Ezequiel 28
1 Volvió a mí la palabra del Señor, diciendo:
The word of the Lord came againe vnto me, saying,
2 Hijo del hombre, dile al gobernante de Tiro: Esto es lo que el Señor ha dicho: Porque tu corazón de ha enorgullecido, y has dicho: Soy un dios, estoy sentado en el asiento de Dios en el corazón de los mares; pero tú eres hombre y no Dios, aunque hayas igualado tu corazón como el corazón del Dios Supremo.
Sonne of man, say vnto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saieth the Lord God, Because thine heart is exalted, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God in ye mids of the sea, yet thou art but a man and not God, and though thou didest thinke in thine heart, that thou wast equall with God,
3 Mira, eres más sabio que Daniel; No hay secreto que te sea oculto.
Behold, thou art wiser then Daniel: there is no secrete, that they can hide from thee.
4 Por tu sabiduría y profundo conocimiento, tienes poder para ti mismo, y pones plata y oro en tus almacenes:
With thy wisedome and thine vnderstanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten golde and siluer into thy treasures.
5 Por tu gran sabiduría y por tu comercio, tu poder aumenta y tu corazón se enorgullece debido a tu poder:
By thy great wisedome and by thine occupying hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted vp because of thy riches.
6 Por esto ha dicho el Señor Dios: Porque has igualado tu corazón como el corazón del Dios supremo,
Therefore thus sayeth the Lord God, Because thou didest thinke in thine heart, that thou wast equall with God,
7 Mira, estoy enviando contra ti hombres extranjeros, temidos entre las naciones; sacarán sus espadas contra la hermosura de tu sabiduría y profanaran tu esplendor.
Behold, therefore I wil bring strangers vpon thee, euen the terrible nations: and they shall drawe their swordes against the beautie of thy wisedome, and they shall defile thy brightnes.
8 Te enviarán al inframundo, y tu muerte será la muerte de los que son llevados a la espada en el corazón de los mares.
They shall cast thee downe to the pit, and thou shalt die the death of them, that are slaine in the middes of the sea.
9 ¿Dirás, ante los que te quitan la vida, yo soy un Dios? pero tú eres hombre y no Dios en manos de los que te hieren.
Wilt thou say then before him, that slayeth thee, I am a god? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hands of him that slayeth thee.
10 Tu muerte será la muerte de los que están sin circuncisión, a manos de hombres de extranjeros; porque lo he dicho, dice el Señor Dios.
Thou shalt die the death of the vncircumcised by the hands of stragers: for I haue spoken it, sayth the Lord God.
11 Entonces vino a mí la palabra del Señor, diciendo:
Moreouer the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
12 Hijo del hombre, canta un canto de luto al rey de Tiro, y dile: Esto es lo que el Señor ha dicho: Tú eres sabio y completamente hermoso;
Sonne of man, take vp a lamentation vpon the King of Tyrus, and say vnto him, Thus sayeth the Lord God, Thou sealest vp the summe, and art full of wisedome and perfite in beautie.
13 Estuviste en el Edén, el jardín de Dios; Cada piedra de gran precio era tu vestimenta, el sardio, el topacio y el diamante, el berilo, el ónice y el jaspe, la esmeralda y el carbunclo, y el oro; la obra de tus tamboriles fueron preparados para ti en él día que fuiste creado.
Thou hast ben in Eden the garden of God: euery precious stone was in thy garment, the rubie, the topaze and the diamonde, the chrysolite, the onix, and the iasper, the saphir, emeraude, and the carbuncle and golde: the woorkemanship of thy timbrels, and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Te di tu lugar de querubín protector; Te puse en el monte de Dios; Ivas y venías entre las piedras de fuego.
Thou art the anointed Cherub, that couereth, and I haue set thee in honour: thou wast vpon the holy mountaine of God: thou hast walked in the middes of the stones of fire.
15 No hubo maldad en tus caminos desde el día en que fuiste hecho, hasta que el pecado fue visto en ti.
Thou wast perfite in thy wayes from the day that thou wast created, till iniquitie was found in thee.
16 Por la abundancia de todos tus comercios te has llenado de violencia, y has hecho el mal; así te expulsé avergonzado de la montaña de Dios; querubín protector, de en medio de las piedras de fuego.
By the multitude of thy marchandise, they haue filled the middes of thee with crueltie, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as prophane out of the mountaine of God: and I will destroy thee, O couering Cherub from the mids of the stones of fire.
17 Tu corazón se enalteció a causa de tu hermosura, corrompiste tu sabiduría con tu resplandor; te he enviado hasta la tierra; Te he rebajado ante los reyes, para que te vean.
Thine heart was lifted vp because of thy beautie, and thou hast corrupted thy wisedome by reason of thy brightnes: I wil cast thee to ye grounde: I will lay thee before Kinges that they may beholde thee.
18 Por todos tus pecados, aun por tu malvado comercio, has contaminado tus lugares sagrados; así que haré que salga fuego de ti, que te devorará, y te haré polvo en la tierra ante los ojos de todos los que te vean.
Thou hast defiled thy sanctification by the multitude of thine iniquities, and by the iniquitie of thy marchandise: therefore wil I bring forth a fire from the mids of thee, which shall deuoure thee: and I wil bring thee to ashes vpon the earth, in the sight of all them that beholde thee.
19 Todos los que tienen conocimiento de ti entre los pueblos se asombrarán de ti; te has convertido en una cosa de espanto, y nunca volverás a ser visto.
All they that knowe thee among the people, shalbe astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terrour, and neuer shalt thou be any more.
20 Y vino a mí la palabra del Señor, diciendo:
Againe, the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
21 Hijo de hombre, vuelve tu rostro hacia Sidón, y profetiza contra ella, y di:
Sonne of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesie against it,
22 Estas son las palabras del Señor: Mira, estoy contra ti, oh Sidón; y seré glorificado en medio de ti, y sabrán que yo soy el Señor Dios, cuando le envíe mis castigos, y seré santificado en ella.
And say, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I come against thee, O Zidon, and I will be glorified in the mids of thee: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall haue executed iudgements in her, and shalbe sanctified in her.
23 Y enviaré su enfermedad y sangre a sus calles; y los heridos caerán en medio de ella, y la espada estará contra ella por todos lados; y sabrán que yo soy el Señor.
For I wil send into her pestilence, and blood into her streetes, and the slaine shall fall in the middes of her: the enemie shall come against her with the sword on euery side, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
24 Ya no habrá espinas que hieran a los hijos de Israel, ni espino que le de dolor entre los que están alrededor de ellos, que los avergüenzan; y sabrán de que yo soy el Señor Dios.
And they shalbe no more a pricking thorne vnto the house of Israel, nor any grieuous thorne of all that are round about them, and despised them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord God.
25 Esto es lo que ha dicho el Señor Dios: Reuniré a los hijos de Israel de los pueblos entre los cuales están esparcidos, y seré santificado en ellos ante los ojos de las naciones, entonces tendrán descanso en la tierra de ellos, que le di a mi siervo Jacob.
Thus saith the Lord God, When I shall haue gathered the house of Israel from the people where they are scattered, and shalbe sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwel in the land, that I haue giuen to my seruant Iaakob.
26 Y ellos estarán seguros allí, construyendo casas y plantando vides y viviendo sin miedo; cuando haya enviado mis castigos a todos los que los desprecian alrededor de ellos; y estarán seguros de que yo soy el Señor, su Dios supremo.
And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall builde houses, and plant vineyards: yea, they shall dwell safely, when I haue executed iudgements vpon al round about them that despise them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord their God.
