17 Y a Santiago, hijo de Zebedeo, y Juan, hermano de Jacobo, le dio el segundo nombre de Boanerges, que es: Hijos del trueno:
and James the [son] of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, and he gave them the surname of Boanerges, that is, Sons of thunder;
18 Y Andrés, y Felipe, y Bartolomé, y Mateo, y Tomás, y Santiago, hijo de Alfeo, Tadeo, Simón el Zelote;
and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the [son] of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Cananaean,
19 Y Judas Iscariote, que después traicionó a Jesús.
and Judas Iscariote, who also delivered him up. And they come to [the] house.
20 Y él entró en una casa. Y la gente volvió a reunirse, de modo que ni siquiera pudieron comer.
And again a crowd comes together, so that they cannot even eat bread.
21 Y cuando sus parientes tuvieron noticias de esto, salieron a buscarlo, diciendo: Está fuera de sí.
And his relatives having heard [of it] went out to lay hold on him, for they said, He is out of his mind.
22 Y los escribas que habían llegado de Jerusalén, decían: Tenía a Beelzebú, y por el gobernador de los espíritus malos, él expulsaba espíritus malos de los hombres.
And the scribes who had come down from Jerusalem said, He has Beelzebub, and, By the prince of the demons he casts out demons.
23 Y volviéndose a ellos, les dijo en forma de historia: ¿Cómo es posible que Satanás expulse a Satanás?
And having called them to [him], he said to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Si hay división en un reino, ese reino vendrá a la destrucción;
And if a kingdom has become divided against itself, that kingdom cannot subsist.
25 Y si hay división en una casa, esa casa vendrá a la destrucción;
And if a house has become divided against itself, that house cannot subsist.
26 Y si Satanás está en guerra consigo mismo, y hay división en él, no guardará su lugar, sino que llegará a su fin.
And if Satan rise up against himself, and is divided, he cannot subsist, but has an end.
27 Pero nadie puede entrar en la casa del hombre fuerte y tomar sus bienes, sin antes poner cuerdas alrededor del hombre fuerte, y entonces él tomará sus bienes.
But no one can, having entered into his house, plunder the goods of the strong [man] unless he first bind the strong [man], and then he will plunder his house.
28 En verdad, les digo, los hijos de los hombres tendrán el perdón por todos sus pecados y por todas las malas palabras que dicen:
Verily I say unto you, that all sins shall be forgiven to the sons of men, and all the injurious speeches [with] which they may speak injuriously;
30 Porque dijeron: Él tiene un espíritu inmundo.
— because they said, He has an unclean spirit.
31 Y vinieron su madre y sus hermanos, y estaban afuera, y enviaron a buscarle, pidiéndole que los viera.
And his brethren and his mother come, and standing without sent to him calling him.
32 Y un gran número estaban sentados a su alrededor; y le dijeron: Mira, tu madre y tus hermanos están afuera buscándote.
And a crowd sat around him. And they said to him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren seek thee without.
33 Y él respondió: ¿Quiénes son mi madre y mis hermanos?
And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother or my brethren?
34 Y mirando a los que estaban sentados a su alrededor, dijo: Mira, mi madre y mis hermanos.
And looking around in a circuit at those that were sitting around him, he says, Behold my mother and my brethren:
35 El que hace la voluntad de Dios, ese es mi hermano, mi hermana y mi madre.
for whosoever shall do the will of God, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.
