Colosenses 4

1 Maestros, denle a sus siervos justicia y equidad, conscientes de que tienen un Maestro en el cielo.

Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.

2 Perseveren a orar en todo momento, velando con acción de gracias;

Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

3 Y haciendo oración por nosotros, para que Dios nos dé una puerta abierta para la predicación de la palabra, el misterio de Cristo, por el cual estoy ahora encadenado;

Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:

4 Para que pueda dejarlo en claro, como debo hacerlo.

That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

5 Sean prudentes en su comportamiento con los que están afuera, haciendo un buen uso del tiempo.

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

6 Deje que su charla sea con gracia, mezclada con sal, para que pueda dar una respuesta a todos.

Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

7 Tíquico te dará noticias de todos mis asuntos: es un hermano querido y verdadero siervo y ayudador en la palabra;

All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:

8 Y se los lo he enviado para este fin, para que tengan noticias de cómo somos, y para que él les dé consuelo a su corazón;

Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;

9 Y con él he enviado a Onésimo, el verdadero y querido hermano, que es uno de ustedes. Ellos les darán noticias de todo lo que está sucediendo aquí.

With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.

10 Aristarco, mi hermano-prisionero, los saluda, y Marcos, un pariente de Bernabé (sobre quien te han dado órdenes: si viene a ustedes sé amable con él),

Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas, ( touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him; )

11 Y Jesús, cuyo otro nombre es Justo; estos son de la circuncisión: son mis únicos hermanos trabajadores para el reino de Dios, que me han consolado.

And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.

12 Epafras, que es uno de ustedes, un siervo de Cristo Jesús, les envía saludos, siempre pensando en ustedes en sus oraciones, para que puedan estén firmes y completamente seguros de todo el propósito de Dios.

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.

13 Porque doy testimonio de él, que él se ha angustiado mucho por ustedes y por los que están en Laodicea y en Hierápolis.

For I bear him record, that he hath a great zeal for you, and them that are in Laodicea, and them in Hierapolis.

14 Lucas, nuestro querido amigo médico, y Demas, les envían saludos.

Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.

15 Dale mi amor a los hermanos en Laodicea y a Ninfas y la iglesia que está en su casa.

Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the Assembly which is in his house.

16 Y cuando esta carta se haya hecho pública entre ustedes, que se haga lo mismo en la iglesia de Laodicea; y ustedes a su vez lean la carta que les llega de allá.

And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the Assembly of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.

17 Di a Arquipo: Mira que hagas la obra que el Señor te ha encomendado.

And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.

18 Yo, Pablo, te doy esta palabra de amor en mi letra. Mantengan en memoria que soy un prisionero. La gracia sea con ustedes.
