Levítico 27
1 Y él Señor dijo a Moisés:
And YHWH speaks to Moses, saying,
2 Di a los hijos de Israel: Si un hombre hace un juramento especial, darán su decisión sobre el valor de las personas para el Señor.
“Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When a man makes a special vow in your valuation of persons to YHWH,
3 Y pondrán el valor de un varón de veinte años a sesenta años en cincuenta siclos de plata, según la escala del lugar santo.
then your valuation has been of the male from a son of twenty years even to a son of sixty years, and your valuation has been fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the holy place.
4 Y si es una mujer, el valor será de treinta siclos.
And if it [is] a female, then your valuation has been thirty shekels;
5 Y si la persona tiene entre cinco y veinte años, el valor será de veinte siclos para un hombre, y diez para una mujer.
and if from a son of five years even to a son of twenty years, then your valuation of the male has been twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels;
6 Y si la persona tiene entre un mes y cinco años, el valor para un niño será cinco siclos de plata, y para una niña tres siclos.
and if from a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your valuation of the male has been five shekels of silver, and for the female your valuation [is] three shekels of silver;
7 Y para los sesenta años y más, para un hombre el valor será quince siclos, y para una mujer, diez.
and if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your valuation has been fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten shekels.
8 Pero si es más pobre que el valor que le has puesto, déjalo llevarlo al sacerdote, y el sacerdote le pondrá un valor, tal como sea posible para él.
And if he is poorer than your valuation, then he has presented himself before the priest, and the priest has valued him; according to that which the hand of him who is vowing reaches, the priest values him.
9 Y si fuere animales de lo cual los hombres hacen ofrendas al Señor, todo lo que el hombre dé al Señor será santo.
And if [it is] a beast of which they bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, all that [one] gives of it to YHWH is holy;
10 No puede ser cambiado de ninguna manera, un bien dado por un mal, o un mal por un bien; Si una bestia es cambiada por otra, las dos serán santas.
he does not change it nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he really exchanges beast for beast, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy.
11 Y si es una bestia inmunda, de la cual no se hacen ofrendas al Señor, que tome la bestia delante del sacerdote;
And if [it is] any unclean beast of which they do not bring near [as] an offering to YHWH, then he has presented the beast before the priest,
12 Y que el sacerdote le dé un valor, si es bueno o malo; Cualquiera que sea el valor que el sacerdote le dé, así será.
and the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; according to your valuation, O priest, so it is;
13 Pero si él desea recuperarlo para sí mismo, déjale un quinto más que su valor.
and if he really redeems it, then he has added its fifth to your valuation.
14 Y si un hombre ha dado su casa como santa al Señor, entonces el sacerdote le dará un valor, si es bueno o malo; Así como el sacerdote toma la decisión, el valor será fijado.
And when a man sanctifies his house [as] a holy thing to YHWH, then the priest has valued it, whether good or bad; as the priest values it so it stands;
15 Y si el dueño desea recuperar su casa, deberá dar una quinta parte más que su valor, y será suyo.
and if he who is sanctifying redeems his house, then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has become his.
16 Y si un hombre le da al Señor parte del campo que es su propiedad, entonces deje que su valor esté en relación con la semilla que está plantada en él; Una medida de grano de cebada se valorará en cincuenta siclos de plata.
And if a man sanctifies to YHWH from a field of his possession, then your valuation has been according to its seed—a homer of barley-seed at fifty shekels of silver;
17 Si él da su campo del año del jubileo, el valor será fijado por su decisión.
if he sanctifies his field from the Year of the Jubilee, according to your valuation it stands;
18 Pero si él da su campo después del año de Jubileo, la cantidad del dinero será calculada por el sacerdote en relación con el número de años hasta el próximo año de Jubileo, y la cantidad necesaria se rebajará tu estimación.
and if he sanctifies his field after the Jubilee, then the priest has reckoned the money to him according to the years which are left, to the Year of the Jubilee, and it has been diminished from your valuation.
19 Y si el hombre que ha dado el campo desea recuperarlo, déle una quinta más que el precio por el cual fue valorado y será suyo.
And if he really redeems the field—he who is sanctifying it—then he has added a fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it has been established to him;
20 Pero si él no tiene ningún deseo de recuperarlo, o si se lo ha dado por un precio a otro hombre, es posible que no lo recupere de nuevo.
and if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not redeemed anymore;
21 Pero el campo, cuando se libere en el año de Jubileo, será santo para el Señor, como un campo dado bajo juramento, será propiedad del sacerdote.
and the field has been, in its going out in the Jubilee, holy to YHWH as a field which is devoted; his possession is for the priest.
22 Y si un hombre le da al Señor un campo comprado, que no es parte de su herencia;
And if he sanctifies a field of his purchase to YHWH, which [is] not of the fields of his possession,
23 Entonces, el sacerdote calculará el valor con esa persona el precio fijado hasta el año del jubileo, y en ese día le dará la cantidad de su valor como santo para el Señor.
then the priest has reckoned to him the amount of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee, and he has given your valuation in that day [as] a holy thing to YHWH;
24 En el año de Jubileo, el campo volverá a aquel de quien lo obtuvo, es decir, a aquel cuya herencia era.
in the Year of the Jubilee the field returns to him from whom he bought it, to him who [has] the possession of the land.
25 Y que todos sus valores se basen en el siclo del lugar santo, es decir, veinte geras al siclo.
And all your valuation is by the shekel of the holy place: the shekel is twenty gerahs.
26 Pero un hombre no puede dar por juramento al Señor los primeros frutos del ganado que se ofrecen al Señor, si es un becerrito un corderito, es del Señor.
Only, a firstling which is YHWH’s firstling among beasts—no man sanctifies it, whether ox or sheep; it [is] YHWH’s.
27 Y si es una bestia inmunda, entonces su dueño puede dar dinero para recuperarla, de acuerdo con el valor fijado por ustedes, al dar una quinta parte más; o si no se retira, podrá ser vendido de acuerdo con su valoración.
And if [from] among the unclean beast, then he has ransomed [it] at your valuation, and he has added its fifth to it; and if it is not redeemed, then it has been sold at your valuation.
28 Pero nada de lo que un hombre ha dado completamente al Señor, fuera de todos sus bienes, del hombre o la bestia, o de la tierra que es su herencia, puede ser regalado o devuelto a cambio de dinero; Todo lo que se da completamente es muy santo para el Señor.
Only, no devoted thing which a man devotes to YHWH of all that he has, of man, and beast, and of the field of his possession, is sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy to YHWH.
29 Cualquier hombre destinado a la destrucción, ciertamente debe ser ejecutado.
No devoted thing, which is devoted of man, is ransomed, it is surely put to death.
30 Y cada décima parte de la tierra, de la semilla plantada, o del fruto de los árboles, es santa para el Señor.
And all tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, is YHWH’s; [it is] holy to YHWH.
31 Y si un hombre desea recuperar algo de la décima parte que ha dado, tendrá que pagar lo que valga y una quinta más.
And if a man really redeems [any] of his tithe, he adds its fifth to it.
32 Y la décima parte de la manada y del rebaño, todo lo que vaya debajo de la vara del valuador, será santo para el Señor.
And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock—all that passes by under the rod—the tenth is holy to YHWH;
33 Él no puede hacer una búsqueda para ver si es bueno o malo, o hacer cambios en él; y si lo hace por otro, los dos serán santos; Él no los recuperará de nuevo.
he does not inquire between good and bad, nor does he exchange it; and if he really exchanges it, then it has been [holy] and its exchange is holy; it is not redeemed.”
34 Estas son las órdenes que el Señor dio a Moisés para los hijos de Israel en el Monte Sinaí.
These [are] the commands which YHWH has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.
