Génesis 35

1 Y Dijo Dios a Jacob: Sube ahora a Bet-el, y haz allí tu morada; y pon allí un altar al Dios que vino a ti cuando huías de tu hermano Esaú.

And he said God to Jacob arise go up Beth-el and dwell there and make there an altar to the God who appeared to you when fleeing you from before Esau brother your.

2 Entonces Jacob dijo a todo su pueblo: Saquen a los dioses extraños que están en medio de ti, y báñense, y cámbiense de ropa.

And he said Jacob to household his and to all who [were] with him remove [the] gods of foreignness which in midst of you and purify yourselves and change clothes your.

3 Y subamos a Bet-el; y haré allí un altar a Dios, el cual me respondió en el día de mi angustia, y estuvo conmigo dondequiera que fui.

So let us arise and we may go up Beth-el so I may make there an altar to the God who answered me on [the] day of distress my and he has been with me on the journey which I have gone.

4 Entonces dieron a Jacob todos los dioses ajenos que tenían, y los anillos que estaban en sus oídos; y Jacob los puso debajo del árbol santo en Siquem.

And they gave to Jacob all [the] gods of foreignness which [were] in hand their and the rings which [were] in ears their and he hid them Jacob under the oak which [was] near Shechem.

5 Y partieron, y el temor de Dios estaba en las ciudades de alrededor, y no atacaron a los hijos de Jacob.

And they set out and it was - [the] terror of God on the cities which [were] around them and not people pursued after [the] sons of Jacob.

6 Y Jacob vino a Luz en la tierra de Canaán (que es lo mismo que Bet-el), él y todo su pueblo.

And he came Jacob Luz towards which [is] in [the] land of Canaan that [is] Beth-el he and all the people which [was] with him.

7 Y allí él hizo un altar, nombrando el lugar El-bet-el: porque allí es donde tuvo la visión de Dios cuando huía de su hermano.

And he built there an altar and he called the place El Beth-el for there they had revealed themselves to him God when fled he from before brother his.

8 Y Débora, sierva que había cuidado de Rebeca desde su nacimiento, llegó a su fin, y se detuvo cerca de Bet-el, debajo del árbol santo, y le pusieron el nombre de Alón Bacut.

And she died Deborah [the] suckling-nurse of Rebekah and she was buried from under to Beth-el under the oak and someone called name its Allon Bacuth.

9 Cuando Jacob estaba en camino de Padan-aram, Dios volvió a él y, bendiciéndole, dijo:

And he appeared God to Jacob again when came he from Paddan Aram and he blessed him.

10 Jacob es tu nombre, pero ya no será así; desde ahora tu nombre será Israel; así que se llamó Israel.

And he said to him God name your [is] Jacob not it will be called (name your *LBH(a)*) again Jacob that except Israel it will be name your and he called name his Israel.

11 Y le dijo Dios: Yo soy Dios, Todopoderoso: sé fértil, y multiplícate; una nación, verdaderamente un grupo de naciones, vendrá de ti, y los reyes serán tus descendientes;

And he said to him God I [am] God Almighty be fruitful and multiply a nation and a company of nations it will be from you and kings from loins your they will come out.

12 Y la tierra que di a Abraham e Isaac, te daré; y a tu simiente después de ti daré la tierra.

And the land which I gave to Abraham and to Isaac to you I will give it and to offspring your after you I will give the land.

13 Entonces Dios se levantó de él en el lugar donde había estado hablando con él.

And he went up from with him God at the place where he had spoken with him.

14 Y Jacob puso una columna en el lugar donde había estado hablando con Dios, y puso sobre ella ofrenda de agua y aceite.

And he set up Jacob a pillar at the place where he had spoken with him a pillar of stone and he poured out on it a drink offering and he poured on it oil.

15 Y él le dio al lugar donde Dios había estado hablando con él, el nombre de Betel.

And he called Jacob [the] name of the place where he had spoken with him there God Beth-el.

16 Y pasaron de Bet-el; y mientras todavía estaban a cierta distancia de Efrata, los dolores del parto vinieron sobre Raquel y ella tuvo un momento difícil.

And they set out from Beth-el and it was yet [the] distance of the land to go Ephrathah and she gave birth Rachel and she had difficulties when gave birth she.

17 Y cuando su dolor fue grande, la mujer que la estaba ayudando dijo: No temas; porque ahora tendrás otro hijo.

And it was when had difficulties she when gave birth she and she said to her the midwife may not you be afraid for also this [one] for you [is] a son.

18 Y a la hora en que su vida se fue de ella (porque la muerte vino a ella), le dio al niño el nombre de Benoni; pero su padre le dio el nombre de Benjamín.

And it was when went out life her for she died and she called name his Ben-Oni and father his he called him Benjamin.

19 Llegó, pues, Raquel, y se detuvo en el camino de Efrata, que es Belén.

And she died Rachel and she was buried on [the] way of Ephrathah that [is] Beth-lehem.

20 Y Jacob puso una columna en su lugar de reposo; que se llama, El Pilar del lugar de descanso de Raquel, hasta el día de hoy.

And he set up Jacob a pillar over grave her it [is] [the] pillar of [the] grave of Rachel until this day.

21 Y siguió Israel, y puso sus tiendas del otro lado de la torre del Edar.

And he set out Israel and he pitched (tent his *Q(K)*) from beyond Migdal Eder.

22 Mientras vivían en aquella tierra, Rubén tuvo relaciones con Bilha, sierva de su padre; e Israel se enteró.

And it was when dwelt Israel in the land that and he went Reuben (and he lay with *L(p)*) (Bilhah *L(p)*) [the] concubine of (father of his *L(p)*) and he heard (Israel. *L(p)*) And they were [the] sons of Jacob two [plus] ten.

23 Y Jacob tuvo doce hijos: los hijos de Lea; Rubén, el primogénito de Jacob, y Simeón, y Leví, y Judá, e Isacar, y Zabulón;

[the] sons of Leah [the] firstborn of Jacob Reuben and Simeon and Levi and Judah and Issachar and Zebulun.

24 Los hijos de Raquel: José y Benjamín;

[the] sons of Rachel Joseph and Benjamin.

25 Los hijos de Bilha, sierva de Raquel: Dan y Neftalí;

And [the] sons of Bilhah [the] maidservant of Rachel Dan and Naphtali.

26 Los hijos de Zilpa, sierva de Lea: Gad y Aser; estos son los hijos que Jacob tuvo en Padan-aram.

And [the] sons of Zilpah [the] maidservant of Leah Gad and Asher these [were] [the] sons of Jacob who it was born to him in Paddan Aram.

27 Y Jacob vino a su padre Isaac en Mamre, en Quiriat-arba, es decir, Hebrón, donde Abraham e Isaac habían estado viviendo.

And he came Jacob to Isaac father his Mamre Kiriath Arba that [is] Hebron where he had sojourned there Abraham and Isaac.

28 Y Isaac tenía ciento ochenta años.

And they were [the] days of Isaac one hundred year[s] and eighty year[s].

29 Entonces Isaac llegó a su fin y fue sepultado con el pueblo de su padre, un anciano después de una larga vida; y Jacob y Esaú, sus hijos, lo sepultaron.

And he expired Isaac and he died and he was gathered to people his an old [man] and satisfied of days and they buried him Esau and Jacob sons his.
