1 Estas son las personas de las divisiones del reino, entre los que fueron hechos prisioneros por Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, y llevados a Babilonia, quienes regresaron a Jerusalén y Judá, todos a su pueblo;
Now these are the sons of the province who went up out of the captivity of those who had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who returned to Jerusalem and Judah, every man to his city,
2 Que fueron con Zorobabel, Josué, Nehemías, Seraías, Reelaias, Mardoqueo, Bilsan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baana, el número de los hombres del pueblo de Israel:
who came with Zerubbabel, Jeshua, Nehemiah, Seraiah, Reelaiah, Mordecai, Bilshan, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum, Baanah. The number of the men of the people of Israel:

56 Los hijos de Jaala, los hijos de Darcón, los hijos de Gidel,
the sons of Jaalah, the sons of Darkon, the sons of Giddel,
57 Los hijos de Sefatías, los hijos de Hattil, los hijos de Pochereth-hazzebaim, los hijos de Ami.
the sons of Shephatiah, the sons of Hattil, the sons of Pochereth-hazzebaim, the sons of Ami.
58 Todos los Sirvientes y los hijos de los siervos de Salomón eran trescientos noventa y dos.
All the Nethinim and the sons of Solomon's servants were three hundred ninety-two.
59 Y estas fueron las personas que subieron de Tel-mela, Tel-harsa, Querub, Adón e Imer. Pero como no tenían conocimiento de las familias de sus padres ni de sus descendientes, no era seguro que fueran israelitas;
And these were those who went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub, Addan, and Immer, but they could not show their fathers' houses, and their seed, whether they were of Israel:

the sons of Delaiah, the sons of Tobiah, the sons of Nekoda, six hundred fifty and two.
61 Y de los hijos de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Habaía, los hijos de Cos, los hijos de Barzilai, que estaba casado con una de las hijas de Barzilai de Galaad, y tomaron su nombre.
And of the sons of the priests: the sons of Habaiah, the sons of Hakkoz, the sons of Barzillai who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name.
62 Hicieron una búsqueda de su registro entre las listas de familias, pero sus nombres no estaban a la vista; por eso fueron vistos como impuros y fueron excluidos como sacerdotes.
These sought their registration among those that were reckoned by genealogy, but they were not found. Therefore they were deemed polluted and put away from the priesthood.
63 Y el gobernador dijo que no debían tener las cosas más sagradas para su alimento, hasta que un sacerdote viniera a dar una decisión por Urim y Tumim.
And the governor said to them that they should not eat of the most holy things till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.
64 El número de todas las personas juntas fue cuarenta y dos mil trescientos sesenta.
The whole assembly together was forty-two thousand three hundred and sixty,
65 Así como sus siervos y sus siervas, de los cuales había siete mil trescientos treinta y siete; y tenían doscientos hombres y mujeres para hacer música.
besides their men-servants and their maid-servants, of whom there were seven thousand three hundred thirty-seven. And they had two hundred singing men and singing women.
66 Tenían setecientos treinta y seis caballos, doscientos cuarenta y cinco bestias de transporte,
Their horses were seven hundred thirty-six, their mules, two hundred forty-five,
67 Cuatrocientos treinta y cinco camellos, seis mil setecientos veinte asnos.
their camels, four hundred thirty-five, their donkeys, six thousand seven hundred and twenty.
68 Y algunos de los jefes de familia, cuando llegaron a la casa del Señor que está en Jerusalén, dieron libremente sus riquezas para la reconstrucción del templo de Dios en su lugar:
And some of the heads of fathers, when they came to the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God to set it up in its place.
69 Cada uno, como pudo, dio para el trabajo sesenta y un mil dracmas de oro, cinco mil libras de plata y cien túnicas sacerdotales.
They gave after their ability into the treasury of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, and five thousand pounds of silver, and one hundred priests' garments.
70 Así que los sacerdotes y los levitas y la gente y los cantores y los encargados de las puertas y los sirvientes, tomaron sus lugares en sus pueblos; todo Israel en sus propios pueblos.
So the priests, and the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nethinim, dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
