San Lucas 10
1 Ahora bien, después de estas cosas, el Señor hizo una selección de otros setenta y los envió delante de él, de dos en dos, a cada pueblo y lugar adonde él mismo estaba a punto de llegar.
AFTER these Jeshu separated from his disciples seventy others, and sent them by two and two before his face to every place and city whither he was himself to come.
2 Y él les dijo: La cosecha a la verdad es mucha, pero no hay suficientes obreros: así que hagan oración al Señor de la cosecha, que envíe obreros a su cosecha.
And he said to them, The harvest is great, but the labourers (are) few; pray therefore from the Lord of the harvest to send forth labourers into his harvest.
3 Vayan: mira, Yo los envío como corderos en medio de lobos.
Go; behold, I send you as sheep among wolves.
4 No lleven bolsa, ni monedero o comida, ni zapatos; no saluden a nadie en el camino.
Take with you neither purses, nor bags, nor sandals, neither with the salutation (shaloma) shall you salute any man in the way.
5 Y cada vez que entren a una casa, primero digan: Paz a esta casa.
But into whatever house you enter, first say, Peace to the house!
6 Y si hay un hijo de paz allí, tu paz estará con él; pero si no, volverá a ustedes.
And if a son of peace be there, your peace shall descend upon him; but if not, your peace upon you shall return.
7 Y quédense en la misma casa, tomando el alimento y la bebida que les dan; porque el obrero tiene derecho a su recompensa. No vayan de casa en casa.
But in that house be, eating and drinking of theirs: for worthy is the labourer of his hire. And remove not from house to house.
8 Y a cualquier pueblo que vayan, si les reciben, toma cualquier alimento que se les dé;
And into whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat such things as are set to you.
9 Y sana a los enfermos que en ella haya y diles: el reino de Dios está cerca de ustedes.
And heal those who are sick, and say to them, There hath drawn nigh upon you the kingdom of Aloha.
10 Pero si van a un pueblo donde no los reciben, sal a las calles y di:
But if any city which you enter will not receive you, go you out into the street and say,
11 Hasta el polvo de su pueblo, que está sobre sus pies, lo sacudimos en contra de ustedes; pero estén seguros de esto, que el reino de Dios está cerca de ustedes.
Even the dust which cleaveth to our feet from your city we shake off against you; nevertheless know this, that hath come nigh upon you the kingdom of Aloha.
12 Les digo que será mejor en ese día para Sodoma que para esa ciudad.
I tell you that for Sadum it shall be more tolerable in that day than for that city.
13 ¡ Ay de ti, Corazín! ¡Ay ti, Betsaida! Porque si tales milagros se hubieran realizado en Tiro y Sidón como se ha hecho en ustedes, en el pasado se habrían apartado de sus pecados, y lo habrían demostrando poniéndose ropas ásperas sentándose en cenizas.
Woe to thee, Kurazin! woe to thee, Bethtsaida! for if in Tsur and Tsaidon had been wrought the miracles which were wrought in you, now long since in sackcloth and in ashes would they have repented.
14 Pero será mejor para Tiro y Sidón, en el día de juicio, que para ustedes.
Nevertheless for Tsur and for Tsaidon it shall be more tolerable in the day of the judgment, than for you.
And thou, Kapher-nachum, which unto heaven art lifted up, unto Shiul shalt thou be abased. (Hadēs g86)
16 El que a ustedes escucha, me escucha a mí; y el que lo rechaza a ustedes, me rechaza a mí; y el que me rechaza a mí, rechaza al que me envió.
He that you heareth, me heareth; and he who you rejecteth, me he rejecteth; and he who me rejecteth, he rejecteth him who sent me.
17 Y los setenta volvieron con alegría, diciendo: Señor, hasta los demonios se nos sujetan en tu nombre.
And the seventy whom he had sent, returned with great joy, saying to him, Our Lord, the demons also are subjected to us through thy name.
18 Y les dijo: Yo veía a Satanás, cayendo del cielo como una estrella.
Then he said to them, I saw him, Satana, when he fell as lightning from heaven.
19 Mira, te he dado poder para poner pie sobre serpientes y escorpiones, y sobre toda la fuerza del enemigo; y nada les hará daño.
Behold, I give you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and all the strength of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
20 No se alegren, sin embargo, porque tienen poder sobre los espíritus, sino porque sus nombres están registrados en el cielo.
Nevertheless in this rejoice not, that the demons are subject to you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.
21 En aquella misma hora se llenó de gozo en el Espíritu Santo, y dijo: Te alabo, oh Padre, Señor del cielo y de la tierra, porque has ocultado estas cosas a los sabios y los entendidos, y las has revelado a los niños: porque así, oh Padre, porque así te agrado.
In that hour Jeshu exulted in the Holy Spirit, and said, I praise thee, my Father, Lord of heaven and of earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and the intellectual, and hast revealed them unto children. Yes, my Father, for so was thy will.
22 Todas las cosas me han sido dadas por mi Padre; y nadie conoce quién es el Hijo, sino el Padre; ni quién es él Padre, sino el Hijo, y aquel a quien el Hijo lo quiera revelar.
And he turned to his disciples, and said to them, Every thing is delivered to me by my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is but the Father; and who the Father is but the Son, and he to whom the Son willeth to reveal.
23 Y volviéndose a los discípulos, dijo en privado: Bienaventurados los ojos que ven lo que ustedes ven;
And he turned to his disciples by themselves, and said, Blessed are your eyes because they see what you see;
24 Porque les digo que muchos profetas y reyes han deseado ver lo que ustedes ven, y no lo vieron; y oír lo que oyen, y no lo oyeron.
for I tell you that prophets many and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard.
25 Y un cierto maestro de la ley se levantó y lo puso a prueba, diciendo: Maestro, ¿qué tengo que hacer para tener la vida eterna? (aiōnios g166)
AND, behold, a certain Sophra stood up to try him, saying, Malphona, what shall I do to inherit everlasting life? (aiōnios g166)
26 Y él le dijo: ¿Qué dice la ley? Cómo lees?
But Jeshu said to him, In the law how is it written, how readest thou?
27 Y él, respondiendo, dijo ama al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma, y con todas tus fuerzas, y con toda tu mente; y ama a tu prójimo como ti mismo.
He answered and said to him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy Aloha with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind, and thy neighbour as thyself,
28 Y él dijo: Has dado la respuesta correcta: haz esto y tendrás vida.
Jeshu said to him, Thou hast said correctly. This do, and thou shalt live.
29 Pero él, deseando justificarse a sí mismo, dijo a Jesús: ¿Y quién es mi prójimo?
But he, willing to justify himself, said to him, And who is my neighbour?
30 Y respondiendo Jesús, le dijo: Cierto hombre bajaba de Jerusalén a Jericó, y llegó a manos de ladrones, que le tomaron sus ropas e hiriendolo, y cuando se fueron, estaba medio muerto.
Jeshu saith to him, A certain man went down from Urishlem to Jerichu, and fell among robbers, who stripped him and wounded him, and left him with little life subsisting in him, and went.
31 Y por casualidad cierto sacerdote descendía por ese camino; y cuando lo vio, pasó por el otro lado.
And a certain priest happened to go down by that way, and he saw him and passed over.
32 Y de la misma manera, un levita, cuando llegó al lugar y lo vio, pasó por el otro lado.
And likewise also a Levoia, being come to that place, beheld him, and passed over.
33 Pero un hombre de Samaria, yendo por el camino, vino donde estaba, y cuando lo vio, se compadeció de él,
But a man, a Shomroya, while he journeyed, came where he was, and saw him, and had compassion on him,
34 Y vino a él y le vendo sus heridas, con aceite y vino; y lo puso en su propia cabalgadura, lo llevó a un mesón y lo cuidó.
and went near, and bound up his wounds, and poured in upon them wine and oil, and set him upon his ass, and brought him to the inn, and was anxious for him.
35 Otro día al partir sacó dos denarios, y se los dio al mesonero, y dijo: Cuídalo; y si este dinero no es suficiente, yo te lo pagaré cuando regrese.
And on the morning of the day, he took out two dinoreen, gave to the host, and said to him, Take care of him; and if more thou layest out, when I return I will give to thee.
36 ¿Cuál de estos tres hombres, en su opinión, era vecino del hombre que cayó en manos de los ladrones?
Which therefore of these three doth it appear to thee was neighbour to him who fell into the hands of the thieves?
37 Y dijo: El que tuvo misericordia de él. Y Jesús dijo: Ve y haz lo mismo.
And he said, He who had compassion on him. Jeshu saith to him, Go thou also and do likewise.
38 Ahora, mientras estaban en camino, él llegó a una aldea; y una mujer llamada Marta le recibió en su casa.
AND it was that as they went in the way, he entered into a certain village, and a woman whose name was Martha received him into her house.
39 Y tenía una hermana, llamada María, que se sentó a los pies del Señor y prestó atención a sus palabras.
And she had a sister whose name was Mariam, and she came, sat at the feet of our Lord, and heard his words.
40 Pero Marta tenía las manos ocupadas en el trabajo de la casa, y ella se acercó a él y le dijo: Señor, ¿no es nada para ti que mi hermana me haya dejado hacer todo el trabajo? Dile que ella me debe ayudar.
But Martha was occupied with much serving. And she came and said to him, My Lord, carest thou not that my sister leave me alone to serve? Tell her to help me.
41 Pero el Señor, respondiendo, le dijo: Marta, Marta, estás llena de preocupaciones y turbada estás con muchas cosas:
Jeshu answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and disturbed about many,
42 Pero solo una cosa es necesaria, y María tomó la buena parte, la cual no le será quitada.
but (there) is the one that is needed. And Mariam the good portion hath chosen, that which shall not be taken from her.
